Room very clean but rather small
Everything was excellent
Quick check in, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Very good breakfast.
Always a pleasure to stay at Motel One! Comfortable, quiet.Excellent services.
Rooms are well-appointed. Breakfast is excellent. The front-desk staff always very helpfu
Everything has been perfect except the mix of clean and dirty glasses at the water spot near the lift ( 1st floor) We drank in used glasses and realised later. And saw people doing the same. Ther should be a mention with the proper trays.
We had a wonderful stay at motel one Brussels.
Clean environment and amazing experience. The hotel might want to increase security by ensuring some sort of access restrictions at the elevator. Cards should be used to access the elevator
Room was very small with no amenities, e.g. coffee, fridge, ice.
Well located accommodation with helpful and attentive staff.
very good service, earlier check in would be better, coffe machine in room would be perfect and fridge with water!
Near to workplace, easy to book through CWT, good breakfast, confortable rooms, excellent shower but no body milk in the room.
High price to found in a sink hair and breakfast where there is no place to sit and not having eggs ...
The best staff at the reception and at the bar!
Staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms are perfectly clean and quiet. Excellent quality in everything
Noisy room, on the side in construction. Heating did not work both days. Water pressure at the shower very low, cost reduction probably, but very annoying and noticeable for guests.
A very clean and well-located hotel, perfectly suited for exploring Brussels and nearby cities, thanks to its close proximity to Brussels Central Station.
Room clean, very good breakfast: really appreciate the stay in the Hotel
did not like the room this time, as it was on level 1
Small room
Service and staff were excellent. Location of hotel is convenient and a short walk from sights. The only issue was lack of privacy as the front of hotel rooms do not have privacy windows or light coverings so we had to pull the heavy curtain not to be seen by offices and homes opposite. It was hot during our stay and we didn't want to feel closed in by the curtain. We enjoyed drinks in the bar area during our stay but went out for breakfast.
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. BUT, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which really took the edge off our holiday. Would not come back.
Best value for money. The location is excelent to vist the city. Room a bit small, but clean and comfortable. It was possible to do an early check-in which was perfect for our plans.
Tolle Location.
I have been staying at Motel One Brussels regularly during the last few years. I much like your staff, many of whom recognise me, and greet me by name.
Good hotel, a little expensive and a bit noisy at night. Staff were excellent
Quich checkin and checkout. Clean rooms.
We were a bit disappointed that even though we booked 2 garden view rooms, we got rooms looking out on the street. The breakfast area was hectic and we had to wait for a table to become available. Other than that, the hotel is located in a convenient spot, lots of restaurants nearby and easy accessible. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.
I like the interior and the nice rooms with various designs and colors, as well as the good services. However, the noise from the construction works near the building was a little bit disturbing!!
Everything as expected, all staff very helpful and friendly
Every thing else is great, just no tea making and drinking water facility in the room, which is very difficult to manage for people who like tea or drinking water in general.
We were invited to visit European parliament and they organized our flights and accommodation both. So Motel One was just a blind date for us. First the very tiny room and extremely crowded breakfast in a huge hall/lobby was a challenge for us but then we get used to these details. Breakfast became interesting competition (is there any vacant table at once or...) and the tiny room appeared to be very functional. Especially bathroom. Good materials combined with good design. Breakfast was normal, I was happy with yogurt and granola plus some bread, no problem. Only a bit surprised that there was no fish at all. Staff was very helpful and professional both at the breakfast and behind the reception desk. Another time when we will come to Brussels again and will organize the stay by ourselves Motel One can be the option for sure.
Super nice hotel and rooms and lobby with great Belgian beer and super friendly personale
The room was nice and the balcony too. Good service in the lobby. The breakfast doesn't get a good rating. When I arrived for breakfast at 9am, a lot of the food was finished or almost finished. Not refilled and the table was dirty. At 9:50 am an employee came to my table and told me it was closing but I have never experienced being "kicked out" before closing time.
The room, staff, services, breakfast buffet and lobby-bar we're all excellent. Things of note that we're not game changers: Small room was very tight. On the last day, the AC cycled through on and off every 4 or 5 minutes with a boom sound at each on/of change over.
I arrived very early at the hotel and had several teams call to make during the course of the morning. I aksed whether it woud be possible to check in early and I was really happy to check in by 09:00hrs.
Great staff. Good breakfast. Well located.
We were very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Brussels
Everything was perfect! Third time visiting, always a pleasure.
Clean and functional rooms, excellent breakfast, great value for money
A great hotel that stands out in many ways from other hotels of this class in Brussels. It also offers good value for money and a very central location in the city.
Room was quiet. Staff were friendly, and in the warm weather it was great that you could have a drink outside at the hotel bar.
a small fridge on the room would be appreciated
Confortable
Excellent value for money
The public areas of the hotel, including the landscaped courtyard are very pleasant, the location is perfect. The room is very compact but efficient. It was unusual finding twice the personnel cleaning up the flooring of the main floor during peak hours. To improve: I booked a room with a double bed, I was given one with two beds adjoining without even a topper, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Also, an hotel shall always have available items of common use for travellers such as a plug converter. Overall a cost-effective choice.
We really enjoyed our stay , the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the air conditioning couldn't manage the heat conditions., the room was very hot .
Good hotel. Rooms are efficient in size, good bed, and clean. Well trained and kind staff. Wooden floors would be more hygienic than carpet, therefore an 8 for cleanliness, no slippers available. The doors of the rooms are closing very loud if not guided. No kettle or coffee machine on the room. Bottle of water is kindly provided.
Very clean room, helpful and professional staff, great breakfast, very good espresso :-)
very nice and fancy hotel, rooms are easy and simple

Hotel Brussels
Feel like royalty in our Motel One Brussels. The first Belgian royal couple awaits you eagerly at the bar, elegant velvet armchairs beckon you to rest and linger, and our royal service is, of course, a given. The design of our hotel is inspired by the famous Brussels lace. It adorns the One Lounge in countless varieties: from prints on our exquisite Baxter Italian leather furniture to a vast light ornament. Of course, the Belgian art of brewing is honoured on our very own beer menu. If you would rather relax outside, we will be happy to serve you a drink at the Outdoor Lounge in our quiet, green courtyard. Truly the height of relaxation.
Our affordable design hotel in the city centre of Brussels invites you to explore the sights of the Belgian capital: St. Michael's Cathedral, the town hall, the Grand Place and the famous Manneken Pis are in walking distance, and the international station Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel Zuid is easily reached, too. If you are looking for a green oasis in the middle of the big city, head to the nearby Parc de Bruxelles.
Book a room in our affordable designer hotel, enjoy your stay in our regal ambiance and discover the highlights of Brussels.
