The hotel was lovely and I appreciated the Danish Chairs in the lobby, I have a couple of them at home! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the bathroom very nice. However the pillows were not great and the towels were absolutely tiny! I get bigger towels given to me every time I go to the gym. One per person was not enough to get fully dry and they took ages to dry off. More were given reluctantly by reception staff. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special, some hot options and more gluten free signage preferred. The reception staff seemed lacking in knowledge, struggling to find extra pillows, towels and toilet paper when required.

Dear all, I could have mentioned it at the receptionist but mold residue on the showerhead and traces of dried liquid at the wardrobe in the room 450 is not making you look good in my eyes. Your breakfast improved (compared to c. 2021 in Zurich) but could be better. I will still come back to one of the motelones in the future.

The reception teams were very cooperative, for finding bus lines or train services. The breakfast times are different from one day to the other, the ticket's printed time table should be with larger characters for people with bad eye sight.
Had an Excellent stay here. I'm moving to Bonn from Mumbai, India and I stayed at Motel One Bonn-Hauptbahnhof for a little over a week until my apartment was ready to move into. They were extremely kind and accomodating. Every member of staff I interacted with was kind, professional, and friendly. They helped me figure out how to get necessities when the airline lost all my bags for a few days, then held the bags/boxes I didn't need in their storage so I didn't have to keep the extras in my room. I really feel like the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and not like a bother with the extra luggage from moving. When I was reading outside on a hot afternoon one of the staff made sure I drank some tap water for the heat. During checkout another staff member offered to handle breaking down and disposing of the packaging from my boxes after I switched the contents to luggage I had taken to my new home and emptied earlier on checkout morning. They also got me a glass of ice and water as I waited for my ride. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone but especially solo travelers and small friend groups as they have wonderful and welcoming gathering spaces. Both inside and outside the lobby.

It was fine. I had a very quiet room high up overlooking the pedestrian street. No noise from fans or ventilators in the room and I slept well. I stay here quite regularly.

All is very good, except this should be done: 1. Switch for bathroom fan, not automatic. 2. Waste basket in the room itself. 3 Night table way too small, space is there! Service is excellant!!! Will you change it?
Everything was good, except the view…we expected to have a quiet room facing the backyard since we chose the special one room, but we had noisy room…
The Motel One chain has been our go to in Germany and Bonn was no exception. From the online check in through to the room, location and staff - this place ticks all the boxes and we loved our night here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, and the layout of the room was very comfortable.
WiFi was very slow and the AC was loud even in Low setting. Needed to be turned Off during the night. USB Chargers were missing. Beside that the Room and service was as usual very good.
Room was good and clean, only the breakfast was disappointing.
I stay at Motel One Bonn-Haubtbahnhof at least twice a year. Every stay is excellent and I am very pleased how friendly the staff is.

Friendly staff. We asked for additional pillows and did not receive. We also only ate breakfast 2 times during our stay and was charged for 7 days. Also, the room was warm, and could not cool down. A coffee maker in the room would be nice. Very expensive for a week's stay and we do not get any amenities. We also paid daily for parking and many times it was full. Lots of construction in front of motel and we were not made aware of this prior to coming.
Great personnel, location. Unluckily a truck was standing almost all night an it was not possible to open the window because if its noise.

Amazing value for price. Such a nice hotel!!! And nice staff. The only thing was the bathroom door didn’t stay open, it closed automatically so it would have been nice if it stayed open or at least to have a door stopper.

The location is convenient. The rooms are nice but would benefit with having a phone to ask questions to the front desk. Also the cleaning of the rooms could be improved.

Clean room and pleasant staff
A reasonably nice hotel but a pity the ventilation is switched off during April. The room was too warm for me and the only option to cool the room was by opening the window. However, as the hotel is directly next to the train station so difficult to sleep due to train arrivals and departures. Breakfast was fine but no hot options like freshly prepared omelettes.
You receive everything you could expect from that category of a hotel - location, convenience, comfort, breakfast. Excellent conditions.
Location was great. The rooms were adequate for my needs.
The price for a stay at Motel One is too high and unjustified compared to the same or even better services offered by other hotels. In the past 8 years, we have never once received a complimentary breakfast. This time, we weren't even given the bottle of water that had always been provided before. The app isn't fully functional.

Th location is perfect, just steps away from Bonn Hbf. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help. The room was neat and clean. The amenities are least minimum (no fridge, no coffee maker for example) but okay. The bathroom incl. shower booth was tiny but functioning. Housekeeping was done everyday (which is not necessary normal these days). Overall my experience there was more than expected for the price I payed, which was quite reasonable. Thank you.
The location was perfect; right in the heart of city center and a few steps from the train station.

Hotel bardzo dogodnie zlokalizowany, cichy, czystość super, pokoje duże, miła obsługa, dobre śniadania. Z minusów - pomimo, że miałam wielki pokój 2 osobowy to wyposażony był w mikro-stoliczek z 1 krzesłem. Przy wyjeździe służbowym to bardzo niewygodne - ledwo można tam zmieścić komputer. W pokoju brak innych miejsc do siedzenia. Brak wyposażenia do czyszczenia butów :( a na żelazko czekałam 3 dni aby było dostępne do wypożyczenia z recepcji. Czy to jest tak duży koszt aby było wyposażeniem każdego pokoju? Pomimo, że jest to eco-hotel ręczniki były zmieniane codziennie mimo, że nie leżały na podłodze. Oczywiście można wywiesić zawieszkę na drzwiach, aby pokój nie był sprzątany danego dnia, ale ja akurat chciałam aby łazienka była myta codziennie. Ręczniki mogły spokojnie zostać na kolejne dni.

Oczywiście w dawnej niemieckiej stolicy i siedzibie rządu Republiki Federalnej Niemiec warto zobaczyć o wiele więcej: Dawna dzielnica rządowa, Bundesviertel, obejmująca dzielnice Gronau i Hochkreuz, rozciąga się wzdłuż osi Adenauerallee, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee i Godesberger Allee. Oprócz obowiązkowych pozycji na mapie historyczno-politycznej, takich jak Kanzlerbungalow, Bonn – miasto rodzinne Beethovena – może pochwalić się również sztuką i kulturą.
