I room is set up quite poorly. the bed was not comfortable at all. I do not recommend such a set up of a room. it good too warm and was very noisy. each time someone closed the door in the corridor it made a loud bang.
Desk staff were extremely helpful and the room was quiet and cozy, everything that I needed!
Loved the place, great location, friendly and helpful staff, only thing missing in the room was USB charging sockets and a coffee and tea tray.
We loved everything about our stay- from the comfortable bed, the warm hospitality, to the ease of luggage check. We will definitely stay at a Motel One again!

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Public areas are nicely designed and open at all times. Room was nice but small an unfurnished especially for a week stay. I could here next door guys… Breakfast was very nice but completely repetitive. A coffee set in the room must be essential this days!

Overall very pleased. Even though the room was small, it served us well. Personal note: I wish there were some privacy curtains on the windows, the white kind that let in light, but people can't see in. Since our room was at the back we had full views of people's homes and they could see into our room. A flatter pillow option would have been good.
The parking fee is unbeleavable high, so you ate not the price value winner anymore for me
Please, please remove the current beds for a single room horizontally positioned. They are short and not very comfortable. Replace with a single bed with a decent headboard. Ikea bed would be sufficient. I would have given you more, but those are very bad. Rest...staff very kind and approachable. Well-done!

Hotel was great, and staff excellent, but the toilet doors are extremely badly designed. They do not close completely, and sometimes swing open involuntarily. They should be shaped within a door frame to provide a complete robust closure

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was lovely. The bathroom offers no privacy at all!!!. And you got a lower score than I would like because of the TV system. In all my travels (many) I have never encountered anything as bad as this system!!! It's so intrusive, downloding apps, creating accounts and assuming you have a Netflix or other accounts. I do not think it's right.
Rooms are very very noisy. You can hear almost everything from the street and the rooms next door. So hardly recommendable. Everything else was okay and in line with known Motel One standards.
Pleasant staff who helped sort out mix up over booking. Good room and moved us to an even better one in anticipation of building noise. Plenty of room for cases One thing needed. Washing facilities for those of us who travel a long way and not just for weekends.

was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very bare, with no additional amenities or services that would normally make a stay comfortable. The temperature in the room was also not properly regulated, making it unpleasant. What concerned me the most was the level of cleanliness. Pieces of plastic and paper that were on the floor the day before were still in exactly the same position the next day. The same things happen to mty colleagues in the same dats. This clearly shows that the floor was not cleaned at all, and the bed was only superficially made. The only thing that was actually changed were the bathroom towels. Overall, the cleanliness standards were absolutely insufficient, especially compared to what I have experienced in other motel one . Additionally, the breakfast was far from adequate in both quantity and quality. The channel in the tv doesn't work. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The fan in my room did not work and I don’t like how you have to use a google platform in order to stream onto the tv. It’s a service that I don’t have and don’t want to pay for. That was frustrating . Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Please change the bed matresses. Too soft for sleeping. I woke up aching in the morning. I had the same issue is Berlin (Upper West) and Dresden (am Zwinger) last December.
Everything was great. I had no problem. The room was small, we didn't have enough space, but we knew it while we were making our reservation.

Very nice place to stay in Cph: warm atmosphere and welcoming, superb organic breakfast, big room (superior king), good shower with glasswall, pillow extra soft. Overall I apreciated the design! In the middle of city center, close to everything, 3 minute to Metro and buses, 2 minute to Strøget, 5 minute to Central Station. The place to be at affordable preis.
Staff was helpful, kind and really good. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh and good. ● The bed was too soft and we did not sleep well because of it. It was bad.

Unfortunately, the suite has a glass window at the top, so it’s very bright at night. Also, the bathtub faucet is limescaled. Otherwise, everything is great!

It was the third time I chose Motel One because I always enjoy the high quality of this Motel!! It’s always very clean, the location is perfect, the staff is always very polite and helpful and the breakfast is very delicious with a lot of Bio and handmade products!! I always feel like being home!!

Very central, clean, excellent breakfast
I have stayed at many Motel One hotels across Europe, and for me the brand has always been a sign of reliable quality. I used to feel confident booking any Motel One without hesitation, knowing the standards would be consistently high. Unfortunately, my stay at the Copenhagen property last weekend was deeply disappointing and did not meet those expectations at all. The room was incredibly small. The bed was pushed right up against the wall and the window, so the only way to get in and out was from the narrow foot end, which was very inconvenient. The mattress was also extremely thin and uncomfortable, with very poor support. The bathroom door did not close properly and had a large gap underneath, which meant there was essentially no privacy and every sound could be heard from the room. There was also no air conditioning, the windows let in cold air from outside, and the sound insulation was very poor — we could hear every noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. On top of that, there was an old cobweb in the upper corner of the room with something stuck in it, which gave the impression that basic housekeeping had been missed. The worst issue, however, was the constant low-frequency humming and vibration in the room. It was so noticeable and uncomfortable that it was difficult to fall asleep. This was the first time in my life that I had to buy earplugs specifically to get some rest in a hotel. I am not exaggerating about the vibration: at one point during the night, the flimsy bathroom door actually started rattling on its own, which woke us up. This experience was especially disappointing because Motel One has always been a brand I trusted. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because this stay was far below the standard I have come to expect from your hotels.
Nice and modern!
Photographs on site were not at all close to the room given. Having upgraded I was completely shocked when I entered the room. Not worth the £150 paid. Very small and noisy through the night. Pillows are very thick.
Very Good services
The hotel was a nice play to stay. The bed was very good. Easy to take a train from the airport and walk 10 min to the hotel. The bar was very elegant and cosy. The only thing we missed was a shelf to put our things in the bathroom.

Pokój zgodny z opisem oferty, czysty. Pomocna obsługa hotelu 24/7. Niestety było bardzo głośno wieczorami - okno pokoju wychodziło na patio , w którym urządzono ogródek baru hoteleowego. Mimo ciszy nocnej po godzinie 22.00 było słychać głośne rozmowy , co znacząco utrudniało zaśnięcie i sen. W pobliżu hotelu jest też wieża z dzwonem który bije co ok 30minut i także przeszkadza w wypoczynku i śnie .
Widać zużycie pokoju, lepsze sprzątanie by się przydało, czuć zaduch, stęchliznę w pokoju, więcej warzyw i owoców na śniadanie by się przydało
Mój ulubiony hotel w Kopenhadze. Świetna lokalizacja, przemiła obsługa, wygodne łóżko i dobre śniadanie.

Nasz hotel w Kopenhadze mieści się w samym centrum duńskiej stolicy, naprzeciwko ratusza i placu Rådhuspladsen. Blisko stąd także do centrum kopenhaskiej gastronomii – dzielnicy Nyhavn – czyli Nowego Portu. Na ulicach wzdłuż kanału o tej samej nazwie, pośród kolorowych kamienic z XVIII i XIX wieku, można zaspokoić głód i pragnienie. Kopenhagę warto zobaczyć nie tylko ze względu na jej bogatą przeszłość miasta portowego i handlowego o historycznej zabudowie. Wzdłuż portu znajdują się Teatr Królewski i Duńska Biblioteka Królewska, zwana również „Czarnym Diamentem”.
