Our stay was very good. We appreciated your lounge area, breakfast and reception service. Excellent your position. The room is too much essential and could be improved. It would have been appreciated to have a minibar, a wardrobe in the room, a waste bin, and in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries and a toothbrush holder.
We would absolutely stay in this hotel chain again; also, we would recommend it to friends. Megan, at the front desk, was a fantastic source of information when it came to booking our tours. She also gave us great advice when it came to local excursions.
We are always happy with motel one It’s convenient comfortable clean and the staff are very helpful- keeping our bags while we shop is very helpful too
Fantastic hotel in the heart of Dublin. Top location. Everything we needed was in the room. Very clean and comfortable and staff extremely friendly and effecient.
Bedroom super clean , the people on the front desk amazing welcoming, Maria , Dominique ,Eve , Illia, in bar wow love everyone, great cocktail, good service, juts love this place , my next trip definitely fully recommend Motel One Dublin 💖🇮🇪
Great location, all was very nice and as expected. Would prefer 2 instead of 1 luggage stand.
Great central location and very new and clean. Nice staff.
We always like to stay in Motel One, a clean and efficient hotel in the centre of Dublin with a surprisingly large bar on the ground floor. The only downsides are the paucity of storage or hanging space in the rooms and that, for some mysterious reason, they refuse to provide a bin in the bedroom.
Clean hotel friendly staff great location
Great location, clean rooms and nice staff. Maria was exceptional!
We have stayed here multiple times and can't wait to stay again. The hotel is in a great location, beautiful rooms and savage staff looking forward to our next stay with ye.
Great hotel, great staff, great location! Staff were very welcoming and also helpful whenever asked about anything. They are a great team keep up the amazing work.
Lovely weekend..bit expensive for 2 nights Lovely staff
Wonderful place, clean, modern, great location.
Perfect as always
Great first impression in the common areas, spotlessly clean and comfortable room and friendly enthusiastic staff. The only thing which needs to be improved is the water pressure in the shower.
Brilliant location Great room Friendly , helpful staff Bar open late 😊
The room was clean and perfect. The continental breakfast was over the top experience and other chains should sneak in an take a peek if they want to compete.
It is always a pleasure to stay here.
Overall good. I’ve stayed in the hotel before. The reception staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I can’t fault them in anyway. On checkin I was allocated a room that was still being cleaned. I was charged to a room with faulty aircon. The bar should offer more on draft than just Guinness. WiFi would not connect on either my phone or laptop
This hotel is in an amazing location. Walkable to every city site. The decor is comfortable and elegant. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.
My friend & I had a lovely stay. Fabulous room. Perfect location!! Really enjoyed my stay!
Overall experience excellent (just coincidentally room 650 seems a bit intimidated by the parking house next building)
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel One, and we must say, the experience was largely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency — exactly the kind of service one hopes for after a long journey. The room was immaculate, the overall ambiance was charming, and the location was simply perfect for exploring the city at our leisure. However, we do feel compelled to address one area that fell slightly short of my expectations, breakfast. For a property of this caliber, we anticipated a more generous spread. What was offered felt rather modest: a limited selection of cold cuts, a few varieties of cheese, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, assorted breads, some pastries. While perfectly adequate I was surprised to find no hot options whatsoever no omelettes, no scrambled eggs, there was no bacon, sausages, the kind of warm, satisfying start to the day that one simply expects at a four-star establishment. We do intend to return, as the overall experience was genuinely lovely. I sincerely hope the breakfast offering will be elevated to match the otherwise high standard of this charming property.
great location, rooms were clean and bed was comfy. made use of the great bar and breakfast facilities. Staff were fantastic also
Great location, really helpful and friendly staff, entire hotel was clean and well maintained (felt very new). Happy with our rooms but perhaps a little smaller than I was expecting. It was very quiet though and immaculate. Only issue was how busy it was at breakfast. Breakfast itself was great but on 2 out of 3 occasions we struggled to find a table for three of us and ended up on the lounge chairs in the bar area. Aside from this though, all good.
Excellent experience overall
Great location, nice and modern facilities. Clean rooms and friendly reception staff. All we needed to explore Dublin for a couple of days. Only thing we wanted for in the room was an ironing board and iron or a clothes steamer and a second rubbish bin for the bedroom not just one in bathroom. Would recommend to others.
Great value, fantastic location perfect rooms
Great staff, great location, comfortable and clean rooms
The location is great, the staff is friendly, my only issue was that our air-conditioning in our room was broken so for three nights we had a pretty rough night sleep because it was quite hot as it was a heat wave in Dublin. we did ask for it to get fixed on our second night and it didn’t . We’re not sure if it was attempted to get fixed or not but when we tried to put the air on when we came back, it still had an error message. We’ve stayed at several Motel One around Europe and we stayed at this Motel One before. we traveled with friends this time and we got them to book at this location as well. It would’ve been a perfect experience if it wasn’t for the air-conditioning.
Excellent hotel. Very clean , staff very friendly and helpful and the location was superb
Excellent stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is in a great location.
As usual - does not matter which city - very nice stay. Clean hotel, nice staff, good location, comfy beds
Excellent service.
Great value for no nonsense, clean, and comfortable hotel room. Trustworthy staff too. I forgot my work computer in the lounge and after half hour it was still in the lobby. Joanna or someone at the front desk retrieved it as I called her from the airport and she put it away in her office for me to pick up. Breakfast is good, through the Munich and NYC offerings at other Motel One hotels exceeds the Dublin one.
excellent service as always, thank you Would consideration be given to expanding food options in the evening? Even to include salads
The front desktop people are amazing and helpful.
Location was perfect but was surprised that there were no amenities at all, not even glass for your toothbrush. There was just a hand wash and shower gel and 2 bath towels. I asked for hand towels and got those. Also when I asked about Uber, I was directed to a bus stop across the road with a large crowd of people waiting. This is not what I expect on vacation, especially for the price.
Great staff.
The hotel was clean and stylish. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect.
The room was clean, quiet, and energy efficient. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
Hotel was in a very good location close enough to Temple Bar to enjoy the night life but completely silent at night. Room was well decorated and the bed very comfy. The only improvement I would recommend is draws in the room for storing small items but that’s it. I would 100% spray here again.
Fantastic welcome and help from reception, room as always was very clean and the amenities were wonderful.
Nice property in the heart of downtown Dublin
We loved the location of Motel One, and the place is very clean and nice, great bar and lounge area. The front desk staff was great, too -- Dominick was super friendly and helpful when we had questions, which we appreciated, and which, of course, means we would stay there again if we return.
The room was compact but very clean and well kept. The bed is big and very comfortable as well as air con which worked well and tea an coffee making available in the room and the lobby area if big and comfortable. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. No hot food items apart form boiled eggs as was continental. Still a good choice of bagels and cold meats but personally i always like something hot in the morning for breakfast so even if it wasn't a full hot breakfast selection maybe along with the hard boiled eggs some sausages or bacon to make it more appealing.
Brilliant hotel
We loved our stay, friendly staff, comfy bed and lovely hotel. Thank you!
Bed was comfy and bathroom was modern, clean and well organised. The bits that didn't meet my expectations: Towel too small, too thin Sign posting for using stairs too difficult and takes ages waiting for lifts! Mirror above desk too high Pegs and hangers on walls is cheap Why not use proper china for hot drink making? Why throw away materials? Water pressure was lacking - makes for washing hair difficult!

Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. That way, you can easily visit Dublin’s attractions like EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (Connolly station) and the National Leprechaun Museum.
Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
