I had a great stay! The rooms and the hotel were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the main station. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Stayed on the 1st floor in 155; the floor was noisy after 07 am. Breakfast was nice, but the chairs were not comfortable.
The room, location and breakfast were great. A few small niggles - the bathroom door could do with a doorstop, the bathroom fan was on all night even when the light was off, the shower was difficult to position due to lack of space between the hose and the wall.
The spaces are big, a bit “basic” though. No closet, no drawers… Good breakfast.
Service at reception was excellent and efficient. The room was superb and the hotel was in a great location.
At the Motel One i feel like at home. Services is almost excellent.
It was a one night stay but it was nice & smooth. I managed to do everything online without interacting with any staff member( which, though convenient, I am not a fan of)

The Aircondition was too cold and it was not possible to reduce it. The Bathroomdoor was to small. If you have your Toiletbag at the door, you can`t go in the bath

Very stingy and petty on the complimentary water- we stayed for 8 nights- but only one bottle of water allowed per booking - even if i booked a month I book one day i get a bottle of water- same as if i book a week Very petty and stingy Also- housekeeping cleaned room but didn’t change sheets or pillowcases and we had it only requested it done twice in a week Nice hotel on the outside and reasonable rates but very cheap underneath it all
Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was not so great - small and door didn't stay open so it was very humid. Breakfast was quite boring and could have been made much more interesting without adding to the cost for the hotel (e.g., no real cold milk option). In the room it was one paper cup ... A wasable plastic cup for the bathroom would have been useful, while more papercups for drinking water in the room for those of us who do ... Very poor WiFi ... used the wifi on my mobile phoen most of the time

A few points I find critically bad and in need of improvements: 1- The online check in was not working for me. I tried to do it and apparently it worked, I got an email confirming this. However trying to add the reservation to my google wallet did not work with the additional information from the Motel One website that the online checking did not work. So here this was really confusing. 2- The thing with the "nice coupon" for free water from the bar I did not like at all. As a guest I expect the water bottle to be already in the room and not that I have to go pick it up myself. I found this to be a (sorry for my harsh words) creatively malicious technique to ensure that not all guests get a free water bottle and that the Motel One can save up on their costs. I guess this can be argued with the relatively low price of staying there per night. But honestly no one will complain if the night was 5 euros more expensive and there was a free bottle of water waiting for you in the room. 3- I did not know if my reservation included breakfast and I thought I did. Checking this with my reservation was not so easy actually. At the end I was told that I did not have breakfast included, which is fine, I paid it myself and that is ok. I however, did not take the breakfast on the other day, not because of the fact that I have to pay it, but because I was quite surprised by the lack of warm food! I understand that these three points might be a bit harsh, I hope you see it as constructive criticism. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone actually, not privately and not work related
An enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised not to be welcomed back on check-in as I stayed only 3 weeks earlier. Why doesn't it come up on the computer? It makes a big difference.

I loved the hotel especially I can stay with good air condition during the extremely hot weather in German. The place is not so big but clean. And I love the cocktails made by Frabiel. He is really nice and professional. Thanks for everything~
Room clean and staff helpful when you could find them. Big drawback was no tea and coffee in room, no phone to contact reception and no emergency button in shower. Also no loyalty/upgrade scheme.

We took the train to Stuttgart for a couple nights to go to the Mercedes Museum. The location was walkable from the terminal and in a good location to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and the bar lounge area is sizable and modern and great for watching the World Cup. Just note the rooms are small but functional. Guess that’s where the large bar/cafe area comes into play. Overall a pleasant stay and price point.

Très bien au niveau chambre et literie. Petit déjeuner à améliorer (pas assez de places assises, pas de plats chauds (notamment d'oeufs brouillés, bacon...)

Emplacement pratique, centre ville pas loin. Parking très bien. Petit déjeuner gourmand. Dommage pas accès sur Netflix ou similaire sur la tv.
Très bon hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. La literie est très confortable. L'isolation phonique est efficace, notamment la porte des chambres qui isole bien du bruit dans les couloirs. L'emplacement est idéal. Le parking accessible par ascenseur sous l'hôtel est très pratique (16€/24 heures).

Tres bel hotel pratique quand on arrive tard le soir par train....facile a trouver même avec les gros travaux de la gare. Aere, design, chambre bien pensée avec tres bonne literie. Heureusement la clim peut être coupé car elle était réglée très froid et les petites couettes allemandes ont parfois leur limite
Un très bel hôtel, fonctionnel avec du personnel professionnel et très courtois.
Les tables basses pour le petit déjeuner ne sont vraiment pas confortables. Prévoir plus de tables avec une hauteur normale point le matin serait bien.
Très bien - il manque juste un verre ou deux pour boire de l'eau dans la chambre
2 remarques : - Les prises électriques de ma chambre n'ont aucune permis de recharger mon laptop... (Alors que celles du train oui...) - Le petit déjeuner sur des tables basses (comme dans un salon), ça ne vas pas. Heureusement, j'y ai encore échappé cette fois-ci!

Hôtel moderne et agréable. Le seul point noir c’est qu’on ne peut pas accrocher les serviettes de toilette. Ils n’y a aucune patère ou portant pour étendre les serviettes (ni dans la salle de bain ni la chambre). Un sèche serviette serait un minimum.
Accueil et chambre parfait, par contre quel chaos au petit déjeuner pas de place, des longues queues pour se servir et pourtant il y a du choix, très bonne présentation

Couettes trop petites
Situé juste à côté de la gare centrale de Stuttgart qui lui donne son nom, notre hôtel à bas prix Motel One Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof est parfait pour les voyageurs en transit. En effet, il vous permet presque de sauter directement dans le train. Quant aux voyageurs ayant atteint leur terminus à Stuttgart pour un plus long séjour, ils sont également les bienvenus pour une escapade citadine, car le centre-ville et ses curiosités touristiques sont accessibles à pied.

À proximité immédiate de notre hôtel design se trouve la zone piétonne de la Königsstraße, la principale rue commerçante de la ville. Les adeptes du shopping seront comblés. L’ancien château, le nouveau château de Stuttgart et la Schlossplatz, également à seulement quelques centaines de mètres de l’hôtel, attireront les amateurs d’art. Par ailleurs, l’université de Stuttgart se situe à cinq minutes à pied. Le quartier de Stuttgart-Mitte abrite aussi la galerie nationale d’art (Staatsgalerie Stuttgart), le musée d’art de Stuttgart (Kunstmuseum Stuttgart), l’église collégiale (Stiftskirche) et l’opéra national de Stuttgart (Staatsoper Stuttgart). Le jardin du château de Stuttgart en plein cœur de la ville est propice à la détente : vieux de 600 ans, cet espace vert invite le visiteur à se balader et à s’installer à la terrasse d’un Biergarten. Notre hôtel est également un excellent point de départ pour une excursion de l’autre côté du Neckar, en direction de Bad Cannstatt et de ses célèbres sources thermales ou de la Cannstatter Wasen.
Bien évidemment, vous pouvez également « fermer les portes » et vous installer confortablement dans notre hôtel à bas prix près de la gare centrale.
