For the room everything was perfect as usual. But the Motel One Bar was horror this time. It looks like 8 people from the same team use it as their office on a regular base and selling very dubious things with Bitcoins, NFTs and stuff. Maybe not even legal or in a gray area. All of them had one call after the other and they have distributed themselves over the whole area. I know the bar is not a quiet place, but having those people in there until like 12pm was extremly disturbing, surrounded by video calls without headsets on. I don't think they even had a drink there...

You could offer a free bottle of water in the room each day and fresch fruits in the lobby.
all was very good, from parking to reception to helpfulness to cleanliness to breakfast & check-out.
Good vale for money. Although usually front desk workers are very friendly, last time they were not very kind when checking in. And in addition to that, we had to pay 6€ for a bottle of water, which I believe is unacceptable for the price and quality range of the hotel.
Bigger blankets in the rooms is a must.
For the room: you need to have wider blankets. Those in the rooms are too small. For the breakfast: there's a strong lack of something like wam scrambled eggs.

Fine Motel, good Parking, very nice personnel, but terrible ventilation/air-conditioning. The room was hot and less of oxygen. I could not open the window because of the noise of the traffic on the street. Was not an incident; more people complained about it. So it kept me awake for many hours:(.

Great service and great food. Unfortunately, the room i got smelled cigarettes soo bad that all my clothes and stuff got the smell. It is worth mentioning that it was no-smoking one: 432

Location is easy to get around. Easy access from and to airport. Tram stop right in front of the door. Welcoming was warm. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Room is a little bit small. Almost nowhere to leave the luggage. It was no problem for a night stay only. Bed is comfy. A real soundproof. Hearing works very well. Breakfast is so weak. Very limited selection for any kind of diet. Definitely not worth the money. You could have better breakfast for less outside in any coffee shop or bakery. First time staying in a motel one. I loved the general concept. Reception and bar are the same place. I was confused when i was first arrived there. I would love to stay in another motel one franchise.

The hotel was as expected from MotelOne. Modern design, clean, simple but with a good room and bed. It is straight to the point but then just a little better!
Motel One has for years been my first choice where available. However, the room in the hotel in Frankfurt Ost was far too hot and despite leaving the window open I had a really disturbed night as a result. When I told reception about this the next day I was told that the hotel’s heating and ac system was relatively old and the building as a whole could only be switched to one or the other. This is despite the info on your website stating all hotels have air con - clearly not the case if this only applies part of the year. In a hotel chain of this standard I expect to be able to moderate the temperature and was really surprised by this. The thermostat in the room was registering above 20 degrees even after I’d left the window open. This will unfortunately make me think twice about Motel One in future - in the Uebergangszeit at least.

Very nice service, nice styling, space, and atmosphere. Coffee from the machine at the breakfast was not so good. From the bar it was. For reasons of saving energy, I would appreciate the fish on the screen not to automatically turn on each time I enter the room.

Very comfortable and clean. Nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast. The only negative was the smell of smoke from the terrace below my room. As a non smoker this is something I did not appreciate.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix (105€ peti-déjeuner inclus). Quartier aréable, accessible via le tramway 11 depuis la gare centrale (20 minutes) Décoration contemporaine très réussie (lobby, salle de restaurant). Chambre calme avec vue dégagée (6ème étage). Chambre confortable (lit ferme, douche quasi à l'italienne). Petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité. Seul bémol : odeur (tuyau d'évacuation) dans la douche.

Friendly stuff, easy to find, tram station in front of the hotel, very nice bar, interesting interior design, clean room, all needed amenities in place.
Some water in the room can help in the future :). All the rest was nice, clean and a good breakfast.
Good location for my need. Room and Service as usual very good. Offering a surprising good breakfast with decent tables and seating. Parking was sadly very limited resp. full (wasn't able to book) so I had to park somewhere else, which is not that easy at that location.
