Great location, clean, lovely relaxing bar and lobby! Staff so helpful!
Excellent staff - great hotel and location. It was the heatwave so the aircon wasn’t great in the room but that was the only issue.
Lovely hotel in a nice area with great transport links to city centre and airport. The room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and kind and went beyond expectations to assist our travel enquiries.
The stay was pleasant. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
If it had air conditioning and a kettle it would be a 10.....its the little things! Lovely hotel, amazing staff and good location.
The only issue was that we did not have any wash clothes for the shower but we did have dry towels. Other than that very small thing, everything else was phenomenal.!

Nice hotel, decent location. Lacking a few basics - no tea/coffee facilities and no fridge, which are essentials these days, and no iron/ironing board. Would like bath sheets as well as bath towels, some of us guests are larger than others! Breakfast is a continental buffet with plenty of options, no hot food.
I was very impressed with the hotel overall. My only criticism would be the lack of a kettle in the room. The staff were all really nice, and Orsolya in particular was excellent.
Staff were professional and very pleasant. Room was on the small side for the price - but clean and well maintained. Public areas were well kept and comfortable. Outside spaces could be better cared for.

Had a fantastic stay in Amsterdam. Hotel was very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. My only slight grumble was lack of coffee making facilities available in the rooms. Having the option of a cup of coffee first thing in the room would have topped off our stay.

Had a little hickup upon check-in, but once solved, hada lovely stay. The hotel is well connected to the city by tram and easy to find coming from the airport. Room was spotless and breakfast was great!
Good price, just what you need for a nice stay, only what I personal miss is a watercooker and coffee machine, that would be great to have in the rooms.
The breakfast room was a bit cramped. Eating at the low tables with the armchairs wasn't very comfortable. But the selection was great.

I had a very pleasant stay at Motel One. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was that, for the price, I would have expected a few more basic amenities in the room, such as coffee and tea-making facilities, a kettle, bottled water, and perhaps a small fridge. As a diabetic, having a fridge would have been especially useful, as I had nowhere cold to store my insulin. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent service, but a few extra in-room amenities would make the experience even better.
The rooms were clean and the location was great, but the rooms were very cold because the heating on the air conditioner wasn't working.
Initially put in an accessible room with a small window. Did not need nor request an accesable room, paid for 'with view' so asked to be moved. also, neither the 1st nor the 2nd room had usb - despite the website stating all rooms come with usb outlets.
Flexibility with early check in made my stay so much more enjoyable and less stressful. Thank you very much
We had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the train station and metro. My only suggestion would be to provide a kettle in the room or a complimentary bottle of water for guests. Thank you
The hotel is highly recommended. It is centrally located, not far from public transportation and entertainment spots. The staff is very kind, pleasant, and service-oriented. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and clean. Breakfast was good, and the hotel also offers a bar with soft drinks, hot drinks, alcoholic beverages, and a small selection of snacks. The only things I missed in the room were a kettle for making hot drinks and hair conditioner.
Everything was very clean. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Great central location and close to Metro stop. Room was spotlessly clean. Bed was so comfortable, it was quiet at night and I got a great sleep. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel had everything I could want and was good value too. I will definitely stay here again.
The perfect stay for my arena visit.
Very clean, well appointed and nice quiet rooms cool looking common area with plenty of places to sit. The breakfast is a little basic. I would suggest adding more protein items like eggs and extra meats and then carbohydrates like potatoes. friendly and helpful staff.
We loved our stay at the property, it was very clean and the staff was lovely! However while checking out we noticed that other BeOne Members received one free water bottle upon check-in, which we didn't and ended up paying 4.50 Euros for a water bottle at night so we had one until the next morning. This is quite unfortunate as it made us feel less important as clients.
Good hotel, fairly central if you use trams or like to walk, as we do. Close to museums and botanical gardens. All staff, from front of house to facilities, were pleasant and friendly. There was a nice vibe in bar/breakfast area. Didn’t know about free WiFi. Had an issue with room which was changed without delay, which was helpful and reassuring. Need to have water in room. Room size small but fine as we opted for the basic, but storage for clothing very under catered for, carpets also need replacing in rooms.
All personnel (reception, cleaning crew) was very kind and helpful.
I do enjoy my stay, but here are a few points: * The rooms are sometimes too basic. * Air conditioning in the rooms need to handle hot days * The bar people (Leonidas) are EXCELLENT, but we need more selection * The breakfast is pretty good, but the Gouda cheese should not be dry on the tray and we should have more selections to put on the bread * The people in the reception are WONDERFUL and friendly * I will be back, but I hope there will be more/better beer and better breakfast
The hotel is in a great location in Amsterdam, about a 20 minute walk from the central station. It is in a relatively quiet area too, which can be a plus. The rooms are pleasant, modern, and very clean. It would be nice to have more control over the temperature in the room (it is centrally controlled). The reception and lounge area on the first floor is really nice, very inviting, and tastefully decorated. We had breakfast each morning which was excellent.

Hello! What I loved about the hotel when I booked was its colorful charm. The location near the Europaplein metro station is ideal! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from your team. A big thank you to Nana, who is radiant in her work. She's a lovely person who smiles warmly and conveys her desire to do things well. She was very clear with all the information, and she was just as helpful the next day! God beliggenhed i forhold til centrum af Amsterdam, nemt at komme til med bil, god service i baren når vi hygger om aften
Velholdt og pænt hotel. Central belliggenhed. Små værelser. Ved morgenmadsbuffet sidder man meget tæt. Iøvrigt meget lækker morgenmadsbuffet og MEGET service venligt personale.
Super god service. Pænt og rent.
Dejligt hotel med god morgenmad og tæt på alting. Værelserne er dog ret små.

Amstelpark, Damplatz og Anne Franks Hus – en dag i Amsterdam
Uanset hvilket transportmiddel du vælger, må du ikke gå glip af kanalen "Gouden Bocht", de i alt 15 broer mellem Reguliersgracht og Herengracht samt broen "Magere Brug" i romantisk aftenbelysning. De mange husbåde i kanalerne vidner om de lokales forkærlighed for vand og udgør et yndet fotomotiv.
