All staff was awesome !!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Motel One Dublin. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotels decoration was fantastic. The rooms were luxurious and the beds were extremely comfy. We would highly recommend and visit again, thank you.
Great location, nice clean room with hairdryer and inhouse shampoo & hand wash gel, bathroom modern & tidy, water pressure great. Adequate room for one or two adults, aircon works well. TV works well. Very comfy bed, choice of pillows, desk, area for one suitcase. Small clothes hanging space, tea & coffee, milk etc provided. No inhouse water provided in room, no fridge. Downstairs continental breakfast delicious (pre order at cost), 24 hour bar downstairs, smoking area with seating connected to bar area (outside), super friendly staff, highly recommend. Weather in June lovely. Liz from Australia.
Very clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable.
We just fell in love with Motel One when we first stayed at Motel One Leipzig - Nikolaikirche in May 2022. The only negative thing is that we had mentioned that we were celebrating my 50th birthday in the reservation and no mention at all by staff once we checked in.
Lovely hotel great location friendly staff
Very enjoyable, quiet, great location, rooms arent huge but they don't need to be. Bed is like a cloud and staff are nice
Great location, friendly staff
Excellent location. Very clean Lovely breakfast
Nothing to complain about! Great experience from smooth checkin, comfortable quiet room to good breakfast!
Brilliant location, beautiful lobby area with very comfy chairs. Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Excellent base for exploring the city. Clean, safe and comfortable.
I am so glad we chose this hotel to stay in during our trip to Ireland. Although we took several bus tours and train rides away from Dublin, we always returned to this hotel at night. The location is in City Center and perfect for all walking distance to visit and explore.
We had a pleasant enough stay at Motel One Dublin. Reception staff were quick and efficient if not particularly welcoming. The standard king we’d reserved was freshly decorated if a bit small. The bathroom was particularly nice. We liked the white fluffy towels and nicely scented liquid soap and shampoo. No conditioner or shower cap offered though. Bit mean. We slept well as there was little noise and the A/C worked well. We missed having a fridge or water or any mugs or glasses. The 2 small paper cups provided instead made the place feel a bit cheap. They were also a bit dangerous to drink boiling hot drinks from as weren’t as robust as coffee shop type cups. No further cups were offered in the bathroom for use when cleaning teeth.
The hotel was so central for our trip. The room was clean. The breakfast was good quality and the staff were very helpful especially the girl from reception who found us a taxi despite the road being closed for the parade on Saturday.
Great location but quite basic and rooms are very small. You're meant to use the same paper cup for your tea and drink water from. No nice to haves like shower cap, conditioner, body moisturiser. The breakfast offering was quite limited too. Additionally upon check in I was told the room had been paid for, when I asked if they were sure they pointed to a checkin itinerary that clearly had hand written 'paid' on it. This morning I received an email from the hotel saying that my account needed to be closed and tht a colleague had forgotten to take payment. I thought that was unfair on the colleague as it was not his fault someone else had stipulated it had been paid for (I had booked months in advance and do often pay when booking as opposed to checking in so there was a chance payment had been made, but I did ask them if they were sure). I have no issues paying but it wasn't handled well. the beds were very comfortable though and the air con was nice too - not too strong
Great accomodation near all important sights of Dublin. Somebody would prefer an Irish breakfast, but this is not necessary.
Good things were: - Fast check-in and out - Comfortable room - Nice variety at breakfast Negative things were: - Blanket is tightly tucked under the mattress, which causes effort to pull it out again - Breakfast buffet is too cramped and overcrowded. - Lifts are too busy and too crowded. Making them more spacious and faster would be helpful. - Bathroom door keeps shutting itself without reason - Provided soap dispensers of low quality
Quiet room, comfortable bed, the last word in convenience.
