Reservation date was wrong. I had to pay again for another room without any reimbursement. Not acceptable. I will claim formally
No surprises. Very friendly check-in
Location is very convenient for the train station. Breakfast caters for most dietary needs. No drink making facilities in the room. Very easy to accidently leave room door unlocked as did not automatically close, needed a pull. Good sized bedroom but only 1 chair. Bathroom was small, there was room to have made it larger.
I stayed in January and the Hotel was just opened, there were things that needed fixing (Heater was stuck at 100% for the first hour) and sometimes there was stuff scattert in the hallways, but this was a reduced rate for early visitors, so I really dont feel bad about it. It was a really nice place and I enjoyed the stay.
I asked reception & got confirmation of a quiet room. Got 215 > backstreet: drug noise, car noise, shouting until 4am in the morning, people sleeping at street and throwing stuff at window. Less important but still bad: Sink turns to wrong side. Waisted money for larger room at such shit location? totally inadequate for CEO > need REFUND!
very nice stay, friendly staff, nice restaurant breakfast area. district has a super connection in infrastructure although feels unsafe. scary people lingering around the hotel, tough to escape.
Dear Motel One Team, overall I am pleased to have the choice of two more hotels of the Motel One Group in a central location in Frankfurt. My review is not as good as it could have been, because the refurbishing process from formerly Flemings to now Motel One came with the downside that my last two stays were under the impression of a very strong scent of paint in the room. Another aspect I'd like to mention is that the Flemings had an excellent breakfast at very good value for money. Motel One used to have outstanding value for money in that regard as well, but that's not longer the case.
A typical Motel One experience with the caveat of absurdly weird bathrooms in the style of a 1980 motel. :D I‘d rather choose this for more budget travelling or choose one of the others in Frankfurt.
The hotel is located conveniently next to the train station, so late arrival or early departure is no problem. I had already checked in online, but could not use a priority check-in line on site, as was indicated in the app. That was a bit confusing, so please make sure to designate a check-in line for people who have already checked in online and only need to get their room key. The room was quite spacious, had all the bare minimums (no kettle and fridge, but I already expected that). It smelled a bit painty, but that is probably due to the recent renovations on site. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend the hotel to everybody who needs to be in close vicinity of the train station
The hotel was okay, the area around wie horrible especially for a woman some alone. Also some Argument between guests and breakfast service escalated (from both sides) and security showed up which was quite uncomfortable plus guests loud on their speaker phone and no response from staff.
Room quality below Motel One standards, given this is a refurbished hotel of a different brand. Shower partially broken. The room has been painted, but doors etc were clearly aged.

The design of the hotel in Frankfurt am Main
Motel One Frankfurt-Hauptbahnhof is a place of retreat and forms a deliberate contrast to the lively station district. Nature and the Main River are reflected in the design, contrasting with the big city. Frankfurt itself is a
place of contrasts. In addition to the hustle and bustle of the city centre, there is also Nizza – the park on the Untermainkai. It has a mild microclimate, allowing Mediterranean flora to thrive. And it was precisely this location in the middle of the city that inspired the hotel's design.
Light tones and blue-green colours, flowing shapes and countless plants enliven the interior of the design hotel. Wood, natural stone and black steel create contrasts and at the same time invite you to linger and switch off, even though the design hotel is located in the middle of the action. However, this is hardly noticeable from the inside, so you can enjoy your break to the fullest.
We look forward to welcoming you to our design hotel in Frankfurt near the city centre!
