Hotel was clean and staff friendly but just not good value for money. Over €1000 for a 3 night stay is Ridiculous

Everything was fine, except pricing that day.
Great location. Nice people. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. However, Rooms are very small. No desk, refrigerator, or microwave.
Everything was fine. For breakfast the choice can be bigger, comparable to Motel One in Zuffenhausen
A wonderful hotel that feels like a true treasure in an otherwise dynamic train station neighbourhood. It gives me real hope for the revival of Cannstatt! Warm atmosphere, fantastic staff, and incredible hospitality. Extra special thanks to Rafaello at the bar for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be back!
Globalement la chambre est très bien. Mais j'ai eu un problème au salle de bain. Le pommeau douche est tombé pendant la douche. Également, j'ai trouvé une souris sur la terrasse. Il vaut mieux que vous allez mettre l'attrape souris. La qualité de petit déjeuner est bien mais les choix sont limités.

The shower is dangerous because, even when the temperature setting isn't very high, a blast of extremely hot water—at a dangerous temperature—suddenly comes out.
The hotel staff at the reception was very supportive.

I really dislike the process of having to pay the bill without actually getting the invoice. I think that's against all good commercial practices.
-High prices, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. -Second, the single rooms are very, very cramped—not comfortable for the price I paid.
The overall conditions were very good. The only thing I can find fault with is the small selection of hot dishes for breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was delicious and of good quality. I'd happily return.
The staff was nice and helpfull. The 24 hour bar lounge is a plus. The rooms were nice and the location was perfect.
Pleasant hotel, decent room with good bed and shower. The space for the basin was rather tight. No coffee making facility. At arrival there was a big group checking in. Only one receptionist helping. I felt totally neglected. Postponed check in and later got friendly response.

The location was great for our purposes. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is very nice. While the room was a little small, it had everything we needed, was clean and quiet. I’d stay again, no question!

the room was great quite, no traffic noise and I could open a window for fresh air at night.
All in all, we had a great stay, it was a nice and cozy hotel very close to Bahnhof with the best staff. We did not have breakfast. The parking was easy to access and reasonably priced. We just did not like the neighborhood.
Bon motelone mais qui mérite d'être modernisés tant sur la déco qui est un peu triste , hall du petit déjeuner :vitres sales quand j'y était et qualité en baisse oeufs , peu de fruit frais . Dans ma chambre 009 les lampes de chevets sont toujours équipées des premières ampoules Led qui mettent longtemps à s'allumer , la poignée en plastique du coffre fort était cassée enfin le jardin pourrait être mieux entretenu Voilà

Room was small , bed was comfy , shower was dangerously hot even when on the the cool setting , we were there 5 nights , you only get one bottle of water ! Breakfast was not good at all , staff were ok
Our stay at Motel One Bad Cannstatt was perfect as we have come to expect from Motel One. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff also were cheerful and helpful. We count on Motel One’s high quality staff and standards during our travels.

Great hotel in a good location. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have stayed at several Motel One locations in Europe and the experience is always good.
Small but nice rooms! Comfortable bed! Plenty of electrical outlets. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and the water temperature fluctuated a bit. The most annoying thing was that the bathroom door would NOT stay open unless we put something in front of it. We loved the corner room, with 3 windows! The breakfast buffet was overpriced, so we will skip that during our next stay. Parking under the hotel and across the street.

I was really happy that my two rooms I booked for my familiy were just site-by site this was really great. Like last time I loved the breakfast and it was realy quiet and the personal very friendly.

Complimentary water in the room would be nice.
Friendly staff at the desk, not so friendly in the breakfast room. The breakfast was not so great, especially the gluten-free option was a disappointment. There's only one type of gluten-free bread (which is not very good) and no gluten-free granola or any other option. I would expect more for the price of this breakfast. Apart from that, the room was good & clean.
Bonjour je pense qu'il est temps de rénover la déco pour donner un coup de peps notamment dans les chambres qui ont par exemple des anciens luminaires et qui sont un peu tristes y compris la salle des petits déjeuner !
My stay was lovely, the rooms were really clean. I was surprised that my booking price didn't include the breakfast and that there was no daily water available without purchase. This increased the cost significantly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I was very pleased.

Motel One Standard. Da weiß man was man hat
Nice hotel, the lobby was a great workplace with Wi-Fi fast enough to VPN, and a lot of floor plugs by the tables for the laptop. The standard room was large enough to keep the suitcase out of the way. The room had a comfortable bed. And the hotel is located within walking distance of several train/subway stations, zoo, and my employer's campus.

Nul autre lieu à Stuttgart n’accorde autant d’importance à l’eau que l’arrondissement de Bad Cannstatt. Notre Motel One Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt est donc placé sous le signe des innombrables sources minérales, fontaines et stations thermales. Dans notre One Lounge, des lampes en forme de gouttes d’eau, des chaises rondes originales en forme de bulles et des décorations murales reflètent l’importance de cet élixir vital.
Notre hôtel design se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres seulement du lieu où se déroule Cannstatter Wasen, la deuxième plus grande fête populaire au monde.
Même en dehors de la saison de cette fête, notre hôtel sera le point de départ idéal pour découvrir la métropole sur le Neckar. Vous commencerez donc par Bad Cannstatt, le quartier le plus ancien de Stuttgart où vous pourrez découvrir la vieille ville, le parc et le château de Rosenstein. Avec la station de métro (U-Bahn) Wilhelmsplatz tout près de l’hôtel vous pourrez vous rendre partout en ville très facilement. Vous pourrez vous rendre aussi facilement dans le centre-ville qu’à la Mercedes-Benz Arena pour voir jouer le VfB Stuttgart à domicile.
