Reception was a highlight by being super helpful and friendly
Excellent Hotel. Really calm and well positioned. A few steps away Temple Bar. However, it's 0 noisy so able to have good night of sleep. I'm traveling a lot but it's clearly one of my best hotel. Recommend without any hesitation.
Not everything was perfect , but your staff very helpful and eager to fix my thermostat problem. Error code comes up after a few hours of working ok. Then it begins blinking and this reflects on the mirror into your face at 3 am!
Beautiful hotel, rooms are a little small but cute. Not very good the breakfast with only cold food for 16€.
Breakfast is not very good. No fresh eggs. Nothing is fresh or appetizing. Coffee machines are too slow. If people want Starbucks quality coffee you should have a machine. But for people like me who just want a couple cups of good coffee you should have a coffee urn. Your rooms are way too small. No room for luggage or to even turn around. You essentially have an uncomfortable hotel and as a result nothing is easy or pleasant about staying at your hotel.
Room is far too small to be comfortable for 2 people.
I stayed at the One Motel in Dublin and overall had a very positive experience. I found everything welcoming and well organized. The check-in process was very easy, and check-out was just as smooth. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless as well. The room size was good and comfortable, with enough space for a pleasant stay. I expected the room view to be a little better, as I was hoping to see something nicer. I also would have really appreciated having a minibar or at least a fridge in the room, which was something missing for me. Apart from that, everything else was convenient and comfortable. The spaces were well designed and practical. One thing that could definitely be improved is the television service, which was quite slow and laggy when using the channels or programs. The price was also a little high, but overall I had a good stay and would still recommend it.
Excellent position, very flexible checkout time (until 12) and nonstop bar service. The room was very clean and warm. The only negative point was its view on the courtyard.
Good, room and bathroom clean but quite small, never enough tea, sugar & milk supplied but extras freely given on request and only disposable cardboard cups. Bed comfortable. Convenient location, easy to walk everywhere.
Comfortable and clean surroundings in the ideal location of Dublin
Staff is great but room temperature remained too hot for my comfort - thermometer flashed continuously & I reported that twice but nothing done about it. Had to sleep either windows open to cool down room.
Staff were very friendly at the front desk and bar. Location is great and room was tidy and comfy!
The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. Our room was wonderful as well.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center and very easy to find. It was extremely clean and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. After checkout, I was able to leave my luggage safely in their organized storage room with tagged bags, which was very convenient. The service was both professional and flexible. Breakfast was varied and very good.Overall an excellent stay.
Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, the location can’t be beat. Joanna at the front desk couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. Staying here is an easy choice to make
The location and standard of the property was ideal and although the room was quite small it was clean and comfortable. Shout out to Illiiaya (Illieas?) the young guy on the front desk when we checked in. He was really helpful and professional with advice (it was our first visit to Dublin) and helped us out with a later checkout on our day of departure as we were only stopping over after a long haul flight from Australia. Service like this keeps people coming back.
Location, clean room and friendly staff. Great 3 day stay. Breakfast excellent as well.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, even when we pushed the boundaries. They had our room ready before check in time. So grateful for that.
I have stayed at several Motel One's before and the Dublin twice. It is a great chain, it is reasonably priced and modern. The bar is excellent. I would like to give an acknowledgment to two employee. 1. Juan I had several encounters and all were greeted with a smile and the issue/question answered to my satisfaction. 2. Efa (hope I spelled it correctly) it is E the Fa. Knowledgeable, Knowledgeable, Knowledgeable. She is a treasure.
Perfect location, nice people, no problems when we needed to stay longer for 2 nights due to strike. Would be happy to come back!
Fantastic rooms. Always clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk are always super helpful. I have stayed at this hotel 4-5 times now and it is always wonderful service.
No comments, excellent. Staff, location, room, breakfast all very good
Clean, organized, comfortable. Bartenders, breakfast workers and front desk all professional and courteous,
I was very happy to rest when I got in from my flight at 9:30am. A good hot shower and a nice breakfast the next morning made my stay delightful.
great hotel - staff friendly. rooms comfortable.
