As always, everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff at reception were friendly and efficient.
Did everything we wanted and was conveniently located.

Pokoje są czyste i hotel oferuje dobre śniadania. Jest tez fajny bar, gdzie można spotkać się wieczorem. Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację w centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko. Dobrze by było, gdyby fakturę za pobyt można było dostać od razu przy dokonywaniu płatności.
Nice, clean and modern Hotelroom with a desk. Very close to the main train station but double windows, so no noice from the trains. Good breakfast. Baggage room. Bar.

The location is convenient. The rooms are nice but would benefit with having a phone to ask questions to the front desk. Also the cleaning of the rooms could be improved.

Good hotel, very much in the centre of Bonn, is in good condition, very price for 2 star hotel, but good breakfast and accommodation. Staff did not help me with bill in corporate requirements so that I can only check it once I receive per mail on next day
Clean room and pleasant staff
A reasonably nice hotel but a pity the ventilation is switched off during April. The room was too warm for me and the only option to cool the room was by opening the window. However, as the hotel is directly next to the train station so difficult to sleep due to train arrivals and departures. Breakfast was fine but no hot options like freshly prepared omelettes.
You receive everything you could expect from that category of a hotel - location, convenience, comfort, breakfast. Excellent conditions.

The price for a stay at Motel One is too high and unjustified compared to the same or even better services offered by other hotels. In the past 8 years, we have never once received a complimentary breakfast. This time, we weren't even given the bottle of water that had always been provided before. The app isn't fully functional.

Clean and well insulated from noise. I would appreciate it if even less plastic for shampoo and body gel could be used.
Th location is perfect, just steps away from Bonn Hbf. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help. The room was neat and clean. The amenities are least minimum (no fridge, no coffee maker for example) but okay. The bathroom incl. shower booth was tiny but functioning. Housekeeping was done everyday (which is not necessary normal these days). Overall my experience there was more than expected for the price I payed, which was quite reasonable. Thank you.
Although not large bedrooms ours was quite satisfactory, very clean and quiet, also the bathroom was good but we miss the bidet shower ( we accept that this is not a usual toilet accessory in Germany) Breakfast was excellent.

Was good but not as usual. The reception with one person was pretty overwhelmed , kind but overwhelmed rest was good as always. It was my birthday and not even a good birthday wish, which made me sad. That’s a great way to create outstanding customers experience

The location is perfect for me near train station Bonn Hbf and the city centre. Rooms are clean and comfy. Decoration is beautiful. Staff is helpful.
Plus: An excellent location. Very comfortable reception area. Receptions staff were very helpful (thank you Philip). Comfortable bed. Complimentary toiletries. Minus: Small room Too hot - too noisy with windows open. Not tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Great hotel and perfect location next to the train station and old town
Not enough space for breakfast;
An ideal hotel for someone traveling light, staying for just a couple of nights. Not suited for longer stays for anyone with luggage because of lack of space to put the suitcases and absence of anywhere to put clothes, other than a few hangers.
Good hotel, centrally located near downtown and the station. Very friendly staff, a nice back terrae that looks out onto the shopping mall. Would recommend.

Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel, especially to the reception staff. They have been very helpful and professional, providing information and guidance where requested, always with a smile on their face. They also picked up packages delivered for me and my bag (which arrived late).
We had a lovely stay and the staff was so nice and was very accommodating when we needed to have a room change. We are looking forward to our next stay in Würzburg!

A very enjoyable one-night stay. Room was small but adequate to our needs. Bicycle storage was a long block away and the procedure for getting in and out was very unclear. We got help from anothe cyclist. Wasn't able to reserve room on first try but it worked out later.
Excellent hotel. Slept really well – and that’s what matters most. Late check-out around noon was a nice bonus.
My booking process was super smooth and my stay was great. Breakfast was very good. Only negative aspect was that the bed stronlgy smelled of naphtalene and that was very unpleasant. The towels also did not have the best smell, but not unpleasant.

Hotel bardzo dogodnie zlokalizowany, cichy, czystość super, pokoje duże, miła obsługa, dobre śniadania. Z minusów - pomimo, że miałam wielki pokój 2 osobowy to wyposażony był w mikro-stoliczek z 1 krzesłem. Przy wyjeździe służbowym to bardzo niewygodne - ledwo można tam zmieścić komputer. W pokoju brak innych miejsc do siedzenia. Brak wyposażenia do czyszczenia butów :( a na żelazko czekałam 3 dni aby było dostępne do wypożyczenia z recepcji. Czy to jest tak duży koszt aby było wyposażeniem każdego pokoju? Pomimo, że jest to eco-hotel ręczniki były zmieniane codziennie mimo, że nie leżały na podłodze. Oczywiście można wywiesić zawieszkę na drzwiach, aby pokój nie był sprzątany danego dnia, ale ja akurat chciałam aby łazienka była myta codziennie. Ręczniki mogły spokojnie zostać na kolejne dni.