Everything was great. Super clean, quiet. Perfect. Had small problem accessing some tv channels, was fixed immediately. Very pleasant stay. Thanks! ☺️
I'm 190 cm tall and a few lamps in the lounge hang down below this height, so I had to avoid those. When searching for a cup at the breakfast bar, the first two I picked up had small stains inside, the third one was finally clean. Small complaints, generally I'm very satisfied with my stay at the Dublin Motel One.
No drinking water in the rooms is inexcusable. Location great but rooms are teeny tiny.
Very good service from the team. Especially Joanna and Brian made our group's stay perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.
Great staff, friendly , welcoming and absolutely professional! Thanks for a great experience, I will be back
Very nice! Gentle, helpfull and friendly staff. Good to reach and perfect location to reach the central targets in Dublin. Next time I would book a room opposite to the road.
Great stay with a lovely room, value for money was ideal and the location of the hotel was fantastic.
Very good position and staff. Nice design. Room nice but a bit small. Breakfast moderately good.
Very well located for me, most services excellent, staff were very good, room would benefit from addition of proper crockery (cups and glasses)
Great Hotel which is perfectly located in the Center of the city. The rooms are nice, maybe a bit small but clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a wide array of foods. The breakfast and bar staff were really nice. There is also a nice bar. I would recommend it!
The hotel is new, rooms small but OK, top location, anyway 757 EUR for a 3 night stay is far too much!
Hotel is modern and very clean . It’s in a great location nice and central .staff were all lovely .
The room was lovely and service was great, we were able to check in a bit early which was helpful.
Not happy at all was woke up after a long flight due to a smoke alarm going off at 7:15 in the morning
Great value for money. Brilliant location and lovely clean and slick hotel. Rooms was a good size, bathroom a little small but still adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central location to explore Dublin. The pre-pay option through booking.com was very useful and convenient.
Modern, clean, quiet. Just a little too small.
Hotel was lovely in a great location. Breakfast was nice. Do feel it would be useful to have extra toiletries in bathroom such as shower cap cotton buds / pads. Staff were friendly enough
Really friendly staff , location excellent and the bed was really comfortable allowing for a great night sleep.
Good service and a good breakfast, we were very lucky.
The location of the hotel is perfect as its very central. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and comfortable. The only slight issue I had was not all the television channels were working for two of the three days of my stay but this is minor.
very friendly and helpful reception, very nice staff at the bar, very nice and delicous breakfast buffet. The room was clean and small, but more than ok for a city stay. We liked this place very much Just one thing.... We would recommend to change the used table sets at breakfast....or making self service with these... and/or to clean the table when guests leave their table.
Hotel was very clean, modern and in an excellent position. Room was compact but had all essentials and was fine for a short stay. Check in and check out was very efficient. Continental breakfast was fine though breakfast area was quite congested at peak times.
The room location of 4.02 was unfortunately a bit noisy, because of the proximity to the Luas line, and also they were water cleaning outside until the late hours. I tend to always have one window open.
This is a modern hotel situated in the heart of Dublin. The rooms are a good size. The only downside is there's no closet and very few shelves to put your belongings while you are staying. Many thanks to Aaron from maintenance who helped us out with a problem one evening.
Great location, friendly staff, good quality breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin. Daniel behind reception was a credit to the company as was Francesco behind the bar.
The staff at the Dublin Motel One are excellent. I’d like to single out Francesco who works at the bar. He is very helpful and personable. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
The sink in the bathroom fill up with water to over spilling levels (maintenance?)
Great location in Dublin. Quiet. Room was compact but fine for business or pleasure. The only annoying thing. I booked on the website having selected English, but all emails come in German.
Very well worth the cost. Great breakfast and all around nice stay - as always at Model One ;)
Returning customer. Very nice hotel to stay in excellent location. Clean cozy rooms, nice shower, comfortable beds. Would benefit having bottled water in the rooms and to have an agreement with a near by parking.
The front of house staff (Jafine) made checking in easy and made us felt welcomed

Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
