We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was super helpful. The hotel was super nice and clean. We had to keep extending our stay because of health situation. But everything worked out flawlessly. The only negatives I'll talk about were the room was a bit small, but I assume it was the standard room we got. And the breakfast was a bit smaller than expected even though it was very good. Overall, I will come back and stay there. We were happy.

The main reason for booking was the on-site underground car park, where I could park my classic car safely.

It was impossible to reach the hotel by phone on Friday and Saturday night. They don't broadcast the World Cup football matches. For the rest, all very good.
Location is excellent (although a bit awkward to approach on foot), rooms were minimal but quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Reception staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. I had a problem with my room (no light in the bathroom). As they weren't able to fix it during the day, I got a new room without any fuss. I appreciated the cost/benefit ratio. Most missing for me were a small fridge, and maybe a tea / coffee maker. I also appreciated the no-fuss free wifi, which seemed of a decent speed and without annoying upsell attempts, and outlets were conveniently located. The lobby / lounge / bar area is comfortable and welcoming, with many nooks for sitting quietly, and a number of people seemed to be working from it. This is a great hotel without fuss, for a good price. It's simple, and I didn't have breakfast there, but it provides a great, central, base of operations in Frankfurt.

During my stay, I was disappointed with several aspects of the room and amenities. The bathroom was extremely small, leaving no space to place my beauty products or personal items. The two drinking cups stored in the bathroom felt unsanitary, and there was no meaningful storage available—especially inconvenient for two people sharing the room. Additionally, the A/C went out in the entire building, which made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. I had included breakfast in my reservation, but the selection was underwhelming. The options were limited to juice, coffee, pastries, bread, and cold cuts. It would have been nice to have at least a few hot items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage. For the price, I expected more, and next time I will likely choose a local deli or coffee shop instead. The one positive aspect I will mention is the convenient location.
Easy check in and check out, efficient layout of rooms, beautiful lobby and rooms. I appreciate having the loung and bar to have a drink and cool down from exploring the city on a hot a day. Service was great there. I would have loved to have a coffee maker in my room. Location was so convenient to explore Frankfurt. My bathroom was smelly at times, almost like I was smelling sewage or something from another room.

Excellent stay, I will come again! I was on business travel and recommended your place to colleagues. The only thing is breakfast seating: a little bit difficult to find proper seating. Most "normal height" tables and chairs were taken so I endes up sitting on one of the lower chairs and tables. It was hard to eat properly; some food was accidentally dropped). It was a very pleasant stay; staff is friendly and the check in process is one of the simplest I ever experienced! The room was basic and a bit too airconditioned for my liking, but super comfortable bed/pillows made up for that. Breakfast is good, it has several options and I found it nice that you can go and sit outside (inside was a bit crowded, but that is expected between 7.30 and 8.15). Another huge plus is the location, close to everything and also quite safe to walk around late. All in all, I will surely choose this hotel for my next business trip to Frankfurt.
I paid more than €200 per night at this hotel, but I did not get value for my money. Since I was there for work, I needed an iron in my room, but there was none. I requested one from reception, and it took over half an hour to arrive. Additionally, there were no basic personal care items available in the room. I asked reception for cotton, but they said they didn’t have any. Simple essentials should have been provided in the room.
Check-in upon arrival was fast and unproblematic. Room was clean and personal was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for the great experience.
The staff is very kind, at the reception, at the bar and at the breakfast service ! I did the ironman and they kept my nutrition in a fridge during the week-end. The room is very comfortable and calm.

Stayed 2 nights for work in June'26. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept solidly. The hotel is very nice and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was quite disappointing though, it just didn't feel like there was very much choice. I've stayed in a couple of Motel One and they don't disappoint, good value for money, well located - an overall pleasant stay.
Air conditioner could have worked a little better. Wish the bathroom was a little larger with a fan.

la estancia fue buena, pero en recepción la chica que nos atendió, no nos hizo bien las facturas, de las habitaciones, pagamos tres habitaciones la 311-312-313, en el momento de instalarnos, él dia 22 a la tarde, y las pagamos en efectivo. Y solo nos envio 2 facturas, y una de ellas la puso a pagar por visa, cuando ya estaba pagada. Lo he reclamado, pero al dia de hoy, no me han contestado nada. Muy decepcionante, y nos sentimos engañadas

Everything was terrible. You have to learn the people working on front office how to smile. In 4 days I never saw anyone smiling. The check in was terrible, nothing was explained well. The rooms are way too small, you can’t open the window because the construction works in front are terrible and you can’t hear anything from the noise. The breakfast is so poor, the elevators were not working 1 night but the biggest problem of the hotel are people, you just don’t feel welcomed.
I have not yet received the invoice I requested, as the stay was for business purposes and I need to submit the invoice to my employer. Following the stay, I completed a form on your website to request this invoice and I have still not heard from you.

Excelente ubicación para visitar los puntos de interés turísticos de la ciudad. Pieza de un tamaño algo pequeño pero muy funcional para estadías cortas. Es muy cómodo el tener estacionamiento en el mismo edificio.

