Excellent sevice and value in a capital city
Rooms are lovely and just the right size. The staff was amazing!!! Cannot say enough about the fantastic service from all the staff members.
Great hotel , staff were fantastic. Great location for shopping etc
Great Location, comfy bed. Lovely continental breakfast, although I think my other half was expecting bacon and sausage lol
Staff were lovely hotel was really nice and the beds are so comfy. Loved our stay here will book again soon.
Friendly efficient staff. Comfy large bed. Room had everything needed for a weekend visit. Great location near to everything. Lovely hotel , great atmosphere, good choice in continental breakfast. Will use again when visiting Dublin
Fantastic stay! Staff were fantastic.
Well designed, reflecting Dublin's aesthetics Great location Comfortable rooms
Great stay here, room was perfect after exploring the city all day, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for getting to all the things to see.
A fantastic consistent standard of hotel. In addition Dublin had a much larger front reception and bar area than many which was an addded bonus. Staff always friendly and helpful. One suggestion , Mocktails /non alchoholic choices should be considered . No options shown on drinks list. The staff did make a drink but a standard selection offering would be good .
Excellent location . Great price . 10/10 Highly recommend
Could not fault a single thing 👍
Great room. Good price. Friendly staff.
Excellent hotel with great staff in the best location. Room although small was very cosy and clean and had everything I needed.
Perfect location, helpful and nice staff. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the vibe of the hotel in general. Would definitely come again!
Great vibe and decor especially in the public areas. The bar was particularly nice, had a cosy feeling despite its size. Well located for shops and river. Friendly team who was very helpful. One very small point was the television kept on dropping. Fortunately, we were not in the room much but when we were it was dropping a fair amount so think maybe weak internet but not of any consequence and I would definitely visit again.
As always, spotlessly clean, gorgeous room, fabulously helpful and cheerful staff ready to go the extra mile. Location couldn’t be better for getting around all the sights of Dublin.
Great room and price in a superb location. For Dublin highlights and visitor attractions, Epic, Dublin Castle, Jeanie Johnston etc couldn't be better. Reason for a 9 mark and not 10, was due to being a little disappointed by breakfast choices. Didn't spoil anything as we got an excellent breakfast within 200meters.
Motel one is a nice, no frills hotel in a great location, at a great price. There isn't a restaurant, but there are numerous food outlets within metres of the front door. Value for money it's 10/10
Excellent stay, great location, very comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom, had a great sleep! Highly recommended!
First visit to a Motel one hotel, very impressed with the service. Very tired after a very early morning flight and Motel one Dublin let us check in early to catch up on some sleep before touring the city. Was so thankful.
Fabulous hotel, a real find! Great location, room really lovely - Gorgeous contemporary stylish design throughout the hotel. Will be back!
I loved everything about this hotel, the location, staff, comfort and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend it and i will be back again,
Hotel in great location, very clean and staff very helpful.
Lovely hotel, brilliant location friendly staff, very clean. Great hotel to either sit and relax or go and explore
Great hotel! Front of house staff were incredibly nice and gave great details on local amenities as well as the hotel itself. Very clean and the rooms were very quiet.
Room was clean. Meal serve fast. Comfortable atmosphere. The room was small. A refrigerator would have been nice.
The most perfect stay and the employees were wonderful!!
Excellent hotel in great (central) location. Bedroom a little small but spotlessly clean. Staff were all very friendly and efficient and first class continental breakfast.
I'm a Motel One fan and always book there if they are in my City of travel. The location in Dublin is second to none. If travelling by car, there are a number of car parks within a couple of minutes on foot. The hotel price is shockingly high in comparison to other Motel One hotels on the continent, but they all are in Dublin, I'm afraid. One point I'd like to address is the breakfast...One positive, one negative.....The mature vegan cheese slices are excellent, much better than on the continent, however, a selection of vegan spreads, which are available in all continental MO hotels was missing. Back in September, there was some hummus, but nothing this time. I would welcome an improvement here. Other than that, I will be back at Motel One the next time I'm in Dublin. Go raibh míle maith agaibh 😊
Hotel was great. The reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because WiFi was not good on fifth floor and there was no water in rooms. Everything else was great and I d highly recommend it.
Our 2nd time here..love it
Thuis is the second time we've stayed in the hotel. Great location and exceptionally clean. We were great by Jorge at reception who was very friendly and informative.
We booked a special one room knowing we would be spending a bit more time in there than most as my partner has issues with fatigue because of an illness. The TVs don't work, or they do for 15 minutes max then they switch off.
Excellent location, staff friendly, clean and comfortable bed
Excellent hotel. Great location, comfy and clean rooms, friendly staff and reasonably priced bar!
Very nice hotel in a great location
Prima
Able to check-in early. Room was clean and very modern. Excellent price for a night's stay!
An excellent experience overall. Very clean, comfortable room with very good facilities.
The hotel is very well located! Bar is open 24h that's great! I have been in different Motel One Hotels and the one in Dublin is on the same quality of standard. I'll be back soon.
Great location, could have had some hot food in house. A list of good local restaurants in room would be good.
I would say that the hotel is not bad. However, the price is much too high from what it offered. For example, there is no fridge in the room. The heating system is very unusual. After you turn it on it take a lot until it reacts. There is no wardrobe. The breakfast is not cheap and not much is offered for the price paid. In addition, I don't think that I would really recommend the hotel.
Location of Hotel is excellent. The rooms were small but had everything required in them and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful in providing an iron. Slightly disappointed that we had indicated on our booking that we were staying to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday which was ignored. I thought maybe a happy birthday in the room or complementary drink would have been nice and encouraged us to use the bar rather than going else where.
Fantastic location! Lovely rooms & very cosy beds! Was very quiet & slept so well. Staff were all super helpful & lovely.
Didn't like the fact the only drink on draught was Guinness.tiu need to provide a bigger selection
Good location, well maintained, and cost effective. One niggle...this is my third Motel One this week (+ Edinburgh and Glasgow) and all three rooms were equipped with the same "hair and bodywash' pumps. First, there is no surfactant known that can satisfactorily address both. Second, every one of the 6 pumps had the same 2-3 mm throw and lacked an elastic return requiring the users to manually withdraw the pump barrel to effect a second, paltry pump of soap. I get the minimalist vibe you're going for but this is, as they say in Dublin, beyond the pale.
Great hotel for a reasonable price
Excellent customer service, extremely clean and excellent location in the city!

Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. The Jervis Luas stop and the train station are located close to the design hotel. If you’re arriving at the hotel by car, we recommend using the APCOA Car Park Jervis Street, which is only three minutes away from the hotel. That way, you can easily visit Dublin’s attractions like EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (Connolly station) and the National Leprechaun Museum.
Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
