Plus: An excellent location. Very comfortable reception area. Receptions staff were very helpful (thank you Philip). Comfortable bed. Complimentary toiletries. Minus: Small room Too hot - too noisy with windows open. Not tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Great hotel and perfect location next to the train station and old town
Not enough space for breakfast;
An ideal hotel for someone traveling light, staying for just a couple of nights. Not suited for longer stays for anyone with luggage because of lack of space to put the suitcases and absence of anywhere to put clothes, other than a few hangers.
Good hotel, centrally located near downtown and the station. Very friendly staff, a nice back terrae that looks out onto the shopping mall. Would recommend.

Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel, especially to the reception staff. They have been very helpful and professional, providing information and guidance where requested, always with a smile on their face. They also picked up packages delivered for me and my bag (which arrived late).
We had a lovely stay and the staff was so nice and was very accommodating when we needed to have a room change. We are looking forward to our next stay in Würzburg!

A very enjoyable one-night stay. Room was small but adequate to our needs. Bicycle storage was a long block away and the procedure for getting in and out was very unclear. We got help from anothe cyclist. Wasn't able to reserve room on first try but it worked out later.
Excellent hotel. Slept really well – and that’s what matters most. Late check-out around noon was a nice bonus.
My booking process was super smooth and my stay was great. Breakfast was very good. Only negative aspect was that the bed stronlgy smelled of naphtalene and that was very unpleasant. The towels also did not have the best smell, but not unpleasant.

The room and bathroom were small but very clean and comfortable . There was only soap and shower gel in the bathroom. It is unusual not to have any shampoo or conditioner for a hotel of this standard and the lack of toiletries provided was disappointing. Breakfast was satisfactory but poor choice of fresh fruit, just a limited fruit salad. Breakfast is served until 10.00. We arrived at 9.50 and exactly on the dot of 10.00 they started to actually remove all the food and drink making a noise loading everything on to the trollies which didn’t make for a relaxing breakfast experience! I have never seen food actually taken away at the exact time breakfast is available to. I thought this was appalling.

Booked via App and thought breakfast was included as there was no extra remark on the booking confirmation, paid 2x2 breakfasts as the receptionist said it is not included. Breakfast was just average, missing some extraordinary items on the buffet, too expensive for the quality of food and quality of sitting. Worst thing: Room smelled as if room spray was used - no freshness at all

Excellent location and facilities!
OK, but my huband uses a rollator and there was not enough space between the bed and the wall to pass to the other side of the room. Also, the door to the shower was too narrow to allow the rollator to pass.
Very friendly and nice to talk with, shame that there isn´t anything to eat at night as a possebility, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Motel One means no surprises and no disappointments. All as always. Good matress, clean room and bathroom. Everytime again.
Everything was excellent - except when housekeeping opened my door at 8:15 in the morning! When checkout is at 12, checkout is at 12. No visits from housekeeping expected before then! So future guests, keep the Do Not Disturb sign on your door at all times if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet you paid for!
Very nice motel which was, for us, ideally located between the city and the Rhine. All the employees where nice and helpfull and the rooms were clean. Only thing I would have liked to know before booking were the parking cost and these were still not clear after booking. And for online safety of me as a guest a wifi with a password which gets regularly updated.
Perfect location for business traveller. The hotel is in walking distance to the central station, next to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The city Center and shopping streets are also only a stroll away.
Love the location. Middle of the city center and a few minutes walk to/from train station.

The room was quiet. The bed was too firm, so I woke with my back sore each morning.
Everything was just perfect. But especially the friendly front desk staff was amazing Looking forward to come back
The service and everything else was exellent. The only thing missing and very important: there is no house phone in the room, not every person has a cell phone. On top of that there is NO phone number of the Reception In the room, if ever there is an emergency it could be fatal !
Fantastic stay and a great Motel. Only the shower in the bathroom suggestion it should be able to hold vertically.
Enjoyable extended weekend at Motel One Bonn. Everything as expected from this chain with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room with excellent air conditioning. Spacious and welcoming public areas. Convenient location especially for public transport.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps from the city's main shopping area and public transport. The staff were efficient and welcoming, making check-in and check-out seamless. Rooms were clean, and incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Room next to cleaners service room too noisy.
Excellent hotel with very friendly and super helpful staff. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The bar area is so beautifully decorated and the drinks were very good, not too expensive either. I left behind my kindle and glasses on checkout but a quick call to a very helpful member of staff who took my details and then sent me an email saying that they will post my belongings to my house.....great customer service. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bonn
