Great sleep and vibrant bar vibe, but breakfast was a letdown Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Motel One in Amsterdam, especially when it comes to comfort and atmosphere. What we liked: * Top-notch sleep quality: The bed was fantastic, with an exceptionally comfortable mattress and high-quality pillows. Exactly what you need to recharge after walking around the city. * Bathroom essentials: The towels were spotless, fresh, and delightfully soft and fluffy. * Lively bar lounge: The bar area is stylish, cozy, and bustling in the evenings. It's a great spot to unwind, grab a drink, and just chill among other travelers. What could be improved: * Breakfast fell short of expectations. While there is a decent selection for sandwiches (cheeses, cold cuts, spreads), the entire offering is far too carb-heavy. It essentially boils down to just bread with toppings. There was a noticeable lack of hot options—scrambled eggs, made-to-order omelets, or warm dishes were completely missing. Next time, we would skip the hotel breakfast and head to a nearby café instead.

I have stayed a couple of times now at your hotel. I like the rooms, breakfast. Staff is friendly. I just want to mention one thing and that is when I forgot my parking ticket and wanted to drive out. The person I got in touch with was simply rude in telling me that she can’t open the gate. First of all I don’t believe that and secondly: you always need to be friendly. Wasn’t very nice.

The stay was perfect. Excellent welcome and atmosphere. Very convenient for the trade fair. The mattress was a bit too soft, though that is a very personal preference. Breakfast was a bit pricey.

Location was fantastic. Staff were excellent and helpful. However, the room was very warm and stuffy. A/C did not seem to work.
I love everything about the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few metro stops from the center, it has also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very stylish, clean and comfortable. The design of the reception are and dining hall was so inspiring and cosy. The room was clean and very practical, it had everything "must have", but nothing else, which was fine with us. The breakfast was great, fresh, good variety and nice atmosphere. The hotel definitely is a great value for money and I will be happy to return.
I really enjoyed my stay at Motel One Amsterdam. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable, needless to say, it was also in perfect condition upon arrival. The location was also a great advantage due to short travel time to the train station. My stay here was an overall great experience!

If in a prison cell I asked for the AC to be turned off, they will turn it off for me. At this Hotel, They are not able to. I have come away from the hotel with a cold because they DO NOT have the means to switch off AC. They also dont have heaters because they are 'green'. Staff members - VERY rude ladies at the front desk. One tall blonde lady was exceptionally rude. Apparently the temperature was okay for HER so I should not complain. Just avoid this place.

Perfectly located in between two conferences at Novotel / RAI. Leonidas and Evi really went out of their way to help us with some things we needed before the events.

Iron and ironboard not in room, and was hard to get iron from reception. Iron was in poor quality, and missing steam funktion. No coffee in room. No fridge. The room is self was nice and clean
What a perfect Stay it was! Exceptional. Motel one is the best, value for money option. Perfect location, cozy rooms, Staff at hotel is very polite, cooperative and helpful. Specially, Pabalo, Kasia and Leo were quite helpful during our stay. They serve good Hot chocolate if you're not going for breakfast. Metro and bus station are just a min walk away. You can reach to Zuid/Central quickly while staying here. There are couple of restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery store to buy some quick snacks.

Check in was easy to do on-line. We opted for the larger standard room and it was good. We stayed 4 nights, breakfast included was a great option as there was plenty of selection to choose from. Overall a great experience.
Excellent room and great service. Little disappointed that for 800€ 3 nights they do not offer service for laundry, specially for those in a business trip.
Great hotel, near the metro and RAI. The rooms are amazing and it's so nice and quiet in the room. The beds are comfortable and the shower is really nice. The breakfast is good and open from early morning for the early birds. The staff working reception is really friendly and helpful.

Very good experience overall. Special mention to the staff's friendliness and assistance. Furthermore the employees at the Lounge & Bar were exceptional, in both service, friendliness and demeanor. Kudos to Leonidas for being "one step ahead"!
Property was fine. Service was good. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. The largest drawback was not having temperature control in the room. It was too hot to sleep. Wifi was also very slow

Amazing place to stay, wonderful service, clean room with all the facilities, cozy lounge bar on the ground floor. There is RAI conference center nearby and metro station. And even free taxi offered to bring you from airport!
The air conditioning in my room made a loud noise at night when I was trying to sleep. It was constant. I requested for it to be fixed, but the issue continued. It was so loud that it could be heard in the hallway. I was super disappointed by this, and I will not be recommending this hotel to others.

Leonidas and Pablo in the bar are a huge part of the reason why I keep coming back. They take good care of everyone - and Leonidas has been able to add more beer to the menu (please let him add even more)! The room needs better shelves/drawers to put clothes away. Breakfast should have mayonnaise, smoked salmon, and bigger glasses.
I really love the room and the breakfast. The only thing is maybe you can consider providing additional snacks at the lobby bar except sandwiches. Also, it will be fun if we can adjust the room temperature.
The accommodation is excellent for a business trip and a stay of a few days. The clean room and bathroom are more than enough reason for me to stay here again. The breakfast in the lobby is very good, and the bar staff are very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Amsterdam. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Amsterdam and get around the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay at Motel One Amsterdam again. The overall expierience was good. The area to improve your performance is the area of parking. Your hotel is offering a collaboration with Q-Park with a 20 percent dicount when staying at your hotel. However the special link - which contains the 20% discount is not offered via your Motel One app - which i always use for my bookings. Can you may look into improve the app & reimburse toe me the 20% discount pls ?

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the team is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again, but unfortunately, there is one major drawback: the hotel’s air-conditioning system did not work properly. The temperature could not be regulated, so despite the appropriate settings, the room and the entire upper floor were uncomfortably cold. The team was very helpful, and a technician came to my room straight away to check the system. I was told that this appears to be a general problem with the hotel’s air-conditioning system. I really hope the system will be replaced or properly upgraded, as unfortunately, it is also not possible to open the windows. This means guests are completely dependent on the hotel’s air-conditioning system.
We loved this hotel . Situation is not so far from center with metro. There is Italian restaurant close. Hotel design is nice; staff are friendly; hotel is clean. There is a parking underground; bed quality are good. We recommend this hotel.
