The room was excellent. Fabulous bed and pillows. Very clean. Good bathroom. The breakfast seating was awful. Not comfortable. I do not eat sitting on a sofa ! I could not reach the food on the table. The food was good. Tea/ coffee in the room was not provided . Only 1 complimentary bottle of water for 2 people staying 7 days is not good. If you could fix these 2 things it would be excellent. Thank you

The location was excellent. Central Vienna only 5 minutes by subway or tram. Or even an easy 30 minute walk. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. I would describe the rooms as compact rather than small. Very clever use of space. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints at all!
From check-in to check-out, absolute high marks! Great room and breakfast (the breakfast team especially friendly and helpful). We've stayed in many MotelOne hotels, and this ranks among the best!

I could not reach the Hotel with Uber...not Motel One's fault but strange
Great location. Excellent breakfast. Super comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. You also stuck to your eco friendly towel change ie. NOT changing towels when hung up :) Bar area great stylish and modern loved the Chopin vibe. Only slight negative was lack of "practical eating" space for breakfast on our busy first Saturday morning. The large stylish chairs/sofas meant getting round the cramped crowded space, let alone eating on a low table, was more difficult. Otherwise perfect :)
Consistently excellent, every time I keep coming back to Motel One Hamburg Airport because of its reliable customer service. Every stay, the staff have been welcoming and efficient, and that consistency is rare. The location is a big part of why I choose it. It's only about 10 minutes from the airport, which makes arrivals and early departures easy, and the surrounding area feels safe, even when I'm coming in late. The price is excellent for what you get. The hotel feels classy and modern without the high-end cost, and the rooms are always comfortable and well kept. Each time, my expectations have been surpassed. Highly recommended, and I'll absolutely be back.
Location was fantastic. Staff were excellent and helpful. However, the room was very warm and stuffy. A/C did not seem to work.

Great hotel, with an amazing rooftop bar and terrace, in a fantastic location. The rooms are compact, but it wasn’t an issue as we were out a lot. Bar staff are terrific; friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay.

The central location first drew me to Motel One, but the tasteful décor and value for money made my booking choice easy. The whole hotel is clean, including the room, with comfortable, firm bed, and quality linens. The room itself was a little on the small size, but well appointed. The breakfast was excellent in my opinion, providing fresh, healthy choices. I also appreciated the outside courtyard for a quiet get away after a busy day in Brussels.

We were pleased with the hotel selection for our city break in Vienna. The Cloud One is in a great location, close to the Opera House and Museum Quarter. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the bedroom lacked a minibar or coffee making facilities, but was clean and bright. Breakfast was just ok. It was very limited on hot food choices and was the same choice each morning.

Disappointed that there was no coffee/ tea machine in the room. Also no safe in room. Should have access to tea/ coffee free during stay Overall our stay was good.
The rooms were immaculately clean and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a nice lobby space to lounge and the bar was great. Breakfast was good. Easy location to access everything. All for a fairly reasonable price. I will highly recommend.

Check-in was easy - shame can’t transfer data to The Cloud One. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent & comprehensive. Room comfortable but for two people why only 1 rack for luggage & 1 rail for towel? Room very hot - no ventilation. Reception advised to open window but then very noisy from traffic. Black-out curtains fantastic but with window open had to open curtains so very bright. Smoking area was right at front door - had to walk through smoke to get to Reception & smoke blew into bar. Car lights from forecourt in bar - very bright.

Clean rooms, no amenities at all. No hair conditioner, no slippers, no hand towels. The paper cups were not even provided everyday.
What a great hotel we really enjoyed our stay
I love everything about the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few metro stops from the center, it has also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very stylish, clean and comfortable. The design of the reception are and dining hall was so inspiring and cosy. The room was clean and very practical, it had everything "must have", but nothing else, which was fine with us. The breakfast was great, fresh, good variety and nice atmosphere. The hotel definitely is a great value for money and I will be happy to return.

