Everything was great, specially breakfast time with Nicola, just the amount of good vibes to start the day.
Great stay! Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, comfortable and very clean. Main thing the room was missing was some more hooks/benches/shelves to place belongings onto, most ended up on the floor.
Please add a nightstand in the room and light curtains My room was on the 2nd floor on the street side, and to dress up I add to do in the dark with the light blocking curtains closed
Breakfast can be improved and lounge / bar seating area used to be better before. Now it looks a bit congested with those tall furnitures. You can also provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms. and a basic vanity kit may be with comb. When there is a line for check-in, please open multiple counters and do not make guests wait for several minutes to check-in
Showerhead clogged with limescale. Only a little water came out.
We went to a convention so the location is excellent for that purpose, near to a shopping center with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel rooms are very minimal. It has only 2 electrical outlets in the room , no closets, not even a phone to call to receptionist, no shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, no bottle water, no room service, no usb plug for your computer. Staff is friendly and room is clean but carpet is dirty.
The hotel is fine and fully adequate as a 100EUR per night. You now charged 250 per night, because there was a fair. But the service remained a 100 per night service. So what you provided wasn’t worth the price.
The staff is very efficient and friendly, the room was good and very quiet.
Everything anyone could require from a hotel with a good location and facilities not provided on site within walking distance.
Everything was perfect.
Beautiful public spaces, reasonable prices, and excellent service and breakfast. My qualms are that the rooms are quite small and there are limited amenities (e.g., there is no gym nor sauna). The hotel could be better connected to public transit. Otherwise, the area has plenty of restaurants and is right beside a major mall and about 20 minutes' walk away from the main train station.

The whole team was great, however, there was a Brazilian man who worked during breakfast service, I don't know his name but I'd like to thank him for his exceptional friendliness and welcome. He was great!

Really decent hotel. Perfect location for our needs. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast staff were truly exceptional. Nico stood out with his friendly and energetic personality, like a shot of espresso in the morning giving you a very positive vibe. Personally I would visit again the hotel just for him. Christina was equally welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout the experience.
The trade mark of your hotel is the gentleman at the reception of breakfast (Italian accent). Always so friendly, so smily, so human. Take a good care of this employee!
The rooms were like a sauna and had no power at the allocated desk area. The bar staff in the evening were very grumpy and the breakfast was lacking in choice and without instruction upon arrival.
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained.The staff were polite, welcoming.I also appreciated that the hotel was not very noisy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Brilliant hotel. Very kind and courteous staff at the lounge area, especially at breakfast times. The rooms are always very clean and the prices are very fair.
HI, hotel with so minimal stuff in the room: no complementary water, one one cover for a double bed, no body cream. No coffee machine in room nor tea...Also I haven't received the invoice yet, 24h after...Unstable wifi in the room I had to use the 5G

When travelling for business to Frankfurt, Motel One Messe Hotel is my go-to hotel. It offers great value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whether at the reception, bar or breakfast, everyone works with great spirit. Special appreciation to Nicola, who always gives you a warm welcome when you arrive for breakfast. Good way to start the day!
all good but wrong invoice with a breakfast I never had on it wrongly .. let you know already in an email and at the reception, so hope the changed invoice will arrive soon

I would like to give a special mention to the Breakfast Manager (the Italian Guy). He is very friendly, had a smile on his face every day and made every guest feel special

Toller Service an der Rezeption
Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was modern but a bit small. Shower was very warm and powerful. Don't know why you just give a single duvet on a double bed. Breakfast was poor - limited choice and no where to sit. I wouldn't book a breakfast if I stayed again.
Nicola, who was at breakfast area, was so kind and friendly. He gave me a good vibes in the early morning and I could start my both days in the happy way ;)

The only negative point was that breakfast was served in the hall due to lack of seating in the room.
- horrible matrasses, blankets didnt even cover the full bed (too small) - breakfast was in hotel lobby with very small and low tables (too much trouble to set up enough real tables?) - very limited breakfast... no bacon or fresh baked eggs?
I am a big fan of MOTEL ONE hotels. Stayed always in this chain hotels all around Europe. First time i am facing this kind of thing. I was in the room full day, so the other day i was out for MEsse show, and request a cleaning. In my room, in the bathroom the cleaning person scattered my personal belongings such as parfumes, shaving cream, hari gel, etc., including my toothbrush. Everything was a mess. I'd put my toothbrush in a cardboard cup so it wouldn't touch the counter, but the way I found it wasn't a pleasant sight. May be the cleaner was in a hurry did not have time enough, and he/she could have forgotten the mess. The rest as always I am fine.
Convenient location - across from the mall. nice atmosphere. The tiny room was clean. Bed was ok. 2 different size pillows. Bathroom is very tiny. So sad-No hot water cooker or coffee machine in the room. You can get food at the bar even late at night. It’s just a Toast (could be a bit nicer prepared) but helps if you arrive super late and nothing else in the area is available anymore. Parking is a mess. Not enough space and if the garage is full, there’s no other location to park other than the expensive mall. And you’d have to walk all the way around the mall once it’s closed. We’ll probably come back when we know there’s no concert or exhibition at the convention center. It was just too crowded. But that’s a good sign I guess. 😉
Voor de overnachting op de terugreis vanuit Zwitserland is dit de ideale bestemming. Zodat ik op de volgende dag terug kan reizen naar Nederland.
Schoon, hartelijk en ondanks verbouwing rust
Prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend. Schoon en gastvrij ook voor onze hond. Gratis ontbijt vanwege verbouwing in de lobby, niks in kamer gehoord van de verbouwing
Zoals telkens zeer goed. Eenvoudig parkeren, goede locatie en prima sfeer.
Hotel was super! Nicola herkende ons vanaf de 2e dag en het is heel fijn om een vriendelijk persoon tegen te komen in de ochtend De kamer en badkamer hadden iets groter gekund, met opbergruimte voor de kleding. Verder super verblijf gehad!
Goed hotel als uitvalsbasis voor een Beurs in Frankfurt Messe. Loopafstand acceptabel en een aantal fijne restaurants vlakbij.

Hotel Frankfurt-Messe
In het Motel One Frankfurt-Messe draait alles om de financiële en beursmetropool - kortom, om geld. Dat geldt uiteraard niet voor onze traditioneel voordelige kamerprijzen, maar wel voor de thematische vormgeving van de One Lounge. Onze kamerhoge ledwand staat helemaal in het thema van de beursstad “Ontmoeting - Mensen - Beweging” en de fotografische weergave van begrippen uit de omgangstaal zoals 'Mäuse' en 'Zaster' maken de stressvolle werkdag algauw veel relaxter. Hoogwaardige designmeubels in het zitgedeelte van de Broker nodigen uit om urenlang ontspannen over de aandelenmarkt te kletsen. Hier start je elke ochtend met een gezond ontbijt en 's avonds sluit je hier de dag af met een goed glas wijn in een aangename sfeer.
Dankzij de ideale ligging ben je vanaf het Motel One Frankfurt-Messe zeer snel op je zakelijke afspraak, want op slechts 300 meter afstand van het hotel vind je al de hoofdingang van het beursgebouw en ook de Europawijk met zijn congrescentra ligt op wandelafstand. Een stadswandeling gecombineerd met wat shoppen op de Zeil en wat culturele bezichtigingen aan het Romer zijn perfect mogelijk, zelfs al heb je weinig tijd. Ook voor liefhebbers van de klassieke muziek en de tentoongestelde kunst ligt ons hotel perfect om een onvergetelijke avond in de Alte Oper te beleven.
