Overall experience was fairly good. It would have been great if the facilities like Gym or Sauna would have been offered. That would have made the experience even better.

Very clean, well located hotel at a very good price point
Very nice hotel. Walking distace to everything we wanted to see. Very quiet even if the hotel is next to Hauptbahnhof. Clean and smart rooms, great bar with great coctails and the breakfast was great. Everything simply great.
The location was great since we arrived via rail. The room was clean and everything was functional. The staff were pleasant and professional.
The location is great, literally a one minute walk from Sendlinger Tor metro and less than 10 minutes to Marienplatz. I found it ironic about sustainability and wanting to save water as our bathroom sink didn't have a plug that could be closed. So when having to shave, I was actually wasting more water than needed if I had a standard sink with a plug that closes to allow me to fill up the sink. The air con made a noise but that was it, it didn't actually do anything at all. We had gone to the reception initially to inquire about getting it to switch on as it seemed faulty and were told there were no other rooms to move us to and to simply put it to maximum fan. So in general, we didn't sleep great owing to the heat and the window being open just echoed the noise from the courtyard. I've stayed here previously nearly ten years ago and we didn't encounter the same issues, so just putting it down to the room.

Great hotel and amazing service! Don't have much to say. I rated 9 instead of 10 because I would like a few more amenities, like a small fridge and an iron.
i go to Munchen every month, sometimes 2 times a month but i book only this Motel One. I really like this hotel . Not just only the comfort and the good location but also the reception team. they are kind, solve every request Super Hotel and Super Team. 🌞
All was wonderful
Nice and new hotel nearby the central station. Rooms are well equipped and suficient for small stay. Also rooms are very silent even towards the road. Only thing to complain that I was not able to control the air condition (too warm).
In general my stay was good. I came for business trip so I did not spent much time in the room. The room is cosy but for a business trip I would have prefer to have desk with chair rather than coffee table and small sofa. I also missed the coffee/tea section in the room. Nowadays it is not available anymore in the rooms not sure why and it is very a pity that this service is no longer provided. Moreover than breakfast is very expensive (18€) and for someone like me who doesn't eat much in the morning - above all during business trip, it gets too expensive; even though the breakfast was really good with lots of choices etc... but not relevant for the amount of what I eat. I did not try the lounge/bar so I cannot comment/judge. For the bathroom it is ok, a bit small but also because I don't like seeing me in mirrors while going to the loo, not so pleasant :) Otherwise, it was really good that I could regulate the air con or turn it off during the night as it is quite noisy, and that I was able to open the window of the room even if limited, so to get some fresh air. Nevertheless, besides those points, the staff is very nice, hotel is perfectly located for me as offices are not far, and it is comfortable in general. Can't complain. I will most probably come back.
Very disappointing stay. We had booked three nights and, at check-in, specifically confirmed and paid for parking for the following two nights. The next day, when we arrived at the parking entrance, we waited around 15 minutes with no response. After going back to the front desk, we were told the parking was fully booked and that we should find somewhere else ourselves. This was completely unacceptable, because we had already paid for it. Only after we showed the payment record did the staff change their explanation and say that there was in fact a space, but in the neighboring IHK parking area rather than the hotel’s own parking. This should have been explained clearly from the start, instead of causing confusion and stress. It was already after 8 pm, and as tourists unfamiliar with Munich, being told to go and find parking on our own was extremely irresponsible. The front desk staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. Even a small promised benefit, a complimentary bottle of water for registered members, was not given at check-in and only provided after we asked the next day. This was supposed to be part of our honeymoon, and the hotel’s handling of the situation completely ruined our mood. I would not recommend this hotel.

One night stay for work reason. Very good isolation from outside noise. Pillow a bit too hard to ones I'm used to.
There were some hairs on the duvet, which honestly made me a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom sink was also not very clean. Apart from that, I was satisfied with my stay.
The entire staff in the service area is so amazing! That is why I always come back! A big shout out to Vesna for amazing service and hospitality!
Small but nicely furnished room, bathroom with sufficiently large shower cabinet. The fan never shut off though. My room was quiet but a colleague of mine had his room to the street which was kind of noisy. The reception staff was very friendly, the waiter in the breakfast room was not really si. He was too busy having to take care of all the tables. Also, there were not enough tables during rush time and the tables were too close together making it difficult to squeeze through to sit down. The choice at breakfast was plentiful, excellent rolls and fruit salad, no eggs and bacon though.

Velmi prakticky vybavený hotel s výbornými službami. Využívám pravidelně pro služební cesty, ale dokáži si představit i soukromý pobyt. Dostupnost veřejné dopravy a přesto klid na pokojích, vynikající snídaně. V ranních hodinách problémy s wi-fi, jinak vše skvělé.
Perfectly adequate for what was needed.
As always, it was a pleasure to stay at Motel One. The friendliness and hospitality were excellent, and the cleanliness and furnishings were exactly to my liking. The only negative aspect is the pricing during large exhibitions. I would have liked to book again for the upcoming ELECTRONICA in autumn, but the rates exceed our company policy. This is very disappointing, as the price increases do not seem proportionate.

