The best aspect of our stay was the room itself, it was very clean and nicely maintained. We also appreciated the chair provided, although it was a bit odd that there was only one chair in a room meant for two people. The room was also quite small. One of the less satisfactory points was the bed, which was not very comfortable. Additionally, we were given a winter duvet instead of a lighter spring blanket, making it quite hot at night. Due to limited airflow from the window and an air conditioner that did not function well, the room felt stuffy. The TV was kind of outdated and didn’t support USB exfat formal, so it wasn’t really usable for us. There were also no basic amenities like a water boiler or even glass cups, which I found quite unusual. Another issue was the reception experience. While I was speaking in English, the staff member suddenly switched to German, which I did not understand. This felt a bit confusing and awkward.
Simple, clean, friendly and around the corner from my company. Super convenient and easy to deal with at reasonable price. Also quite like the color scheme and the design.
AC did not work and the hotel is really dusty and no proper cleaning service performed.
The Hotel is very dusty, received the wrong room size and the service at the bar was also no good customer experience.
1. The room was small. 2. I was only provided with two towels (one for the sink and one for the shower). 3. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. 4. Breakfast was quite chaotic: very crowded, limited food availability, and a poor selection. I usually have a very good experience at your Motel One hotels, so I am quite disappointed. Kind regards,
The room was incredibly hot. Without having the window open all night, I could not have slept. Even with the open window temperature did not drop below 23 degrees C. So the night was not really relaxing. Perhaps a broken heating system? Also the aircon did not work.
The front desk at check out was understaffed. Only one person and 10 people waiting queue!

The interior of Motel One used to be a bit better. Looked a little run down. Overall, breakfast was good. Just missing some more healthy alternatives.
I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. I found the breakfast to have great variety and lots of healthy choices, along with plenty of machines to make coffee drinks! And I greatly enjoyed the long tables in public spaces to sit and work and watch the world walk and drive by.

I had a lovely stay at motel one The staff was super friendly Specially a young supervisor girl at reception her name start with A ,sorry I can’t remember her name,but She was so friendly,lovely the hotel clearly was short of staff that day but she did a lots of thing by herself. Defo coming back maybe just to see her
Motel One is my go-to place whenever I travel, as the bedding and soundproofing are consistently excellent. However, this time, two things didn't go as planned: (a) the door lock was broken, so while technically no one could enter the room without a key card, we didn't feel entirely safe; (b) during breakfast, the cantaloupe and watermelon tasted off, as if the fruits werespoiled. Unsure of their quality, we decided to stop eating them. Aside from those issues, everything else was fine.

Hotel was fine. Room is very small. Way overpriced due to Oktoberfest. A fridge would be very welcome.

For a business trip, Motel One is always my choice. Maybe nothing to explore new, but you don’t come across with bad surprises at Motel One. Everything is as expected. Breakfast needs to be improved a bit. Doesn’t fulfill the price you pay.
The hotel is very nice, the best is the top roof bar. The hotel is beautiful and well situated. The personal should be more friendly and proactive. I missed a minibar at the room for cold water and a coffee machine, in my room the window didn't close. I missed toothpaste and facilities in the room toilet apart from a glass instead of a paper vase. I missed a bread toaster and more diversity on the breakfast. No room details at all like a chocolate. Experience is ok, although it could be improved and therefore much better.

Very nice hotel, with excellent price and service. Clean and well maintained. The roof-top bar is a great bonus. What could be improved: (1) the small table and chair is not convenient for working with a laptop; (2) opening in the shower wall causes a lot of water on the bathroom floor - very inconvenient.
Excellent service from the moment we checked in. Very good bar offerings. The air conditioning was not working and was quite noisy, and due to the ventilation system (only a window in the room), a lot of steam built up when taking a shower. Unfortunately, I had sent an email before my arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, as I couldn’t find the information on the website, but I never received a reply. However, when we arrived earlier at the hotel, we were immediately offered a room at no extra cost.
Always SUPER friendly staff and room offers everything you need on a small scale. Hip decorations and feeling throughout the hotel. We always enjoy staying at a Motel One.
The room itself was clean and so was the bathroom. The little i had to do with staff has been handled fine. Regardless, the "Did you book by phone" question seems like a joke! I tried to arrange the booking by phone (i also had a question) and called 4 times. Out of the 4 times 3 times someone simply hung up on me and the 4th time no one even bothered to answer the phone!?!?!?

I will like MotelOne (normally 9-10 score) but this time there was a terrible smell when I checked in late in the evening. After opening the window for some time, the smell was gone.

Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie i świetny roof-top bar. Pokoje są bardzo małe. Śniadanie jest najsłabszym punktem, brakuje ciepłego jedzenia typu kiełbaski, bekon. Wybór warzyw jest bardzo skromny. W mojej ocenie cena śniadania jest za wysoka.
The entry/exit to the parking garage is quite narrow. Coffee could be a bit better, and one of my colleagues would have loved a scrambled egg for breakfast - I'm fine without it. Otherwise a nice stay.

It is a clean, friendly and central hotel for my business trip.
Hotel was easy to find. Modern looking. Friendly welcome by your staff and a free bottle of water per person on arrival. Room small but very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, strong wifi, good bathroom. Definitely recommend anyone visiting Munich to stay at Motel one. Well served by public transport via tram or underground. I travelled with a friend - a seasoned traveller - and he, too, was very impressed. Maybe a small suggestion is to offer facility to make a tea or coffee in the room and possibly a bigger food menu at the bar. Thanks and keep up the good work. I look forward to my next visit in a Motel One hotel. I had stayed in Brussels in a Motel One.
The hairdryer was filthy. The plastic is melting and toms of hairs attached to it. Nice if you have vending machine or some way to get snack after hours
All great except for the bathrooms (the water temperature is impossible to regulate) and the weak wifi. The vegan breakfast options and friendly staff are always my highlight.
Breakfast had no warm meals. Windows were a bit dusty, other than that: all good
