I found the hotel very convenient place to be within walking distance to city centre . My room was very clean with AC which was very comfortable especially when is hot outside. Nice view over the city and very peaceful during the night. It would be lovely to have a kettle in the rooms and breakfast was very good except a toaster would have been complete . Will be back
Room was spotless, staff were excellent throughout and ideally enjoyed my stay. Breakfast needs to be improved however, it did not represent good value, no apparent hot food and what was there was quite limited in range and options. It was also a small display and needed constant top up.

excellent location and service, but could not figure out how to operate TV
This is my second stay at this hotel. Everything is nice, I reduced 1 point for internet speed at room, particularly for laptop users and also same breakfast all the time (no change)

Hi Motel one, It was quite nice stay. Only one point can be improved. The water bottles in reception area was several time empty. It's great area to provide this extra service.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Handled our luggage as we arrived early. Excellent location near main station and by major pedestrian areas.
I had a really great time in the Motel One München Hauptbahnhof. Very good location, kind reception, tasty breakfasts and cosy room. If I could advice something, it would be great to organise the restaurant on the ground floor. In addition, the turning on light and TV shouldn't be dependent on the putting on the room card to the reader. To sum up, I can recommend this hotel for everyone.

Everyone I had contact with at the hotel was super kind and helpful. The room was spotless so even the invisible cleaners were excellent. The location is good. However, I was little disappointed in the room size especially considering the price paid.
A lot of people checking in at the same moment delayed process.
Deducting three points from full score for 1. not really a lock mechanism on the room door 2. water pressure and temperature low for a morning shower 3. like in every other hotel a door is missing at the shower, so I can't take a shower without flooding the bathroom

all clean, nice ambience, friendly personal, unfortunately no work desk in room, relatively warm with the request to keep windows closed, breakfast room very crowdy with cereals difficult to find (frist time visit) and fruit empty for a longer while. Not enough personal to catch up with the situation. WIFI and Bar not used. Overall I plan to come in again for a second check.
Very comfortable stay, the bed was great, had a desk to work, air conditioning worked quite well. The only missing item was a small fridge, but for me this wasn't a big deal.
On the second morning of my stay, the construction work next door started at 7am and physically vibrated the building

Linen is so comfortable, the TV is a good size, the bathroom is so pretty. The staff at the front desk is very nice.
Check in went well and then room was clean. However the thing that was a bummer for me was that the AC didnt work as expected, it was hot in munich and sometimes the AC turned off without reason even if I had card inside the key card power switch and I had the ac turned to the setting where it is always on. So the room didnt cool down properly. I asked the staff if they could check it but there was no response or message sent to me after the check like a note or something would have been ok. Without this AC stuff stay would have been 10/10. But I had bit poor sleep because of the hot room.
We stayed as a family in 2 rooms, which were very thoughtfully booked next door to each other. Rooms were super clean and comfy.

We had a short stay and were very pleased with the simple yet very modern room. There was plenty of space for two people during a short stay. The location next to the central train station is perfect. It’s only a short walk to Karlsplatz.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. Service and reception are also good. The only things missing are a refrigerator and a kettle in the room.

Hello, I was surprised - the reception was very cold due to the fact that there were new people at he reception and I hadn´t come more often. Jenny from Equador and Paul from UK later on that day were fantastic! 10 points and more to each one of them!!!. The new people have to learn to become more friendly. The morning crew is way off. I was shocked about my room service. First day - I didn´t receive any room service... I had to go and change towels next morning. No one was on my floor at 10:00am. I had to go down to the 9th.. honestly... this is not really good! The colleague asked me why I was there and not on 10th. Anyway - please change - the attitude of the cleaners on the floors are not good. This is my personal feeling, as I always felt like coming home... and it is losing that kind of magic...
The Decaf was straight right out of Hell. HAHAHAHA. Next time i will check, if you are taking feedback serious and will grab another one.
This was second time we stayed at Motel One, once again really pleased about our stay. Staff were lovely and rooms were comfortable and clean! Will come back again if we are visiting Munich.
Ideally placed for access to city and good travel links. Although room and bathroom both small they are big enough and have really comfy beds. Despite our room overlooking the busy dual carriageway below, with the windows closed, it was silent!! Perfect.

My first time at this Motel One location and a very pleasant surprise. Room was larger than at other hotels in the chain and cooled without visible air conditioning. New building technique and very welcome in the summer heat! Also the location was central to transport and double-glazing kept out all street/traffic noise.
I was staying in your hotel for 3nights. Overall it was great but we had some trouble. My sister’s room card didn’t open the door few times so we had to get room cards changed. Also in my room the shower head was leaking, we mentioned it to the receptionist. But it wasn’t fixed. Thankfully all workers there were super friendly and helpful.
Everything was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed the hotel! It was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that on the morning of my check-out, the key card stopped working. I had to personally go to the staff to have it remagnetized just to get into the room and collect my luggage. Other than that, no complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Velmi prakticky vybavený hotel s výbornými službami. Využívám pravidelně pro služební cesty, ale dokáži si představit i soukromý pobyt. Dostupnost veřejné dopravy a přesto klid na pokojích, vynikající snídaně. V ranních hodinách problémy s wi-fi, jinak vše skvělé.
Byla jsem velmi spokojena! Jediný problém bylo okno bez záclony v pokoji! Musela jsem zatahovat závěs a svítit lampičkou za denního světla. To bylo velmi špatné. Ostatní výborné.
Síť vašich hotelů používám často, tenhle má skvělou polohu, ale co se týče prostor, byl za mě nejslabší. Měli jsme velký pokoj a byl takový, nedotažený. Přišlo mi i že ne moc používaný a před příjezdem nekontrolovaný.
Hotel má ideální polohu. Velmi jsem ocenil klid na pokoji a čistotu pokoje. Velkou výhodou jsou podzemní garáže.
