Excellent service
Loved the fact that the room was well air-conditioned during the heat spell while we were there. Clean and close to the airport via uber or taxi. I also like that CNN was available on tv at this particular hotel as it was not in our motel one in Hausgarden. It should also have a restaurant since there is nothing around whatsoever. Nice bar however with little sandwiches to buy. So glad to know about this place
Really friendly and helpful check in. Clean room. Clear info about dogs and kids. Disappointed with noise from other guests. Really did not sleep well until 0400am due to the noise. Groups should be located elsewhere from families. Parking charge is high compared to neighbouring hotels.
I like it, so I stay there often, but it is still frustrating at 0800 hrs in the morning when you just get out of the shower and the door opens with someone already wanting to clean the room. The new cancellation policy is not very business friendly. The shower is not set up very well, because you end up flooding the bathroom.

I use this hotel on my way back to the US, there are restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning is marvelous, unfortunately is not included and parking is not free.
Efficient service at the reception, no lines. Delicious breakfasts. Quiet and comfortable rooms.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I would highly recommend it to others. The staff were friendly and hardworking. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food.

I was lacking drinking water in the room and amenity kit in the bathroom (toothpaste and other small items). Other than that it was fine.
I usually stay at Motel One in Warsaw. Tried this location from the Frankfurt airport. Was again impressed. Outstanding customer service from your employee, Sergio. He is from Colombia. His personality is so positive. He studied German & English in Colombia. Both languages he speaks perfectly. He was helpful to me. Your hotel group is an exceptionally well run company. The Warsaw location has served me Only suggestion I have is to add better signs for the hotel bus shuttle area. Difficult to find. Many passengers could not find the area. Also, add the hotel shuttle bus operating hours to the company website and to somewhere on the wall at the airport bus stop. I arrived late and the bus had stopped operating. Has to call the hotel to know the schedule.

We had a great stay at MotelOne. The beds were comfortable and even though it is located close to the autobahn and the airport, we didn't hear any noise from outside. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only things missing were a wee fridge and a kettle.
Everything’s a great Mozel One experience - except you can open window just for a short time since it’s too noisy outside.

Motel One is always planned prior to flights from FRA. Great place. Shuttle is easy, and for a small fee we can leave our car on site, grab the shuttle from the airport and go. 5 stars.
Overall stay was great, friendly reception. We stayed one night to attend an event nearby and came back around 1am. We wanted to sleep in until checkout time (12pm) but the housekeepers opened the door TWICE (around 10am and 11am) with master key. No privacy and no respect for the checkout time. We didn’t hang “Do not disturb” card as we were only staying one night. Highly recommend to place it on the door if you want to enjoy without disturbances.
Hi, as you can see by the scoring system I was quite happy with your Hotel. I had to deduct some points which I´d like to shortly explain: Location: There is a bus station nearby, but it takes a while to get downtown. I was still happy since we were able to be somewhat noisy without complaints. Bathroom: I tried rooms from the basement floor to the fifth. Sometimes water pressure is kind of low. Also, since there is no door or curtain, the bathroom floor will inevitably get soaked. This could be seen as a safety hazard. Wi-Fi: Depending on the room you get Wi-Fi is great or not so great. There was a time I had to take an online Meeting in front of the bathroom to be visible. Breakfast: The pastries were awesome! I would've loved some sunny side up or scrambled eggs, but I guess that's personal preference.

Overall a good experience. For the price of the breakfast, I would have expected a warm buffet (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms etc.), though.

In general I love your concept and hence am a frequent guest. But if a hotel is declared as an airport hotel and turns out to be a decent distance away, I don’t expect to pay for a shuttle.

I Always stay at Motel One Hotels, when I'm in a Business Trip. But this time, IT wasn't good. CheckIn via App didn't Work, Theo room wasn't ready, so i Had to Go to The reception to get a Clean room. And my Credit Card was Charge twice.

Typically good Motel One experience with one major caveat: I have no idea how someone has the idea to move the parking ticket dispenser back so far that even if you drive up close to it, you can't reach it without taking off your seat belt and catapulting yourself out the window. Absolutely idiotic!

We always stay here on our way back to the US, it's close to the airport. It has the Goldstein Haus (restaurant) in walking distance. Breakfast is really good with a big selection.
My stay at the MotelOne was excellent from the airport pick up by the attentive Ibrahim to the check in Team and especially the breakfast crew. Wow, this team has customer service down to an art. The genuine caring service is being what I dare to expect considering the great price. I felt at home within minutes. Thank you for your amazing crew!

Una vez llegues a nuestro hotel de diseño en el aeropuerto de Fráncfort, solo queda comenzar el día con un sano desayuno ecológico en nuestro One Lounge. El vestíbulo tiene una impresionante representación de un avión que sirve a nuestros huéspedes de inspiración, no solo durante el desayuno, sino que también permite alzar las ideas y dejar que el pensamiento fluya durante el café o con un cóctel. En los cómodos sillones de la casa Baxter te parecerá que estás en las nubes, donde el cielo iluminado con luces de Bocci crea el ambiente idóneo. ¿Todo listo para despegar?
El aeropuerto Fráncfort Airport es el centro neurálgico de Alemania y el que da nombre a nuestro Motel One Fráncfort-Airport. Ubicado en la ciudad administrativa Fráncfort-Niederrad, el hotel no solo ofrece un lugar donde los viajeros cansados pueden alojarse a buen precio. También se encuentra cerca del recinto ferial de Fráncfort y del centro de la metrópoli bursátil del río Meno, y es el punto de partida perfecto para ir a conocer la ciudad. A la salida de la autovía A5 Niederrad se llega en un momento, y a tan solo 200 metros del hotel hay una parada de autobús.
