Reception was very slow. Air conditioning in room was ineffective. Water is shower wasn't hot enough and pressure was low.
I am a frequent user of Motel One and this new concept from Motel One called The Cloud One is just a Motel One with a different name. The room was a little bigger. The bathroom was nice. There was dust next to the bed and no bedside table as it was totally broken exposing lethal electrical wires that almost gave me a shock before I realised what I was touching!!!! No fair priced breakfast option. Location nice if you use the central station - a little challenge if you use Florenc bus station (ie Flix) but walkable.
The doors in our room did not properly close. The mattress caved in the middle. The room was pretty small and basic. The location was convenient with a nice bakery across the street. The room is way overpriced for what you get. I stayed at several Motel One properties and this stay was definitely disappointing compared to other accommodations we stayed on the trip. No gym is a huge downer. No complementary coffee or tea. No safe in the room. Very disappointing.
There are better hotels from the same chain. The room was OK, the breakfast as well but nothing outstanding.
I have visited your location on multiple occasions and the accommodation is comfortable, very appealing, even has some amenities that distinguish it from other hotels such as the dining room/bar with its sofas and chairs. Even the parking went smoothly this time but the cost went up by 20 euro from previous stays.

4 star hotel no simple water in room, no wending machine to buy any drinks. Brekafast place not enought tables in normal level, cant eat on sofas and coffe tables when busy. invoice can be done only aftyer checkout, so you need to wait in 15m queue in the morning.
Motel One always comes through for us. Prague was no different. Our desk clerk was a huge problem solver and fun to boot. We ended up needing to go to the airport super early and the staff packed us the BEST breakfast!! We will continue to use Motel One for our trips to Europe. You can always count on clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and superior staff.
Overall our stay was great. We got an accessible room, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. Especially the shower, cause everything around it got wet.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and we had a good bed with very comfy pillows. I loved all the vegan options at breakfast, thank you! The only thing I would upgrade, is adding a safe and possibly a kettle in the rooms.
It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was perfect. I can highly recommend it for a trip to Prague.
Basically perfect. I missed aircondition during the night. Opening hours of the rooftop terrace when the sun was shining.
Would like a fridge in the room and more storage. Bathroom mirrors steamed up a lot
I requested since the check in to have a breakfast box, also reminding the evening before about it, and then in the morning it was not there. I have for the breakfast which I didn´t get. Room definetevely too small
On the first night we stayed we had to leave the hotel at 2am as there was an announcement over the intercom to evacuate the building. We then waited outside until we saw everyone entering again. We were very scared, confused and disappointed as we weren’t told what was going on. Nobody told us it was a false alarm or whether we’d get back to our beds that night at all. Thankfully it must of been a false alarm and we were let back in after half an hour but we were really disappointed that there seemed to be no staff or anyone telling us what was happening

I would very much appreciate a kind of leaflet in every room containing instructions about how to use the air conditioning and how to switch the Artemide lamps next to the beds on and off. At the motel one in Prague, I had to turn to AI for help, or else I wouldn’t have been able to find the switch on my bedside lamp. Functionality should trump design, and not the other way around. If you think otherwise, please leave a leaflet for your guests. Nobody feels like getting dressed again at 1 AM, riding the escalator down to the first floor and ask the staff for help,
I have stayed at several Motel Ones and this one was the worst, unfortunately. It was an OK hotel, but I expected more from my previous Motel One experiences. The bar was not situated well and the room was very plain. The room was big, but the furniture and decorations did not make it comfortable or interesting. Also the breakfast was not as good as at other Motel Ones: no warm food at all.

Ideal for city break and business at the edge of the old town with proximity to good transportation and the prague airport shuttle. Immaculately clean. Amazing bar and lounge on top floor

Staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean perfectly tidy. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and the quality of good high. The bar has really nice interior and that goes for the whole hotel itself as well. For me and my grandma it was a 10/10 stay experience. PS: My grandma says the coffee is delicious.
Check in procedure was rather slow as the agent did not have the password to perform the payment. Still, he was very friendly
Thank you for making my stay in Prague really memorable, from a very friendly check in to the best breakfast I have ever experienced with all those amazing plant based options. Fantastic room, bed, pillow a bit too hard or too soft but overall I loved it and will definitely be back again soon. Please could you add body cream and coffee and tea facilities in room. That make the whole experience just perfect ;-)
Fortunately it is absolutely enough what I am expecting as a guest during my business trip. Even as tourist I would be say same = awesome. Probably we can find a small details as I wish tap beer in example....

Hôtel bien, mais chambre petite et salle de bain très petite mais bien équipé . Mais séjours très agréable. !!!!! À 9h30 un femme de ménage est rentré dans notre chambre alors que nous dormions, notre Check out était. 12h. Cela nous a réveillé et surpris. Zéro dédommagement de l’hôtel, un réveille sans excuse. Honnêtement moins pour ce réveil

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, dans le centre mais à l’écart de tout bruit. Superbe hall d’entrée, magnifique petit déjeuner il y en a pour tous les goûts, chambre très propres avec grande salle de bain et en prime eau très chaud avec superbe débit (important!). Je recommande vivement !
L’hôtel est bien situé, facile d’accès. L'emplacement permet de visiter Prague à pieds. Décoration d'intérieur très agréable. Propreté de l’hôtel excellente. J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans votre hôtel. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et en quantité suffisante.

Très bel hôtel tout neuf, vient d'ouvrir en avril 24, à 8mn à pied de la gare centrale, 1/4 d'heure du centre ville, horloge astro ou 10mn de l'hôtel de ville. PD copieux et varié. Roof top et belle déco. Chambres type voir Motel One, confort, silence et propreté, SdB identiques.

Hôtels design pas chers à Prague : Motel One
Dès que vous aurez franchi le seuil de notre hôtel situé près de la gare centrale de Prague, vous serez en plein cœur d’une ville captivante.
Le château de Prague est un immense ensemble de tours, d’églises, de parcs, de palais, de jardins et de salles. Par rapport à l’hôtel, la plus grande forteresse au monde est située de l’autre côté de la Vltava et surplombe la capitale tchèque. Outre l’architecture impressionnante, vous pourrez admirer les joyaux de la couronne de Bohême ainsi que les reliques en or de la cathédrale Saint-Guy. Vous pourrez également vous promener autant que vous voudrez dans le salon de Franz Kafka.

La place de la vieille ville, centre de la ville qui s’étend sur 9000 mètres carrés offre un nouveau visage à chaque moment de la journée. Au cours de la journée, prévoyez de vous rendre au Palais Kinský, à la Maison à la cloche de pierre ou encore devant l’hôtel de ville situé dans la vieille ville construit en 1410 et dont la célèbre horloge représentait un chef-d’œuvre ingénieux pour l’époque.

Si vous souhaitez vraiment savoir pourquoi dans toute l’Europe on compare Prague à Berlin ou à Londres, il faut aller dans le quartier Vinoradska ou aller voir le quartier de la nouvelle ville ou encore vous promener dans les rues du quartier Zizkov... Presque tous ces lieux de la capitale se sont approprié à leur manière la scène artistique et culturelle de Prague. Car ici, l’esprit de la Bohême emblématique règne encore. Comme le dit la devise locale, le principal c’est de faire quelque chose.
