Excellent as expected, the only negative aspect was that the air con was already set to winter mode (i.e. heating) when it was 27–30 degrees outside through the day. The WiFi was also a weak signal and on the slow side.
Small Breakfast Room. Quite Full. Overall Stay was very good.

Excellent location to the Messe and the hotel is a very good budget standard hotel , very clean with friendly and professional staff. On a negative and as I was told by reception , you only provide double beds as it is a Motel One policy , but you need to understand that many people travel together as companions and having to share a bed is both awkward and can be embarrassing , this can be avoided by having twin beds . Prices are relevant to demand and especially at Messe times , but surely you should be able to provide a bottle of water in the room , even if it is a small one or even charge 1 euro more per room extra to cover the cost.
La prestation et l'accueil sont de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est agréable mais l'absence de plateau est pénible. Le point noir que j'ai eu, est qu'il impossible de faire le noir dans la chambre car les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultant. Et disons pour finir, que les prix en période de salon sont prohibitif.
Overall great experience as always with Motel One. Very kind staff (especially at the breakfast), good room, convenient location. Would stay here again.

Gutes Business Hotel !
I loved the furnishings, the ambience, and the serenity that the room exudes. My only regret was the television's remote control could not control it. The television made a humming sound and had an aquarium on display all night long. I was too tired to complain and slept off.
Hotel was nice and clean and the new bar area is top quality. The staff is always friendly and the overall vibe is nice.
Il s'agit là de mon second séjour dans cet hôtel de Francfort. La première fois était très bien passée au contraire de cette seconde fois où je ne sais pourquoi il manquait serviette, couette pour le second voyageur. Heureusement les personnes de l'accueil ont été efficace pour répondre au problème. Ensuite, le feuillet indiquant que j'ai dormi tard était mis sur la poignée de porte, pourquoi diable est-ce que le personnel de nettoyage s'est permis de toquer et rentrer dans la chambre à 11h?

Great stay! Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Main thing the room was missing was some more hooks/benches/shelves to place belongings onto, most ended up on the floor.
Please add a nightstand in the room and light curtains My room was on the 2nd floor on the street side, and to dress up I add to do in the dark with the light blocking curtains closed
Breakfast can be improved and lounge / bar seating area used to be better before. Now it looks a bit congested with those tall furnitures. You can also provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms. and a basic vanity kit may be with comb. When there is a line for check-in, please open multiple counters and do not make guests wait for several minutes to check-in

We went to a convention so the location is excellent for that purpose, near to a shopping center with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel rooms are very minimal. It has only 2 electrical outlets in the room , no closets, not even a phone to call to receptionist, no shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, no bottle water, no room service, no usb plug for your computer. Staff is friendly and room is clean but carpet is dirty.
The hotel is fine and fully adequate as a 100EUR per night. You now charged 250 per night, because there was a fair. But the service remained a 100 per night service. So what you provided wasn’t worth the price.
The staff is very efficient and friendly, the room was good and very quiet.

Beautiful public spaces, reasonable prices, and excellent service and breakfast. My qualms are that the rooms are quite small and there are limited amenities (e.g., there is no gym nor sauna). The hotel could be better connected to public transit. Otherwise, the area has plenty of restaurants and is right beside a major mall and about 20 minutes' walk away from the main train station.

Très bel hôtel. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Il n'y a pas vraiment de fausses notes à part l'absence de frigo, ou de coffre fort. Mais comme ça a été précisé en avance, il n'y a pas lieu à crier au scandale. Toutefois, même si je conçois que ça doit peut être changer votre stratégie, il serait bien de proposer des chambres avec frigo car pour le reste c'est super.

Really decent hotel. Perfect location for our needs. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast staff were truly exceptional. Nico stood out with his friendly and energetic personality, like a shot of espresso in the morning giving you a very positive vibe. Personally I would visit again the hotel just for him. Christina was equally welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout the experience.
The trade mark of your hotel is the gentleman at the reception of breakfast (Italian accent). Always so friendly, so smily, so human. Take a good care of this employee!
The rooms were like a sauna and had no power at the allocated desk area. The bar staff in the evening were very grumpy and the breakfast was lacking in choice and without instruction upon arrival.
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained.The staff were polite, welcoming.I also appreciated that the hotel was not very noisy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Toujours la même qualité. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Grande propreté des chambres et qualité du design. Il manque toutefois d'emplacement pour poser la valise. Bon petit-déjeuner mais il manquait des emplacements pour 2 personnes...Dommage que le petit-déjeuner soit strictement le même depuis de nombreuses années.
