I had a very pleasant two-night stay. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The room was compact, but for a short city break it was perfectly adequate and well designed. The location is excellent, right beside Central Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre, shops, restaurants and attractions. It made getting around incredibly convenient, especially with the station so close by. Overall, a comfortable, clean and well-located hotel, with friendly service and everything I needed for a two-night stay. I'd happily stay again.
Quick check in. clean, functional room yet very small for 2 adults. Hotel is very good decorative order / shape.
At 1.15am someone unlocked our door and switched on the light. We awoke and sat up as the light went on and a small dark haired woman said sorry and left. The door had been shut and latched so we do not understand how anyone could have unlocked it unless they had a master key. We spoke to a Receptionist the next morning. She was understanding and apologetic.
We always stay at Motel One in Glasgow. Upon arrival, Megan noticed that I need a walking stick, and immediately gave us an accessible room. The room was really big, and, very easy for me to move around. Megan is a star and a really valuable asset to your team
Very helpful staff
Air conditioning didn't work in our room. So it was too hot on the night of the 28th. My friends on floor 9 worked fine in fact if anything it was too cold initially and he needed to turn the fans down. Rubbish nights sleep. Phoned reception at 03:30 he said he's bring a fan up and he didn't!
Another lovely stay for a concert.My only complaint was near our room ( 428) there seemed to a ? water pipe that made a constant noise ,so my sleep was disturbed.

One of the cleanest room and bathroom I have ever stayed in. Room was on the smaller side, but had everything I needed, even a kettle with tea and coffee.
A mini fridge would have been welcome. The room key was rather a hassle, had to try multiple times

Good room with a great view of the city, clean, had everything I needed but smelt slightly of something antisceptic. Friendly, helpful staff, very good breakfast and a cheese toastie from the bar around midnight was also very welcome!
One of the best hotels ive stayed in, room was fantastic with free WiFi and walk in shower is great to. Ncp car park next-door and is discounted by the hotel. The bonus for me is that when it was getting built I fitted out the lift interiors so was great to see them again.

Room was really small for the price we paid . Air con didn’t seem to work so to cool the room down we had to keep the window over the railway station open all night
The stay was like expected in a relatively small but neat room. What we got really annoyed with was the fire alarm. Twice in two days…what’s wrong?
Check-in was really smooth. Room was clean and facilities were good. We had an issue on the first evening we were there with the electricity ceasing to work in our room and the young lady from reception could not have been more helpful in her efforts to rectify the situation.

A very nice stay at MotelOne Glasgow! The team was superb, the room was clean and comfy for our two-nights stand. The bed was great and we slept very well! We recommend this place for those who want to be next to the beautiful Central Station. The hotel's location is very good. The rooms are even better when high because our view was special. Special mention to the receptionnists who are very kind, trying to help as much as they can to make our stay perfect. Thank you to the MotelOne members, and see you someday!
Wonderful location, quiet comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff, especially their willingness to store luggage for guests pending check-in. I didn't use the lounge and bar, so I left that question blank.

Lovely downstairs area, very friendly staff, great service. Rooms are fairly small and basic but had everything I needed. I was staying alone, might have liked a bit more space if I was sharing with my husband but perfect for my stay after a works awards do
Good, the room does lact a couple of items I would expect for the price. There is a bin in the bathroom but one in the room would be handy. Also a small fridge would be good seen as we going through a heatwave. The pipes in the room are noisy.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. The room had the best view with stunning windows. I have stayed here many times over the last 5 years and it's one of my favourite places to stay.
I don't understand why all email communications were in German! Convenient location. Rooms ok, but pillows far too soft - a towel under helped. The bar was a nice area.
Overall very nice. The woman with the long hair (that obscured her name tag) was less than friendly - not overly helpful either. Good location. A trash basket in the bedroom would have been nice - why only in the bathroom? Appreciated the bartender who got me an ice bag for my sore foot.

It was fine but disappointed relative to my previous stays with you in London, albeit a while ago. Given accessible room despite checking in 4.30pm and wasn’t asked/told at reception. Collecting water from bar is unnecessary inconvenience & potentially dangerous carrying large glass bottle to room.
Hotel room was nice, clean and spacious. Staff were very courteous. I have an issue with the breakfast however, which for the money that was charged was quite poor. £15 for essentially cold meats/cheeses, boiled eggs, fruit that was too soft and a coffee machine - very poor value for money. Other hotels I have stayed at for the same price offer hot breakfast items as well, so I was very disappointed.
Lively hotel , great rooms , bar etc only downside was breakfast £15 per head for continental no cooked breakfast. Also there was no flow to the area as everyone bumping into each other and it was a free for all for what table you sat at.
Clean, safe and friendly staff, perfect location
An ideal stay! The location was excellent and incredibly convenient—close to the train station, city shopping, and many great sights. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated its strong eco-conscious approach. The bed and linens were wonderfully comfortable, and my room was in a quiet location, making for a very restful stay. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive, both at the front desk and the bar. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
