Very central, modern and clean hotel with a lovely vibe and decent size rooms.
Great facilities and rooms as always
Everything about the hotel was perfect! All staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they were able to check us in. Their free breakfast was great and understanding to food allergies. They offered gluten free bread. Location near all.Taxis available to get around.
The location of the hotel was good, situated close to Henry’s street shopping area as well as the Temple Bar area. Breakfasts were typically very busy with people, very narrow area where the food was placed and the choice of food was very basic. The hotel is still relatively new so common areas looked modern and clean. For early checkin there could be a possibility to be informed when the room is ready via text message or Whatsapp or similar.
Top Service for Money!
Effortless experience & excellent friendly staff. The rooms were clean & bed comfortable. They let me check in early and out late for no extra charge.
Clean, comfortable & quiet. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful & from all appearances happy! Joanne at the front desk is a real pro. Great location just a block from Ha’ Penny Bridge & Temple Bar… we would stay agsin
Excellent service, welcoming staff on arrival, friendly and very willing to help Lovely clean bedrooms, nice quiet room as requested thank you
Very good. Get fridges in your rooms.
No complaints at all , clean , comfortable and a warm welcome . Staff were really helpful and accommodating. The city and all its amenities are close at hand . Lovely stay.
Lovely hotel with exceptional service.
All good and as expected. Rooms clean, tidy and modern. Check in experience all good.
Very nice hotel, great location. Air conditionng unit kept on shutting down on an alarm. I had to reset every couple hours. Would stay there again for sure.
Excellent as always
Ideal location, professional and friendly staff. The non-stop bar for the hotel guests is perfect.
Very central , very clean, friendly staff
"Very fancy, clean hotel. The staff were lovely from the moment i landed at reception to the bar staff late in the evening for a late drink. I will stay again!"
Excellent accommodation and location. Staff friendly and helpful.
Thank you, it was pleasant stay. Good breakfast, comfortable bed and clean decent room, nice staff and good location.
Very friendly staff, gave us a perfect room for our 4 day stay. Got some got advice for local pubs. Will definetly come back.
The hotel is tidy and well located. The breakfast was rather poor and simple. The rooms were clean and the bed was good but I do prefer more storage for my clothes.
Pity that there is no kitchen for some light dinner as it is at times hard to find open shops in that area after 8. the room had a broken soap holder in the shower and a stained towel - it is then not clear if the WC has been sanitised as there isn't the cover ribbon over the seat as there should be .
Very happy with the service, especially the manager, Joanna. She directed us to what we had to do and her information saved us a lot of time and effort.
Everything about the room and the stay was ok. The low score is because of the meeting room we used during the whole day for our meetings. That place should never be offered as a place to have meetings. It's not adequate at all to concentrate, there's constant people interrupting because of the door that connects to the stairs, and it's totally nerve wracking to have the noise from the entrance door constantly opening and closing. Unfortunately, this brings down the whole experience of staying at the hotel. I strongly suggest removing the service offer of that meeting room. Please use it for something else. If we would have known beforehand how bad it was, we would have looked for another option.
Very good location, staff is helpful, rooms were clean but a bit small: especially the bathroom/shower
Very pleasant stay, rooms was lovely, all clean and very comfortable. Hotel is in an excellent location and all the staff were lovely. I will definitely stay again
Staff are brilliant, could not do enough and excellent clean facilities
Overall I had a good stay - made better by the staff and made worse by a couple of missing amenities in the room that would go a long way.
Motel One Dublin is in an excellent location for anyone visiting Dublin and wanting to visit all of the tourist spots. It is easy to navigate the area when walking and very close to shopping, restaurants and pubs. The staff is very friendly and the building is super clean. Only minor downside would be the shower water pressure, but that could just be normal for Dublin. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend to our friends.
Great service, nice rooms and amenities; convenient location; good food and beverage.
very central, easy to find new attractive building
My wife and I recently stayed at Motel One Dublin to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to leave a special thank you to Joanna Ciszewska for making our stay truly unforgettable. For almost two months before our visit, Joanna was incredibly helpful, responding to my emails and phone calls and going above and beyond to help me make our anniversary special. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. What impressed me most was Joanna’s genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. She didn’t just provide excellent customer service—she created a memorable experience that my wife and I will always remember. Joanna is a real credit to Motel One Dublin, and because of her outstanding hospitality, we would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
The hotel is centrally located, and all the historic sites are within walking distance. We felt welcome and welcomed. The Italian receptionist was very professional and knew how to guide us around the city. She even booked tickets for us, which we couldn't book on our smartphone. The breakfast is generous and has something for everyone. We are satisfied with our stay.
This was my second stay at Motel One Dublin. It is well located, with good facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. I would stay again and have recommended it to family and friends.
Hotel is very clean and perfectly located. I am a Beone member but rates were more expensive on your own site so had to go with booking.com. As a result I missed out on the benefits of being a beone member like a bottle of water which was a bit annoying. It should be standard in all rooms.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and well prepared, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was clear and efficient throughout our stay (and before our stay), which made everything even more comfortable. The rooms were great—clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and quality options. The meeting room facilities were very good and suited our needs well. The only small downside was the noise coming from the hotel entrance door.
Great location and facility. Breakfast was very good.
Everything you could want at this location. Very clean accommodations with a bar that stays open 25/7! Location is perfect. Walking distance to almost anything you want to do. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The food service at breakfast was excellent! The restaurant team kept everything full and presented beautifully - well done team!'
Clean modern property. Close walking distance to restaurants and various attractions
Excellent service, friendly staff.
My experience at your Dublin property was perfect. The room, staff, and services are outstanding. I must make particular mention of Joanna Ciszewska. Her patience, professionalism, and geniality are a testament to Motel One. You are very lucky to have her. I will definitely be returning.
It was a good location and the rooms were on the small side and the staff were freindly and accommodating however we were suprised to find out, that our overnight parking at Arnots ,which was suggested by your staff, cost us a whopping 51 euros. not a good surprise, kind of ridiculous.
Our second time staying in Motel One Dublin. We really like the location. Every member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are small but adequate for 2 nights and we were happy to opt out of the cleaning.
Hotel clean, comfortable and had good sound proofing. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Really good! Almost Perfect! It would be a Little Bit better when you can close the shower by its own because it may get slowly cold under the shower.
My favourite hotel in Dublin.Absolutely love my stay here.Staff are brilliant and helpful.Always a nice energy and vibe in the hotel. The location is just perfect, walking distance to everything.. Just love it!!Can you give 12/10!! Tops!!
Love stay - friendly and attentive staff
Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff amazing. Excellent location.
Our stay was very good. We appreciated your lounge area, breakfast and reception service. Excellent your position. The room is too much essential and could be improved. It would have been appreciated to have a minibar, a wardrobe in the room, a waste bin, and in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries and a toothbrush holder.

Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. The Jervis Luas stop and the train station are located close to the design hotel. If you’re arriving at the hotel by car, we recommend using the APCOA Car Park Jervis Street, which is only three minutes away from the hotel. That way, you can easily visit Dublin’s attractions like EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (Connolly station) and the National Leprechaun Museum.
Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
