Breakfast room could have more proper tables to sit upright when eating instead of low sitting lounge chairs. Room was big but aircon had minimal instruction and there was no sheet or instruction manual how to operate aircon plus heating.
I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe at Motel One. Everything is exceptionally well-organized, from online check-in and reception to breakfast. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the unpretentious, down-to-earth feel makes for a completely stress-free stay.

Different pillow choices are a must, as the one in the rooms were in my case impossible, which affected my night sleep. Availability of eggs at breakfast in other form than boiled is something any civilized hotel has. I was not able even to order. Breakfast in general was poor considering the price/night. Everything else was OK.
great hotel - clean, good beds, and good location
Patrick and Mohammed were brilliant very welcoming. Gave me clear instructions for facilities for the hotel. The only thing that let the hotel down and it's absolutely nothing the hotel can do is the undiserables and homeless hanging around the railway station. Other cities in Europe and the UK have problems also. Would I stay there again a definite yes. I would recommend it. Thank you Patrick and Mohammed very impressed with your customer care well done.

Obviously, the location is brilliant on one side but dangerous at night. Maybe you could offer a free walk-over from the S-Bahn station for female solo travellers. As with all Motel Ones, I love the breakfast, etc., but it lacks a kettle and tea-making facilities. Coming from the Anglophone area, a kettle- at least one on each floor near the lift, with tea or coffee powder would be a deluxe addition to the hotel.

Convenient location right near the train station - it was just what I needed for an overnight stay before a flight early the next morning.
Es muy desagradable la zona que rodea al hotel... sucia, drogadictos tirados por las aceras, indigentes durmiendo en las aceras, sensación total de inseguridad...pero el hotel es fantástico. Es una lástima que las autoridades no hagan nada o no hagan lo suficiente, desconozco la situación
The room seamed as if it hasn’t been cleaned properly. The toilet brush was still in the toilet leaving a strange smell, the trash can from the bathroom on the counter half way in the sink and there was green mold at the ceiling under the shower. It was not visible at first when entering but standing in the shower revealed the mold. Honestly this was not the motel one experience I am used to.
Very clean, reception very agreable and diligent, very near from main station I had a single room. Small but very conveniently taking advantage of the space. So excellent price/quality ratio. Tiny bathroom, but clean/modern and all I need for an hotel stay.
I loved everything, the location, the room the bar and the overall aesthetic. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly, which was the best part of my stay :)

When I am in Germany, I look first to stay at Motel One. This hotel is pleasantly close to the central station, and to the streetcar stops. I got a a quiet, adequately spacious room. Breakfast is always delicious.
Super value for money!
Reasonable value for money. Scope for improvement on some basics. Central A/C system probably outdated. Works, but is loud, and doesn't cool enough even on full speed and after long duration. Can be a problem on very hot days, but otherwise acceptable. Perhaps it's the Motel One model, but felt a bit strange being in a business hotel, where you help yourself to your own cutlery (no problems here, just a bit different). But above all, no scrambled or fried eggs, just boiled ones. Room was big enough. WiFi worked well. Bathroom rather small & narrow; Shower cabin leaks out water, so floor gets wet quickly.
The first time I stayed at this Motel One, I was put off because the front desk person was not helpful and the air conditioning did not work. HOWEVER, I stayed a second time and had a great experience, due to front desk person "Patrick". Patrick went out of his way to be polite, pleasant and welcoming. The facility is very nice, but if you do not have personnel like Patrick, the stay is not as pleasant as it could be. Please give Patrick a raise and make him a manager to train good people to have excellent customer service. Based on my experience the second time, I will remain a repeat customer. Katherine Textor

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service personnel were also friendly. However, for the price I would expect it to be better. The breakfast for example was basic but I was charged 18 Euros for it. In all, my experience was satisfactory but not value for money.
Hi, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Everything was perfect for me, however the air conditioning was not working in the room. It was not a problem for me because the temperature was around 20 degrees. But if you are staying during the warm months, make sure you have a room with a working air conditioning, as the window faces the street and the train station, so it will be impossible to sleep with an open window.