I had booked a room for two guests; however, upon arrival, the room was prepared for only one person. As there was no intercom or in-room phone available, I had to personally go to reception and carry the additional items required for the second guest myself. This was inconvenient and not in line with expected service standards. Additionally, the experience the following morning was particularly concerning. While I was planning to check out after 11:00 AM, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door multiple times to check whether we had vacated the room. On the first occasion, the staff member used a master key and opened the door without permission. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel very uncomfortable. I hope you understand that both the lack of preparedness and the intrusion significantly impacted our stay. I would appreciate it if you could look into these issues and ensure better service and respect for guest privacy in the future. I look forward to your response.

I stayed for 2 nights last Saturday and Sunday. We found the air conditioning wasn't working on the Saturday night so had a terrible sleep due to the temperature in the room. We tried to open the window but the noise from loud music in the street stopped us from sleeping. We both had very little sleep due to this. We told the reception staff about the issue with the air con and they told me they would have it checked. When we came back on the Sunday evening, it still wasnt working. thankfully we could open the window as the street was quieter. This led to us being very tired for our activities on our fully day on the Sunday.

The check in process for my second reservation was good with an Italian guy very nice. I wasn't able to log in (even trying to retrieve my forgotn password) to Motel one and so i ended up doind different reservations instaed of just one. Total stay was from 15th to 22nd April. Location is really superb - Its a say 12 min walk from the main train station and 10 minute walk from the S bahn which goes to and from the Airport. Its just at the edge of the centre itself so we didn't need to use any public transport or taxis - its all very walkable. The Road on which hotel located is very quiet. Breakfast is very good and starts at 6am Mon to Friday which is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and quiet but small - not unexpected for a city hotel this close to the centre. Staff very friendly. Hotel bar not huge but very relaxing when we had a drink there. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again without hesitation.
We paid in advance for air conditioned room. When we checked in, we were told room had AC, however we discovered for ourselves that this section of the building did not have AC activated. We barely slept first night. After seeking assistance from three different people the second day of our stay, the third person told us we were in the portion of the building that did not have AC and finally moved us to a room with active cooling. Rating would have been ten had we not experienced such discomfort on first night after traveling 20 hours to reach the hotel
It was in a strategic location (Hauptbahnhof), had a good breakfadt, and comfortable beds.
Motel One Sendlingen Tor is a nice hotel with modern facilities. Rooms are rather small but have all basics which is standard for the chain. I was disappointed this time because I was given a room at the first floor despite the fact that I had asked for a high floor room upfront to avoid noise from the street. This is also indicated in the preferences in my membership profile. The staff used the excuse that “single rooms” are all located in the first floor. However this was just made up because all the rooms have the same size and many have double beds for single use on other floors as well. Pity because I am a loyal and recurrent customer for the chain and I will think twice before booking again. Also the blinds in the room do not block the light that enters through the window in the morning as my room was looking at the east.
A very centrally located hotel, 10 minutes on foot from the city centre. The reception area is welcoming however the rooms are somewhat spartan in appearance. Front desk is friendly and helpful although adequate knowledge of English will certainly help when communicating. Most of the room instructions are in German which is not helpful for those not knowing the language. Airconditioning is centrally controlled which once again is not helpful if you are feeling hot or cold.
No fridge in the room and no bacon for breakfast. But quiet and cleen room.

The best aspect of our stay was the room itself, it was very clean and nicely maintained. We also appreciated the chair provided, although it was a bit odd that there was only one chair in a room meant for two people. The room was also quite small. One of the less satisfactory points was the bed, which was not very comfortable. Additionally, we were given a winter duvet instead of a lighter spring blanket, making it quite hot at night. Due to limited airflow from the window and an air conditioner that did not function well, the room felt stuffy. The TV was kind of outdated and didn’t support USB exfat formal, so it wasn’t really usable for us. There were also no basic amenities like a water boiler or even glass cups, which I found quite unusual. Another issue was the reception experience. While I was speaking in English, the staff member suddenly switched to German, which I did not understand. This felt a bit confusing and awkward.

Byla jsem velmi spokojena! Jediný problém bylo okno bez záclony v pokoji! Musela jsem zatahovat závěs a svítit lampičkou za denního světla. To bylo velmi špatné. Ostatní výborné.
Síť vašich hotelů používám často, tenhle má skvělou polohu, ale co se týče prostor, byl za mě nejslabší. Měli jsme velký pokoj a byl takový, nedotažený. Přišlo mi i že ne moc používaný a před příjezdem nekontrolovaný.
Hotel má ideální polohu. Velmi jsem ocenil klid na pokoji a čistotu pokoje. Velkou výhodou jsou podzemní garáže.
