Beautiful hotel, so central in city centre. Absolutely spotless, staff very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends
Motel One is perfectly situated on Middle Abbey Street with the convenience of the Jervis street Luas stop being less than a minutes walk away . The hotel is furnished beautifully and the decor is extremely appealing. Our check in was smooth and the staff member was friendly . Our room was comfortable, had tea/coffee facilities along with Shampoo/ body wash in the bathroom. It most definitely is our go to choice of hotels in Dublin.
Superb location for a decent price, and very quiet. Close to the Luas red line, across the river from Temple Bar, and all the major sights are within walking distance. Easy access to the Aircoach airport shuttle shop, which is also a short walk away. I liked that the lobby doors lock after 10pm. Was pleasantly surprised by how lively the hotel bar was on weekends.
Lovely clean upto date hotel . Staff were excellent . Excellent stay all weekend
When you’re staying in Dublin, you have got to stay in Motel One,location is perfect. The staff are great and there’s a nice relaxed vibe to the Hotel, the bar is perfect for a drink and very chilled.Breakfast was excellent too plus a room overlooking the Dublin skyline.. My favourite hotel in Dublin, highly recommended..
Hotel is really close to Temple Bar & centre of Dublin. Lovely clean & bright hotel. Great staff very thorough & helpful. Room was perfect, clean, bright with a lovely bathroom. Would definately choose again.
Very clean hotel , staff lovely and helpful . Ideally situated hotel for all sightseeing . Had a great few days here 👍
My partner and I absolutely loved staying here. The room was compact but big enough for two on a long weekend break. The cleanliness was immaculate and the styling was en pointe. The same goes for the bathroom - the most amazing shower I’ve ever had and lovely toiletries! The reception staff could do with some training, we asked a couple of questions about local information, e.g. public transport options and 24 hour supermarkets, but they drew a blank. The lounge was lovely and cocktails were great but could do with another bartender on staff, there was a bit of a wait. The location is perfection, we managed to fit everything in that we wanted to do, partly because of the location. We know where we’re staying if we come to Dublin again and would look for MotelOne hotels in different cities.
Very friendly staff, awesome bed to sleep in,very good value
Everything was excellent, the only complain I have is the breakfast area. It got pretty cramped, when we were getting breakfast there.
Really lovely room and welcoming staff, enjoyed our stay very much!
Perfect stay! Was up for 1 night for a concert, rooms were spotless, staff were lovely and value for a night stay in Dublin was unbeatable!! Only downfall and one mark removed is 3.00pm check in time is quite late especially if you have plans for that day. Only downfall
Lovely hotel, great location. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely stay here in the future.
Great stay but could really do with a fry for breakfast - cold sandwich really doesn’t cut it nowadays for 16 euro.
Location was really good and the staff was very nice and helpfull. Only minus was the water pressure in the shower and the lack of a mini fridge in the room.
Great value and location. Friendly staff.
Well for one you should have nonslip mats in the rooms for the shower
Rooms were small but the shared areas downstairs were spacious and relaxed. staff were all exceptional.
The hotel was in a fantastic location and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Most importantly, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and made the stay a great experience.
Beautiful hotel, perfect location!!
Exellent all round stay at Motel One, will definitely return.
Friendly & Polite staff, quick smooth check in & check out. Would recommend & i will definitely be back for another stay - hopefully soon.
Really enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again! The location is so central and handy for touring around Dublin. Motel-One was lovely & clean, friendly staff, highly recommend it!
Brand new hotel in a beautiful location. Room was tiny but ok. Not sure if heating system worked properly but not a big issue. Breakfast could be improved in terms of food selection and in terms of logistic.
Faultless service and fantastic employee's
Great location and really helpful and friendly staff
After a long day I landed in Ireland at 9pm. I arrived at Motel One really looking forward for a nice shower. For my disappointment I was placed in a disability room. The bathroom had no shower screen. At the check in no one mentioned to me that this would be my room. On a business trip i am not fussy when it comes to hotels. I only need a nice shower and a comfortable bed. The bed was good though, but I was disappointed with the shower room and the toilet seat.
Fabulous room, comfy bed and gorgeous toiletries. The lounge was chilled and very comfortable. Far exceeded our expectations
It was a nice hotel.
TV channels abruptly stop sometimes, so one has to channel hop and back again
great experience; very nice hotel, service perfect and great package price/quality
Location was great, very close to all the atractions and also to the bus and tram stations. Clean room, friendly staff, would recommend
Great central location, very comfy bed & friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely staff , clean room , peaceful environment
missing min fridge in the room
My stay at Motel One Dublin was an amazing way to end my trip in Ireland. The location was right in the center of everything. Temple Bar area was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and there are plenty of great food options around the hotel. The staff at Motel One Dublin were very friendly. I interacted with the bar staff the most, as after a long day of exploring Dublin, I deserved a few good cocktails. Cecilia, Fahad, and Joseph were amazing bartenders and super fun to talk too. Make sure you ask for Joseph's signature cocktail when visiting. My room was very clean and spacious. Overall, I had a great stay, and I will be back when visiting Dublin.
Friendly staff and very clean hotel and right in the heart of dublin
Brilliant service and after arriving in Dublin very early, we were delighted to check in much sooner than the expected time. Staff were all brilliant, room and en suite very clean. Communal areas really comfy too!
Lovely staff, quick and sufficient check in and out! Location of Hotel is prefect
I couldn’t believe the price for a stay in such a central location.
We stayed for two nights and complained to reception on the first day as we have three issues with the room, shower was faulty and had no pressure whatsoever, tv kept turning off and air-con was also faulty, so room was stifling hot. We were assured on the first day all the issues would be resolved, but when arriving back they hadn’t been looked at, again on the second day it was exactly the same despite assurances everything would be fixed. When checking out at the end of the weekend was provided with a very slight apology and advised no duty Manager was available on shift.
An excellent stay, clean rooms, lovely receptionists and bar staff
Great position. Functional room. Television service very poor. Breakfast vastly overpriced. Staff lovely. Tea tray poor.
Very nice and quiet hotel.everything was perfect.
Great hotel. Location and room spot on. Staff lovely. Breakfast slightly pricing but overall superb.
The hotel exceeded our expections, very clean, staff were very efficient and friendly. The roon had everything we needed, we liked the fact that when in the room we couldnt hear anything in the corridors or people in other rooms, which you can in a lot of hotels.
Great hotel in a brilliant location. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, we were even able to check in early as we had a morning flight, very accommodating! Rooms were clean and comfy and perfect for a couple.
I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable, location-handy and affordable this hotel was. For concert goers especially, the Academy is just a stone's throw away. My only let downs were that the bedding could have been a little cleaner and I would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!
rooms clean and quite
Great choice - clean and modern design and a short walk from temple bar area. Very comfy beds and checked us in early whoch was a welcome bonus, but had the option to leave our bags if our rooms weren't ready. No complaints