Good and bad. Very clean, comfortable bed, hot water. No internet connection in my first room and had to switch. The front desk was very unhelpful with the internet problem. Initially I was told I could go to different other rooms in the hotel and do a trial to see if a new rooms internet would be better. After I went to one room and reported back that I could not access the internet, finally the front desk person said he would find a room for me where the internet worked. Additionally, the same clerk was vague about the non working air conditioning, saying “I think I heard something about it may not be working.” Why not just admit that it was not working and he did not know when it would be fixed? Frankly, the attitude from the clerk was,”I cannot really be bothered with you.” Anyway, my room was like a sauna all night and very noisy, since I had to have the windows open. Lastly, the breakfast room staff were the best, helpful, pleasant and friendly.
Very convenient location right next to the Frankfurt main station. Hotel is nice, well kept and clean. However, I was there during a hot spell and the air conditioning was not working so that I could not sleep very well due to the heat.
The room was lovely, the only basic was there should be a phone in the room atleast for emergency And breakfast needs more hot item option, I had boiled eggs for all 3 days which is not pleasant. Rest all good
Nice hotel, very convenient for central train station. The reception staff very friendly and staff overall very good. The 2 girls in the bar seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than on customer care. They could certainly do with some training.

Location is very convenient for the train station. Breakfast caters for most dietary needs. No drink making facilities in the room. Very easy to accidently leave room door unlocked as did not automatically close, needed a pull. Good sized bedroom but only 1 chair. Bathroom was small, there was room to have made it larger.
I stayed in January and the Hotel was just opened, there were things that needed fixing (Heater was stuck at 100% for the first hour) and sometimes there was stuff scattert in the hallways, but this was a reduced rate for early visitors, so I really dont feel bad about it. It was a really nice place and I enjoyed the stay.
I asked reception & got confirmation of a quiet room. Got 215 > backstreet: drug noise, car noise, shouting until 4am in the morning, people sleeping at street and throwing stuff at window. Less important but still bad: Sink turns to wrong side. Waisted money for larger room at such shit location? totally inadequate for CEO > need REFUND!

Dear Motel One Team, overall I am pleased to have the choice of two more hotels of the Motel One Group in a central location in Frankfurt. My review is not as good as it could have been, because the refurbishing process from formerly Flemings to now Motel One came with the downside that my last two stays were under the impression of a very strong scent of paint in the room. Another aspect I'd like to mention is that the Flemings had an excellent breakfast at very good value for money. Motel One used to have outstanding value for money in that regard as well, but that's not longer the case.
Es un hotel muy práctico y cómodo. El personal de recepción me ayudó en todo momento, llamando por mí al aeropuerto para solucionar algunas cuestiones sobre mi equipaje. No estaría de más un hervidor de agua en la habitación para poder disponer de un té calentito en todo momento. Muchas gracias por la atención recibida. A typical Motel One experience with the caveat of absurdly weird bathrooms in the style of a 1980 motel. :D I‘d rather choose this for more budget travelling or choose one of the others in Frankfurt.
The hotel is located conveniently next to the train station, so late arrival or early departure is no problem. I had already checked in online, but could not use a priority check-in line on site, as was indicated in the app. That was a bit confusing, so please make sure to designate a check-in line for people who have already checked in online and only need to get their room key. The room was quite spacious, had all the bare minimums (no kettle and fridge, but I already expected that). It smelled a bit painty, but that is probably due to the recent renovations on site. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend the hotel to everybody who needs to be in close vicinity of the train station
The hotel was okay, the area around wie horrible especially for a woman some alone. Also some Argument between guests and breakfast service escalated (from both sides) and security showed up which was quite uncomfortable plus guests loud on their speaker phone and no response from staff.
Room quality below Motel One standards, given this is a refurbished hotel of a different brand. Shower partially broken. The room has been painted, but doors etc were clearly aged.
