We stayed for four nights during which we met up with family members (totaling 14 adults and a baby). The entire staff could not have been friendlier, more helpful and accommodating. This made our stay an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to all !!
I will ALWAYS stay at and recommend Motel One!
Excellent hotel, all the facilities were very good, as well as being situated in a great location. All the staff were exceptional, the cleaning team were always very helpful and did a great job. Special mention to Juan pn the front desk who was great at check in amd always on hand to help when needed.
The stay was perfect, the hotel is in the best location, you have everything nearby within walking distance. All the staff we dealt with were frindly, polite and efficient. The room were very clean every day and the bed was very comfortable. We recommend it 100%
it is my favourite hotel..the location is perfect...
A home from home hotel, absolutely beautiful staff, stunning location and central to everything.
Perfect location, nice clean room.
First time staying with Motel One. Very cool vibes and super friendly. Illia went above and beyond to help me when I first arrived.
great location , friendly staff , quiet comfortable rooms
A well-maintained and impressive front entrance, lounge, and bar. Fantastic location, well-appointed rooms with a comfy bed, seating area, and air con - much needed in the barmy Irish sun!
All staff friendly efficient approachable informative and obliging Excellent location for visitors
Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms very clean. The position of the hotel in the City was excellent and suited our sightseeing.
Every thing you want from a stay is brilliant at the hotel staff wonderful breakfast loverly location excellent
Have stayed many times. Superb location. Pleasant staff. Spotless clean Lovely healthy breakfast and cocktails good too 👏👏
I stayed at the hotel unexpectedly as my flight was cancelled last minute by the airline. They put me up in the hotel and it was such a pleasant surprise. Modern, clean, comfortable and really lovely staff (considering we turned up at 11pm and it was all last minute they were super helpful).
Love this hotel for a visit to Dublin, in the heart of the city, €10 overnight parking in Arnott’s car park right next door, all night bar, very friendly helpful staff, very comfy bed, great continental breakfast. Ideal!!!
No garage can in living room , no YouTube in tv , no phone in room . Inconvenient
Great repeat stay at Motel One in Dublin! The city centre location couldn’t be better — walking distance to restaurants , pubs, and shops. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and pillows. Excellent value — highly recommend for anyone visiting Dublin!
Brutal doesn't describe our stay. We spent our first 2 nights in Ireland with you. The fan didn't work, so we had to have the window open and listened to the street people fight all night, the seagulls screech, trams, the garbage bins be picked up at 6:30, the tram platforms be pressure washed at 6;00.... I could go on. Told the lady at reception what the issue was the first morning. Nothing. So we were forced to endure it all a second night. As far as we're concerned Motel One Dublin should have paid us to stay there. Im telling anyone who will listen about the horrific experience we had at your establishment. Absolutely terrible! Zero stars!
Hi our experience was fabulous, lovely staff , quick check in , very centrally located ,lovely room , very clean perfect for city break , often stayed here and will be back for sure
Very helpful, welcoming and smiling hotel staff, excellent location, very comfortable and quiet room, wonderful bar.
Central location, friendly staff, very clean and cosy room, good breakfast
Perfect position, very good services, very good cleaning!
Central hotel, clean, with everything you need for a short stay and friendly efficient reception staff. If you are going for longer than a few days you might struggle for hanging space but was perfect for us for one night. Free water for the room was a nice touch but as someone who drinks a lot of water - it might have been good to give one per person instead of per room. The air con was very welcome for a good nights sleep. The only point I would say is that the shower was not powerful enough for me. Thanks for a lovely stay we will be back!
Hotel very central location. Staff very friendly. Spotless clean. Breakfast lovely and love the cocktails 🍹
Really friendly team, clean, great location away from hustle and bustle of Temple Bar but with easy access. Lovely decor and comfortable rooms.
Excellent location , professional and fabulous staff
Great location but tranquil. Comfy rooms, lovely staff. Great breakfast. More food choice from.bar would be good.
Very clean, beds so comfy, AC amazing, Continental breakfast so much to choice from.
Great rooms, clean and fresh and staff were brilliant
Excellent hotel to explore Dublin. Very impressed with the cleanliness.
Amazing, we loved the hotel and the staff were lovely and very helpful, we would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff and the experience was excellent, this will be the place I will be staying all the time when visiting Dublin
Excellent location, great lobby, friendly staff & very clean room.
Our stay was absolutely brilliant, great staff, great food/drink, and the rooms were spotless!
The experience matched what I expected: I've been to many Motel Ones in Europe (mostly Brussels), and the branding is consistent.
Perfect location. Comfortable modern rooms
Very nice hotel & good parking rate at nearby carpark.
Overall stay was good however a member of staff walked into my room at 2.30am which was quite unsettling and basically caused the stay to be disruptive. Had a note left outside our room with vouchers for breakfast the next morning however no knock so we could not even use the vouchers as we left our room at the time of checkout (12pm) and breakfast had finished at 10am.
Excellent location, quick friendly check in & nice clean room
Everything was just as I expected from Motel One. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home from the moment I arrived. The only small downside was the shower, which kept dripping day and night. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was noticeable, especially at night. Other than that, everything was great. I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose Motel One again. Until next time—at another Motel One somewhere in the world!
As always a very pleasant stay. Please expand your locations in Ireland. We stayed at leonardo in Galway 450€ per night incl breakfast….. far far away from motel one quality, cleanness , friendliness and Price range. Please continue surprising us. Thank you.
Clean, comfy bed, nice environment, all you could ask for in a nice business hotel. I would only like the rooms to be slightly bigger. The wifi was not working on my computer, tried more than 15 times over the 2 nights.
Nice hotel
For city centre location good value for money. Great location. Well designed rooms - spotlessly clean. All staff encountered were very efficient and pleasant
Great Hotel with good service. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
We had a fantastic stay in Motel One. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Our room was well designed with a comfortable bed, a great shower, and everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Overall, Motel One offers outstanding value for money in Dublin. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
As Americans, we were very surprised with Motel One. In America, the quality of a lot of motels is substandard. Motel One is top notch, was very comfortable, the staff was so accommodating, the room was clean and efficient. While in Dublin, we stayed at a very classy hotel but Motel One totally outshined the other hotel. We were sorry that we had not found it the first time we stayed in Dublin. We will be looking for Motel One hotels on any future travels.
Friendly and accommodating staff and lovely clean and stylish property in the heart of Dublin. Joanna was so attentive when I came with my chaos of cat and bags and was able to quickly find me a room and bring me to it. Despite being in city center it’s very quiet and the guests are there to explore but no one is unruly. Room was spotless and had exactly what I needed for my stay.
Very welcoming staff on arrival.the rooms spotless and hotel .
