Great location, relaxed athmosphere.,clean.
During my stay, I was disappointed with several aspects of the room and amenities. The bathroom was extremely small, leaving no space to place my beauty products or personal items. The two drinking cups stored in the bathroom felt unsanitary, and there was no meaningful storage available—especially inconvenient for two people sharing the room. Additionally, the A/C went out in the entire building, which made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. I had included breakfast in my reservation, but the selection was underwhelming. The options were limited to juice, coffee, pastries, bread, and cold cuts. It would have been nice to have at least a few hot items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage. For the price, I expected more, and next time I will likely choose a local deli or coffee shop instead. The one positive aspect I will mention is the convenient location.
Easy check in and check out, efficient layout of rooms, beautiful lobby and rooms. I appreciate having the loung and bar to have a drink and cool down from exploring the city on a hot a day. Service was great there. I would have loved to have a coffee maker in my room. Location was so convenient to explore Frankfurt. My bathroom was smelly at times, almost like I was smelling sewage or something from another room.

Excellent stay, I will come again! I was on business travel and recommended your place to colleagues. The only thing is breakfast seating: a little bit difficult to find proper seating. Most "normal height" tables and chairs were taken so I endes up sitting on one of the lower chairs and tables. It was hard to eat properly; some food was accidentally dropped). It was a very pleasant stay; staff is friendly and the check in process is one of the simplest I ever experienced! The room was basic and a bit too airconditioned for my liking, but super comfortable bed/pillows made up for that. Breakfast is good, it has several options and I found it nice that you can go and sit outside (inside was a bit crowded, but that is expected between 7.30 and 8.15). Another huge plus is the location, close to everything and also quite safe to walk around late. All in all, I will surely choose this hotel for my next business trip to Frankfurt.
I paid more than €200 per night at this hotel, but I did not get value for my money. Since I was there for work, I needed an iron in my room, but there was none. I requested one from reception, and it took over half an hour to arrive. Additionally, there were no basic personal care items available in the room. I asked reception for cotton, but they said they didn’t have any. Simple essentials should have been provided in the room.
Check-in upon arrival was fast and unproblematic. Room was clean and personal was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for the great experience.
The staff is very kind, at the reception, at the bar and at the breakfast service ! I did the ironman and they kept my nutrition in a fridge during the week-end. The room is very comfortable and calm.
Modern, excellent location for business and other types of travel. Helpful staff. Breakfast can feel crowded and the cafe type tables make it difficult for consumption of food; but there are also some proper tables, just not enough.
Stayed 2 nights for work in June'26. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept solidly. The hotel is very nice and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was quite disappointing though, it just didn't feel like there was very much choice. I've stayed in a couple of Motel One and they don't disappoint, good value for money, well located - an overall pleasant stay.
Air conditioner could have worked a little better. Wish the bathroom was a little larger with a fan.
All good, great location, good breakfast, cosy design. Only 1 point to improve - I didn't see a telephone in the room to call reception.

Everything was terrible. You have to learn the people working on front office how to smile. In 4 days I never saw anyone smiling. The check in was terrible, nothing was explained well. The rooms are way too small, you can’t open the window because the construction works in front are terrible and you can’t hear anything from the noise. The breakfast is so poor, the elevators were not working 1 night but the biggest problem of the hotel are people, you just don’t feel welcomed.
I have not yet received the invoice I requested, as the stay was for business purposes and I need to submit the invoice to my employer. Following the stay, I completed a form on your website to request this invoice and I have still not heard from you.
Very clean and comfortable. The staff was terrific (good luck with your table tennis competitions). Our dinner and breakfast were phenomenal!!!! Thank you.
Room was great, v well laid out and used the space well. Very clean, new and comfortable. The only thing that we didn't like is that air con didn't work/was not switched on. Room felt stuffy after a hot day.
The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes from downtown. The hotel is nice, warm, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff are very professional and always available to help at any time. The food is excellent, including gluten-free options.
Frankfurt was our first stop after flying over from the U.S. Motel One Frankfurt-Römer was the perfect location. Plenty of sites within walking distance to stretch our legs after the flight, as well as restaurants and convenience shopping nearby. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Our room was almost perfect. It took us some time to adjust to the smoking culture. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have our windows open as neighbors were using the balcony for smoking. Just bad luck.
great location, close to shopping areas. parking was a challenge on the weekend. breakfast had vegan options, unfortunately on monday they had no fruit salad and the coffee machine for planted milk was not working. but overall happy with our stay.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel sympathique. La chambre était petite et n'avait qu'une seule chaise alors que c'était une chambre double.
Bonjour, le lobby est extraordinaire, le décor est fabuleux. Par contre, les chambres sont trop petites. aucune cafetière dans la chambre, ni bouteille d'eau et encore moins de haut-arleur bluetooth. un minimum s.v.p.! Le personnel au bat, pas très sympathique et serviable. à la réception c'était parfait. La terrasse partagée est ordinaire, aucun muret d'intimité et les employés de bureau du building derrière peuvent nous épier allégrement. Sinon, une petite table serait de mise pour mettre nos breuvages. la propreté de la chambre était bien.

