Room was good and clean, only the breakfast was disappointing.
I stay at Motel One Bonn-Haubtbahnhof at least twice a year. Every stay is excellent and I am very pleased how friendly the staff is.

Really nice gentleman, at the reception very nice of him and his colleague to offer me and my family a free upgrade as we were staying just one night to escape the heat wave.
Very good place to stay and close to railway station. Receptionist excellent.
Plus: Excellent location. Clean. Very nice breakfast. Nice soap/shampoo. Minus: Small rooms and very small table (not convenient for work). I missed some amenities such as body lotion.

Friendly staff. We asked for additional pillows and did not receive. We also only ate breakfast 2 times during our stay and was charged for 7 days. Also, the room was warm, and could not cool down. A coffee maker in the room would be nice. Very expensive for a week's stay and we do not get any amenities. We also paid daily for parking and many times it was full. Lots of construction in front of motel and we were not made aware of this prior to coming.
Great personnel, location. Unluckily a truck was standing almost all night an it was not possible to open the window because if its noise.

The location is convenient. The rooms are nice but would benefit with having a phone to ask questions to the front desk. Also the cleaning of the rooms could be improved.

Clean room and pleasant staff
A reasonably nice hotel but a pity the ventilation is switched off during April. The room was too warm for me and the only option to cool the room was by opening the window. However, as the hotel is directly next to the train station so difficult to sleep due to train arrivals and departures. Breakfast was fine but no hot options like freshly prepared omelettes.
You receive everything you could expect from that category of a hotel - location, convenience, comfort, breakfast. Excellent conditions.
Location was great. The rooms were adequate for my needs.
The price for a stay at Motel One is too high and unjustified compared to the same or even better services offered by other hotels. In the past 8 years, we have never once received a complimentary breakfast. This time, we weren't even given the bottle of water that had always been provided before. The app isn't fully functional.

Th location is perfect, just steps away from Bonn Hbf. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help. The room was neat and clean. The amenities are least minimum (no fridge, no coffee maker for example) but okay. The bathroom incl. shower booth was tiny but functioning. Housekeeping was done everyday (which is not necessary normal these days). Overall my experience there was more than expected for the price I payed, which was quite reasonable. Thank you.

The location is perfect for me near train station Bonn Hbf and the city centre. Rooms are clean and comfy. Decoration is beautiful. Staff is helpful.

Great hotel and perfect location next to the train station and old town
An ideal hotel for someone traveling light, staying for just a couple of nights. Not suited for longer stays for anyone with luggage because of lack of space to put the suitcases and absence of anywhere to put clothes, other than a few hangers.
Good hotel, centrally located near downtown and the station. Very friendly staff, a nice back terrae that looks out onto the shopping mall. Would recommend.

A very enjoyable one-night stay. Room was small but adequate to our needs. Bicycle storage was a long block away and the procedure for getting in and out was very unclear. We got help from anothe cyclist. Wasn't able to reserve room on first try but it worked out later.
He estado ya varias veces en hoteles de la cadena Motel One y me parecen muy recomendables. Los precios son razonables, considerando la calidad que ofrecen. Las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables y me gusta el diseño. Hasta el momento las personas que me han atendido en los diferentes establecimientos que he estado, siempre han sido atentas y agradables en el trato. No puedo valorar el Lounge&Bar porque no he estado; tampoco he desayunado en el hotel, por lo que igualmente no opino sobre esto.

Motel One means no surprises and no disappointments. All as always. Good matress, clean room and bathroom. Everytime again.
Everything was excellent - except when housekeeping opened my door at 8:15 in the morning! When checkout is at 12, checkout is at 12. No visits from housekeeping expected before then! So future guests, keep the Do Not Disturb sign on your door at all times if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet you paid for!
Perfect location for business traveller. The hotel is in walking distance to the central station, next to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The city Center and shopping streets are also only a stroll away.

Situado justo en la estación central de Bonn, en este hotel de diseño no solo te alojarás a un precio muy económico, sino que también estarás en un lugar perfectamente comunicado. Y es que, además de contar con una conexión directa a los trenes internacionales y al aeropuerto de Colonia-Bonn, nuestro hotel Bonn se encuentra en todo el centro, en el casco antiguo de Bonn.
¿Qué atracciones turísticas hay en Bonn?
Aquí en el centro, muy cerca de nuestro hotel de Bonn se encuentran la Catedral de Bonn (Bonner Münster), el monumento a Beethoven, el Palacio Electoral y el jardín Hofgarten. El antiguo ayuntamiento, el río Rin y la antigua aduana también se encuentran a un corto paseo de nuestro hotel en la ciudad de Bonn. Aunque, obviamente hay mucho más que ver en la antigua capital alemana y antigua sede del gobierno de la República Federal de Alemania: el antiguo barrio del gobierno o Bundesviertel —que está formado por las zonas de Gronau y de Hochkreuz— se extiende a lo largo del eje formado por las avenidas Adenauerallee, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee y Godesberger Allee. Y es que, además del bienestar de nuestros clientes, también nos importa la protección del medioambiente, por lo que hemos recogido en nuestro Lounge los 17 objetivos oficiales de desarrollo sostenible elaborados por la ONU en forma de instalación mural, y también hemos basado el diseño de nuestro hotel en Bonn en esta temática. La decoración se caracteriza por materiales y muebles naturales y sostenibles, por ejemplo, las lámparas realizadas con botellas PET y cartones reciclados, la barra del bar hecha con madera antigua tratada y las piezas de decoración reutilizadas de nuestros otros hoteles. Todo ello crea un ambiente de bienestar que permite disfrutar con la conciencia tranquila.
