Excellent as expected, the only negative aspect was that the air con was already set to winter mode (i.e. heating) when it was 27–30 degrees outside through the day. The WiFi was also a weak signal and on the slow side.
Small Breakfast Room. Quite Full. Overall Stay was very good.

Excellent location to the Messe and the hotel is a very good budget standard hotel , very clean with friendly and professional staff. On a negative and as I was told by reception , you only provide double beds as it is a Motel One policy , but you need to understand that many people travel together as companions and having to share a bed is both awkward and can be embarrassing , this can be avoided by having twin beds . Prices are relevant to demand and especially at Messe times , but surely you should be able to provide a bottle of water in the room , even if it is a small one or even charge 1 euro more per room extra to cover the cost.
Overall great experience as always with Motel One. Very kind staff (especially at the breakfast), good room, convenient location. Would stay here again.

Gutes Business Hotel !
I loved the furnishings, the ambience, and the serenity that the room exudes. My only regret was the television's remote control could not control it. The television made a humming sound and had an aquarium on display all night long. I was too tired to complain and slept off.
Hotel was nice and clean and the new bar area is top quality. The staff is always friendly and the overall vibe is nice.

Breakfast can be improved and lounge / bar seating area used to be better before. Now it looks a bit congested with those tall furnitures. You can also provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms. and a basic vanity kit may be with comb. When there is a line for check-in, please open multiple counters and do not make guests wait for several minutes to check-in

Muy agradable, agogedor y funcional. El aire acondicionado le da valor frente a otros hoteles en Franckfurt. El desayuno es completo, pero faltan platos calientes (tortilla, huevos fritos, bacon, etc...). La atención por parte del jefe de restaurante, que es italiano, fue exquisita. La habitación muy confortable.
We went to a convention so the location is excellent for that purpose, near to a shopping center with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel rooms are very minimal. It has only 2 electrical outlets in the room , no closets, not even a phone to call to receptionist, no shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, no bottle water, no room service, no usb plug for your computer. Staff is friendly and room is clean but carpet is dirty.
The hotel is fine and fully adequate as a 100EUR per night. You now charged 250 per night, because there was a fair. But the service remained a 100 per night service. So what you provided wasn’t worth the price.
The staff is very efficient and friendly, the room was good and very quiet.

Everything was perfect.
Beautiful public spaces, reasonable prices, and excellent service and breakfast. My qualms are that the rooms are quite small and there are limited amenities (e.g., there is no gym nor sauna). The hotel could be better connected to public transit. Otherwise, the area has plenty of restaurants and is right beside a major mall and about 20 minutes' walk away from the main train station.

The whole team was great, however, there was a Brazilian man who worked during breakfast service, I don't know his name but I'd like to thank him for his exceptional friendliness and welcome. He was great!

Really decent hotel. Perfect location for our needs. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast staff were truly exceptional. Nico stood out with his friendly and energetic personality, like a shot of espresso in the morning giving you a very positive vibe. Personally I would visit again the hotel just for him. Christina was equally welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout the experience.
The trade mark of your hotel is the gentleman at the reception of breakfast (Italian accent). Always so friendly, so smily, so human. Take a good care of this employee!
The rooms were like a sauna and had no power at the allocated desk area. The bar staff in the evening were very grumpy and the breakfast was lacking in choice and without instruction upon arrival.
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained.The staff were polite, welcoming.I also appreciated that the hotel was not very noisy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Excelente!! me gustan muchos los Motel One casi siempre son mi 1 elección a la hora de viajar, por sus desayunos y la amabilidad de su personal, este en concreto me encanta, por su ubicación y gran bar elegante y tranquilo así como su terraza donde en estos días los rayos de sol son geniales.. las habitaciones cómodas limpias y sin ruidos
En general todo muy bueno. Una habitación y hotel limpio. En la habitación podría haber un pequeño refrigerador sobretodo en verano. El desayuno está bien, lo básico encuentras. El área donde está este hotel es muy agradable pero No está muy cerca del centro pero caminando o en Uber se llega. Me ha gustado mucho 😀
Los desayunos para mi no corresponde a mi estilo de vida 💛 los cambiaría por completo por mas proteina me faltaron los huevos revueltos y beicon y la fruta muy buena la verdaf

Hotel Fráncfort-Messe
En el Motel One Fráncfort-Messe todo gira en torno a la metrópoli financiera y a los congresos y ferias —es decir, en torno al dinero—. Pero, como es lógico, no se trata de los precios de nuestras habitaciones, que siempre son económicos, sino exclusivamente del diseño temático del One Lounge. En nuestra pared LED, que ocupa toda la altura de la sala, retomamos el tema de la ciudad en la que se celebran ferias y eventos, «Encuentro – Personas – Movimiento», con el fin de ilustrar lo que en la jerga se conoce como «Mäuse» o «Zaster» (pelas y pasta, en alusión al dinero) y dar por finiquitado un duro día de negociaciones y relajarse. Muebles de diseño de calidad colocados como los corredores sobre el parqué invitan a relajarse y a intercambiar opiniones sobre el mercado bursátil. Aquí puedes iniciar el día disfrutando de un desayuno sano o sentir el agradable ambiente acompañado de una copa de vino por la noche.
Gracias a que está perfectamente ubicado, desde el Motel One Fráncfort-Messe no tardarás nada en llegar a tu cita de negocios. A tan solo 250 metros del hotel está la entrada principal del recinto ferial de Fráncfort; también llegarás fácilmente al barrio europeo con sus centros de convenciones. Incluso si dispones de poco tiempo, la ubicación privilegiada del hotel te permitirá pasear por la ciudad e ir de compras por la Zeil o hacer una visita turística a la plaza Römer.