Couette trop petite pour un grand lit
Nous sommes restés pour le weekend en famille, nous avons eu droit à un lit pour enfant confortable gratuit. Les chambres sont très propres. Etant moi même un maniaque des draps propres, ils étaient nickels ... Le personnel gentil, accueillant et surtout bienveillant ... Je recommande le petit déjeuner qui est sublime. Même l'emplacement de l'hotel est magnifique . Je recommande vivement....
Hotel propre et bien situé mais éviter les chambres au dessus du restaurant Le Gresco car les fins de soirées musicales durent un peu trop longtemps... Pour 3 nuits il aurait été judicieux de nous mettre dans un endroit plus calme... Heureusement le changement de chambre a pu s'effectuer en réclamant !
Une certaine Sarah en poste à la réception le vendredi 8 novembre à 13:20 s’est montrée c particulièrement intransigeante et désagréable en me priant de revenir à 15 h car c’est la règle ; après que je lui aie indiqué que j’étais levé depuis 4h du matin avec un long voyage. Je vous remercie de rappeler à Sarah que ce sont les clients qui paient son salaire et font la réputation de Motel ONE !!! J’ai été très défavorablement déçu. En revanche le Check in effectué par Ahmadi a été lui remarquable .
Je suis très content dans vos hôtels. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon!Les chambres sont propre.Le personnage est gentil.Vous avez une garage sous-sol. Un point de critique:Ce sont souvent les longues queues devant la réception. C'est la raison à developer la online check in. Mais merci!
Hôtel excellent. Chambre agréable. Accueil à la réception moyen !!
Voici quelques points : - Parking large, pratique et équipé de prises de recharge - Belles parties communes - Staff très agréable - Petit déjeuner : très bonnes viennoiseries. Des œufs brouillés, des saucisses et des pancakes auraient été appréciés - Propreté irréprochable - Chambre : un peu trop basique eu égard au prix. Aussi, il faisait très froid même en mettant la commande sur OFF ou sur 30 degrés. La réception a fait passer quelqu'un sans que ça ne change quoi que ce soit... - Tarifs : l'hôtel est joli, les parties communes confortables, le parking de qualité et l'emplacement très bon mais les chambres sont trop basiques et pas assez spacieuses pour le tarif demandé.
Un très bon rapport qualité prix, du personnel professionnel et efficace et un emplacement parfait dans Francfort
Mettre des distributeurs de savon et shampooing qui fonctionnent mieux. Le tuyau de douche avait des fuites, peu de pression.

Situation
Hôtel Francfort-Römer
Notre hôtel de Francfort sur le Main aurait aussi pu s’appeler « Mainhattan Central ». Difficile en effet d’être plus au centre que notre Motel One Francfort Römer. Au coin de la rue se trouve non seulement la vieille ville avec sa mairie médiévale, le « Römer », mais notre hôtel design se trouve également à proximité de l’église Saint-Paul, de la cathédrale Saint-Barthélemy et du MMK Museum, le musée d’art moderne de Francfort. À pied, il est aisé de se rendre à la maison dans laquelle le poète allemand Goethe naquit en 1749. Les passionnés d’histoire et de culture auront l’embarras du choix. Les amateurs de shopping et de détente ne seront pas en reste : à deux pas de l’hôtel, le centre-ville regorge de cafés, de restaurants et de magasins. Pas besoin d’aller bien loin pour trouver votre bonheur. Si ce côté du Main vous lasse, vous pouvez facilement emprunter le « Eisernen Steg », traverser le fleuve et flâner dans le très joli « Brückenviertel » (quartier des ponts).
Ou bien, plongez-vous dans un livre : après tout, vous êtes bien dans l’un des premiers centres de l’imprimerie et du commerce des livres dans la ville organisatrice de la très célèbre foire du livre de Francfort ! C’était donc une évidence que le design de notre hôtel budget se décline autour des livres. Des lampes flottantes, réalisées avec des pages de livres à la réception, aux lettrages argentés dans l’espace petit déjeuner, l’atmosphère de l’hôtel s’inspire à la fois du style industriel et de celui d’une bibliothèque accueillante. Mais si cela vous fait penser à de gros livres poussiéreux et à des bibliothèques sombres, vous faites erreur : le design moderne des meubles et les œuvres colorées et créatives sur le thème de la lecture, que l’artiste Hendrik Zimmer a créé spécialement pour nous, sont la marque distinctive du Motel One Francfort Römer.
