Very stingy and petty on the complimentary water- we stayed for 8 nights- but only one bottle of water allowed per booking - even if i booked a month I book one day i get a bottle of water- same as if i book a week Very petty and stingy Also- housekeeping cleaned room but didn’t change sheets or pillowcases and we had it only requested it done twice in a week Nice hotel on the outside and reasonable rates but very cheap underneath it all
Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was not so great - small and door didn't stay open so it was very humid. Breakfast was quite boring and could have been made much more interesting without adding to the cost for the hotel (e.g., no real cold milk option). In the room it was one paper cup ... A wasable plastic cup for the bathroom would have been useful, while more papercups for drinking water in the room for those of us who do ... Very poor WiFi ... used the wifi on my mobile phoen most of the time

It's always good to stay here, convenient location, small but clean room with an AC and nice breakfast.
A few points I find critically bad and in need of improvements: 1- The online check in was not working for me. I tried to do it and apparently it worked, I got an email confirming this. However trying to add the reservation to my google wallet did not work with the additional information from the Motel One website that the online checking did not work. So here this was really confusing. 2- The thing with the "nice coupon" for free water from the bar I did not like at all. As a guest I expect the water bottle to be already in the room and not that I have to go pick it up myself. I found this to be a (sorry for my harsh words) creatively malicious technique to ensure that not all guests get a free water bottle and that the Motel One can save up on their costs. I guess this can be argued with the relatively low price of staying there per night. But honestly no one will complain if the night was 5 euros more expensive and there was a free bottle of water waiting for you in the room. 3- I did not know if my reservation included breakfast and I thought I did. Checking this with my reservation was not so easy actually. At the end I was told that I did not have breakfast included, which is fine, I paid it myself and that is ok. I however, did not take the breakfast on the other day, not because of the fact that I have to pay it, but because I was quite surprised by the lack of warm food! I understand that these three points might be a bit harsh, I hope you see it as constructive criticism. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone actually, not privately and not work related
An enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised not to be welcomed back on check-in as I stayed only 3 weeks earlier. Why doesn't it come up on the computer? It makes a big difference.

3rd time to live here. Always good as usual. Most impressive part is the Lounge&Bar Thanks a lot for the service from Frabiel. Very Nice and Passionate gentleman. Also nice cocktail made by him.
I loved the hotel especially I can stay with good air condition during the extremely hot weather in German. The place is not so big but clean. And I love the cocktails made by Frabiel. He is really nice and professional. Thanks for everything~
Room clean and staff helpful when you could find them. Big drawback was no tea and coffee in room, no phone to contact reception and no emergency button in shower. Also no loyalty/upgrade scheme.

We took the train to Stuttgart for a couple nights to go to the Mercedes Museum. The location was walkable from the terminal and in a good location to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and the bar lounge area is sizable and modern and great for watching the World Cup. Just note the rooms are small but functional. Guess that’s where the large bar/cafe area comes into play. Overall a pleasant stay and price point.

I had a fantastic stay at Motel One Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern design with stylish decor that gives it a cozy but upscale feel. One of my favorite spots was the bar. The bartenders were awesome, made great drinks, and created a fun, relaxed atmosphere. It was even better being able to watch the FIFA matches on the big screen with other guests. It made for a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location couldn't have been better. Being so close to the main train station made it incredibly convenient to get around Stuttgart and beyond. Overall, the excellent staff, beautiful decor, lively bar, perfect location, and little touches like the FIFA games on the big screen made this a memorable stay. 5 out of 5 stars...Highly recommend!
Lovely hotel in a very convenient location.We have been given 2 room cards. On Friday 12th, coming back from breakfast, the card in the room was taken by the housekeeping (Bilal). I found out that he and his colleagues has more than one room key, after several attempts my card was found. The matter was reported to the reception (Miss Caroline, I guess). The same thing happened on Saturday by another staff, reported again to the receptions (same person). Reception is trying to find excuses before knowing why the key has been taken by the housekeeping. I felt my security was compromised. I also felt that the matter is known by your reception and they are trying a cover up. I noticed that some of your reception staff do not carry a name tag on them.

nice Hotel in the center
the room was really big (corner room with a lot of space and a big bathroom) and this was a very pleasant surprise. the only unfortunate critique was that the toilet seat was not properly fixated to the toilet.
An error into the hotel`s system reservation caused another customer of the hotel came into my room at 06:30h. Just before, the system of the hotel refunded our payment without any cancellation from our part (3 rooms). We had to pay again for the 3 rooms. Two days later, we are waiting their refund back ¡¡ No possibility to heat the room properly (cold air constantly running into the rooms even with the air conditionate off) .
Finally a proper hotel in germany, unbelievable. Actually working AC that geets your room cooled down, a 24/7 well stocked (gin-)bar, great reception staff. 2 stars reduced because of a borded, careless waitress and the rather small rooms and the fact that this is supposed to be a Motel but they have no discount or reserved parking arrangements with the underground garage. But overall a very enjoyable stay!
Comfy beds, clean, modern hotel, good breakfast
Stayed here to visit family for a wedding. Several of us stayed in the same hotel, as it was (sort of) convenient for the railway station. I paid extra for a 7th floor room with a terrace - this was great as we could hve other family members in our room for a get-together before we went our separate ways. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom is good - I like the shower. Not much storage, but there were plenty of hangers for clothes. Just be aware that there are actually two Motel One's near the station, and getting to the station can be challenging with all the building works going on. The hotel is also well-situated for the University and to walk to centre, it takes about 20 minutes.
If I stay for longer then 3 days, then I miss the warm part of the breakfast (there is no "gebratene Wurst" or "Spiegeleier" or similar, like in different hotels). But more important I miss the normal closet (I hate that everything from my luggage must be placed on to shelf, so the cleaning lades can see everything). Everything else is totally OK.

Nice and clean rooms, great location, the breakfast was good.
The room was way too warm. I don’t get the point of turning on the heating in may. I could not rest well for this reason, as it was impossible to turn off the heating.
Unfortunately, the service at the reception was unacceptable this time. Different receptionists provided contradicting information, wasting my time. I lacked the professionalism and level of service/ flexibility which made the MotelOne my and my teams go-to address in Stuttgart in the past
The room was a bit small, even by European standards. A closet or more closet space would have been nice. I could have used an iron and ironing board. Considering the cost of the breakfast, the selection was a bit limited. I was expecting more hot food items.
They overall stay was great, breakfast is expensive for what it is without any warm dish options. 1 major complaint was the fact that on Sunday morning at 08:45 the housekeeper just stood in the middle of my room without knocking. Replied oh sorry and left, a big no-go!
I slept really bad, I couldn't get the room dark enough and the mattress was way too soft.

Poor communication between staff and hotel. Breakfast times changes without notice. I was not sent my receipt as promised.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We really liked the lobby and the courtyard. The only thing we missed in our rooms was a small refrigerator.
Very happy with my stay. I didn’t receive the booking confirmation email despite 2 promises. But everything else was lovely.
Room was clean, good and nice. Breakfast area to busy and a lot of queing. Bar area to little service (only one servent and one bartender)

Pobyt rodzina 2+2, idealnie dobrane pokoje, czysto, śniadania że każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie, fajnie, że parking podziemny można wykupić z góry opłacając i wyjeżdżać i wjeżdżać wg uznania tyle razy ile się potrzebuje :) Na plus ilość wind. Blisko centrum. Nic dodać, nic ująć, tak trzymajcie!