Room, breakfasts were excellent, and what a wonderful location! One mild suggestion - some of us come down late for breakfast (before closing, but we are still enjoying breakfast past the official closing). Some, not all, of the breakfast staff seem to rush the clean up, changing what is an otherwise welcoming atmosphere. We love MotelOne.
Hi! You have fantastic hotel and I really like it! The only thing I would suggest improving is the shower floor, which is very slippery. I slipped and nearly seriously injured myself. Please consider adding some anti-slip protection, as other guests could get hurt as well.
Nice room, very friendly staff. It was clean and looked good overall at in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast wasnt good as it was not enough options between hot and cold food.
I really enjoyed my stay at Motel One Amsterdam. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable, needless to say, it was also in perfect condition upon arrival. The location was also a great advantage due to short travel time to the train station. My stay here was an overall great experience!

The hotel was lovely and clean great location. We were early they held our bags and let us explore. The room was modern and had great views. The only reason it isn’t a 10 is you just need to know you do hear the trains sometimes but if you don’t want to walk far with your bags it is a ten min walk to the golden roof so easy to get to everywhere and at the end of the night they have a rooftop bar that is absolutely the best view day or night

My parking ticket didnt work at 6 in the morning i paid 20€ for it… Nobody was at reception They gave me top floor room, which was like really reall small climate didnt work there at all

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and was satisfied with the experience. However, I encountered an issue during check-out that I would like to share so that future guests can avoid a similar situation. We stayed at your hotel for two nights and parked our car in the garage. On the first day, we needed to leave the hotel temporarily, and a member of your reception team kindly provided us with a parking card for a fee of €40, which covered our parking for the entire stay. We used this card to exit the garage without any issues. Unfortunately, when we returned to the hotel, we mistakenly took a new ticket at the entrance barrier instead of using the parking card that had been issued to us. As a result, when we attempted to leave the garage on Sunday during check-out, the barrier would not open because the system requested payment for the newly issued ticket. At first, we tried to understand and resolve the situation ourselves. When we approached the reception desk for assistance, we were told that nothing could be done from their side and that we would need to contact the garage operator directly. We were also informed that if the garage operator refused to help, we would have to pay an additional €47. I was quite surprised by both the response and the manner in which it was communicated. The conversation felt dismissive and lacked the level of support I would have expected in such a situation. I asked whether the €20 already paid for the original parking arrangement would be refunded if we were forced to pay again, and I was told that it would not. Fortunately, we were able to contact the garage support team via the intercom at the barrier, and they kindly opened the gate for us. Had they not been available to assist, we would have been required to pay a total of €67 for parking, despite already having a valid parking arrangement through the hotel. To help prevent similar misunderstandings for future guests, I would kindly suggest adding a prominent notice, ideally in bold and clearly visible text, in the elevators, parking area, or guest information materials. The notice could explain that guests who have received a parking card must use that same card when re-entering the garage and should not take a new ticket from the machine. Such a simple clarification could prevent unnecessary confusion, inconvenience, and additional costs for your guests. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. My stay was amazing! I was able to check in early which was especially helpful as I just arrived from a 12-hour flight. Staff was really friendly.

Internet pictures are deceiving. Our room was small. Not really an issue since we only sleep and shower. Our issue was no amenities in room. We like coffee while getting ready. There was no coffee or water in the room. Just a paper cup that states "because we care" (???). At check in, the guest before us received two bottles of water. We asked for water and were told we don’t get any because we booked with Booking.com. I guess we weren't important to them. Glad they saved a couple bucks. There are lots of hotel in and around the Altstadt. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
Very nice System Hotel, good breakfast buffet, clean functional room, perfect for a short stay.
For closer to 500 euros a night, I would expect air-conditioning in the room...rooms were small bit adequate. Staff did not seem overly enthusiastic to be at working...I will look elsewhere next visit to Munich.
The air conditioning only blew warm air the first two days that we were there, and the last day it didn't turn on at all.
