Great staff, location and room
Clean Polite
Good hotel! A little bit small room, but enough for sleeping. Excellent breakfast. I could recommend to add an option tourists can order pancakes or omelets. Receptionists were very polite.
The personnel in the evening was not exactly super friendly. The room was nice and clean. The personnel in the morning was more friendly, however. But all in all, coming back from Italy, the staff was not exactly welcoming.

check in check out and the room were great as was breakfast. Distance to public transport was a little further than ideal but perfect for the museum.

Good place to stay. Happy with the services and facilities provided. Conveniently located, nearby Ostbahnhof and other bus routes.
We usually always stay with MotelOne but the way we were treated in the Munich hotel has made us rethink this completely. The staff were incredibly rude and if you're travelling with a dog you're moved to sub-par rooms that feel more like a student dorm (regardless of how much you've paid). We arrived at 12:00 knowing we couldn't check in yet but just wanted to leave our bags in storage while we looked around the city. Before we could even open our mouths to ask, the duty manager stormed over and snapped at us that check-in is at 15:00. Once we explained, she begrudgingly let us leave our bags. When we came back (well after 16:00), we then had trouble actually getting our room. We usually book MotelOne because it's dog friendly, and in our booking I had very clearly stated that we would have a dog with us. But we were then told (with so much attitude) that we couldn't have the room we booked because of the dog and would therefore have to wait for something else. When we eventually got our room, it was not even close to what we were expecting - all the furnishings had been stripped (just the bed, a bare wooden desk and some rails to hang your clothes) and felt more like a student dorm room. Not even remotely worth the money we'd paid. My friend travelling with us (without a dog) was able to check into her room and it looked like the usual MotelOne rooms - way different to ours. So this is clearly just the way this hotel treats people travelling with dogs. We will not be staying here again. And if you're travelling with a dog I strongly suggest you find somewhere else to stay.
Cleaning requested for every 2 days but did not happen…

The only thing I didn't like was the large Bath towels are to small and old very used .

Everyone was very helpful and responded to all my emails. Traveling from the U.S., I found this responsiveness very helpful. I would recommend a small fridge to keep leftovers and other food items because the bar doesn’t cater to a lot of dietary restrictions, the store across the street closes at 2200, and other amenities are not too near by if you come in late. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and had everything I needed. Thanks very much to the staff!
The promised rate of cleaning, twice during my stay, did not happen
Overall, a very nice stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms looked new, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to the train. The carafe of lemon water was definitely appreciated in the lobby. Overall a few minor concerns. First, for international travelers the hotel had no plug adapters for borrowing, which would be so nice after a long trip. Second, in my room the bathroom shower constantly had water spilling out of the pan as it sloped the wrong way and thus onto the floor. Despite these points, I enjoyed my stay, would stay here again, and recommend it to others.
Nice room, good aircon, friendly staff. Room had flimsy walls though and you could hear a lot of noise from the rooms above and next door, and there was work going on on the floor above me.

Courtyard-facing room – great! No unnecessary notepads, pens, etc. on the desk – excellent, and both economical and environmentally friendly. Paper cups instead of drinking glasses in the bathroom – glasses in the bathroom are completely pointless anyway because of the risk of broken glass. The paper cups were also a very pleasant surprise. Mini edible jam cups at breakfast :-) Excellent mattresses – thank you! Neutral shower gel with almost no fragrance – fantastic!!!

Super tiny room (032). Mediocre breakfast. No bottled water in the room. Pricing incl breakfast not in line with service delivered.
3 annoying things: 1. water temperature changes during the shower. 2. no drinkable water provided, 3. no scrambled eggs at the breakfast.
First time at a Motel One. Will consider for future travel. Excellent all around!

Staff friendly and helpful, convenient location, rather small but tidy and cosy room. A kettle and a fridge would have been nice. Will repeat the experience gladly when need arises.

Breakfast was very poor. One coffee machine available to hundreds of people. One of the worst breakfasts experience i ever had! No water in the room and also we could not get any hot water instead you have to go to the restaurant for a glass of hot water. Very inconvenient.

Velmi prakticky vybavený hotel s výbornými službami. Využívám pravidelně pro služební cesty, ale dokáži si představit i soukromý pobyt. Dostupnost veřejné dopravy a přesto klid na pokojích, vynikající snídaně. V ranních hodinách problémy s wi-fi, jinak vše skvělé.
Byla jsem velmi spokojena! Jediný problém bylo okno bez záclony v pokoji! Musela jsem zatahovat závěs a svítit lampičkou za denního světla. To bylo velmi špatné. Ostatní výborné.