Great location easy to get to straight off the luas
Everything was fine, clean, the staff were helpful. However, I only needed to stay one night, but the app wouldn’t let me book only one night of a weekend so I ad to book two, which I didn’t need. So if this happens again, I won’t be staying with you again.
Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
Great location, easy check in and check out, cleaning staff was friendly. Wifi was a little slow, but that's a minor issue.
Viele motel ones besucht - in Dublin stach das Personal besonders heraus. Durch all Etagen und Abteilungen! Zimmerreinigungspersonal + Rezeption insbesondere - Speed & Kompetenz. Only tiny draw back: fully aware that Dublin overall is an expensive place, and that there is dynamic pricing in place. However, looking at the weekend rates now getting at over € 200,- Ouch. Esp. in the comparitively small Standard rooms (sqm). That elevates expectations to next level hotels, e.g. bath slippers, FRESH orange juice, etc.
Motel one dublin, right in the heart of Dublin. Was at a concert, in The Academy. Literally 1min walk. Beautiful newly built hotel. Clean and very conformable beds, though room a lil on the small side but does work.Would recommend for these . Amidst all that, there was no pressing iron in the bedroom, shower area could do with a glass or some sort of door, to stop water running out of shower. Few staff members were nice and polite, some needs to learn good customer service 💯. The breakfast was very disappointing to say the least. Served some sort of intercontinental breakfast, that was a big let down. What was served was some sort of salad , sliced meats and cheese..look, if I wanted those, I could have gotten them in Centra for €5 ,let alone €33 + charged for breakfast for 2, Paying €293 for 1 night + breakfast to be served some stuffs like that is a complete No No. Left hotel very disappointed and hungry . So Motel One Dublin put your shit together. Take lessons from what other hotels serve for breakfast..its time to upgrade 💯.
great hotel. Offered a quiet room. Staff really friendly and helpful
Small but clean rooms, nice and quiet. The bar only has guinness on tap. It would be nice to have some other options on tap. For the price of the room, I think breakfast should be included. Overall, very nice hotel, lovely decor, and comfortable room.
Motel one is in Fantastic location in Dublin City centre all there staff are very helpful i would highly recommend this hotel
Fantastic spot, Derrick was very accommodating as we were traveling with a small dog and also required a late check out. Great room, staff, and decent price. I am looking for reasons to go back.
Excellent hotel in a great location for exploring Dublin. Glad we paid for a bigger room as they are on the smaller size. Beautifully clean and breakfast was great. Staff in all areas where always polite and happy to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
its a fantastic location...very modern hotel..the staff at reception are always so nice..especially Stacey...always have a lovely smile and chats....but i don't drink at the bar as to there isn't any other drafts on taps...thas disappointing...
The fantastic team at Motel One Dublin do their absolute utmost to make everything about my stay to be the best it possibly can be. Every aspect is complete perfection!!
I stayed twice during my visit to Dublin. The first room was a great location, but the bed was small, not what I thought I had reserved. During my second stay, I did have a king sized bed, and the shower pressure was better. The staff was amazing during my time visiting. They accommodated any requests I made. The location was central to everything in Dublin, easily walkable to all the sights. Quiet at night, and comfortable beds.
Excellent rooms, lovely lobby wonderful staff.
Kind and friendly staff, excellent location
Absolutely amazing staff ! So kind to myself and my lil boy. They went above and beyond for us . Thank you 😊
Great location. Excellent service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Aaron and Aoife who made our stay very enjoyable. Would have liked to have proper cups rather than disposable ones in the bedroom and glasses in the bathroom would have helped. I would return again.
Great location super clean and very friendly staff
Great staff,very friendly.Service was brilliant.Hotel ideally located,loved every minute
My review can be summarised with "I would stay again". Dublin is crazy expensive and Hotel Motel One is competitive considering that. Great location and looks upstanding. The room we got was very compact and with interior views but it did the job for a couple of nights. It was very clean and the bathroom is lovely but small. Staff was very friendly too.
Very professional service
Great location, spotless clean rooms...very friendly staff We would 100% stay here again
Hotel is in a pretty good location to Temple bar and other tourist attractions and stuff we’re very lovely.
Fantastic from start to finish x

Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