Me he alojado en el hotel ya por segunda ocasión. Destacó la higiene de las habitaciones. El desayuno muy bueno y es la oportunidad de conocer otros huéspedes.
La atención en recepción muy buena tanto antes de llegar por email como durante. No pongo 10 porque no conseguí en ningún momento hablar por teléfono, siempre estaba comunicando. Además, el día de salida nos vinieron 15 minutos antes de las 12 (hora de salida) a limpiar la habitación. La ubicación espectacular. Buena limpieza. El desayuno variado, eché en falta el zumo de naranja natural así como aceite que otros hoteles de la misma categoría suelen tener, así como un tostador de pan.
Cama y almohada muy cómoda, sábanas de calidad. Productos de ducha y manos muy buenos. Ducha estupenda. Lo único malo es que tanto la habitación como el baño son un poco reducidos.

El nuevo casco antiguo de Fráncfort
Érase una vez... cuando la ciudad de Fráncfort no era famosa por sus altos rascacielos, sino por su casco antiguo. Hasta la Segunda Guerra Mundial, uno de los cascos antiguos con entramado medieval más grandes de Alemania se extendía por lo que es el actual centro de la metrópoli financiera; allí se elegía a reyes, se coronaba a emperadores y se aplaudía a poetas y filósofos, como Goethe y Schopenhauer. Con el proyecto de construcción «DomRömer-Quartier», Fráncfort recuperó en 2018 una parte de su historia:
el «nuevo» casco antiguo se extiende ahora sobre 7000 metros cuadrados entre la catedral imperial y la plaza Römer. Con materiales originales de aquel tiempo y con mucha pasión por los detalles se han creado las 15 reconstrucciones de edificios históricos y 20 nuevas edificaciones contemporáneas con elementos estilísticos típicos del casco antiguo. Las calles enlazadas y las encantadoras plazas del barrio, con sus restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas, pueden explorarse en carne y hueso con las o virtualmente .
PARA LOS SIBARITAS
Rodeado de una decoración seleccionada con mucho mimo, se pueden degustar las tartas y demás dulces caseros hechos con mucho esmero. Además, una vez al mes hay pequeños conciertos, los «Sugar Mama Sessions».
Un restaurante inspirado en el estilo americano que se llena a mediodía, sobre todo por sus sándwiches de pastrami y de noche por sus copas creativas.
Bar libanés de culto en el que no es raro tener que hacer cola para degustar el que «probablemente, sea el mejor falafel de la ciudad». Y por eso, ahora han abierto un segundo establecimiento.
En este oasis de chuches, no solo puedes comer golosinas, claro, sino que también puedes encontrar regalos para quienes se han quedado en casa o para disfrutarlos como autorregalo.

Fráncfort-Sachsenhausen
Todo aquel que visita Fráncfort, no debería dejar de probar su famoso vino de manzana. Sachsenhausen es el barrio del «Ebbelwei» de la ribera sur del Meno, donde hay numerosas tabernas especializadas en el vino de manzana y a tan solo 20 minutos de paseo de nuestro hotel. Y para quien quiera aprovechar la cata de la bebida más famosa de Fráncfort para descubrir otras partes de la ciudad: el «», un trayecto histórico especial del tranvía que tiene paradas en diferentes .

Hotel Fráncfort-Römer
Nuestro hotel en Fráncfort también podía haberse llamado «Mainhattan Central», porque es casi imposible tener una ubicación más céntrica que la que ofrece el Motel One Fráncfort-Römer. A la vuelta de la esquina se encuentra el casco antiguo con el ayuntamiento medieval de la ciudad, llamado «Römer». Nuestro hotel de diseño también se encuentra muy cerca de la Iglesia de San Pablo de Fráncfort, de la catedral imperial y del Museo de Arte Moderno MMK. A pie también se puede llegar a la casa de Goethe, en la cual nació el célebre poeta en 1749. Por lo tanto, los amantes de la cultura y de la historia lo tendrán difícil para decidirse. Y los fans de la moda y el disfrute también encontrarán lo que buscan: el centro, lleno de cafeterías, restaurantes y calles para ir de shopping, está justo a la puerta de nuestro económico hotel en Fráncfort. Así que no hay nada que te impida darte un buen paseo por la ciudad. Y en caso de que te aburrieras a este lado del río, puedes salir del casco antiguo cruzando el Meno por el puente «Eiserner Steg» y dirigirte al moderno barrio Brückenviertel.
O también puedes leer un libro: después de todo, te encuentras en uno de los antiguos centros de la imprenta y el comercio de libros, donde además se celebra cada año la Feria Internacional del Libro. Por lo tanto, no es de extrañar que el concepto de diseño de nuestro económico hotel en Fráncfort gire en torno al libro. Desde las lámparas flotantes de hojas de papel que se encuentran en la recepción hasta las letras plateadas decorativas de la zona de desayuno, todo el interior está inspirado en el proceso de fabricación industrial y tiene un encantador ambiente de biblioteca. Y si estás pensando en tochos llenos de polvo y oscuros rincones de lectura, ¡error!: el moderno diseño de los muebles y las coloridas obras de arte creadas por el pincel del Hendrik Zimmer —que se ha inspirado en el tema de la lectura para nosotros— son la guinda del pastel.
