Everything was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed the hotel! It was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that on the morning of my check-out, the key card stopped working. I had to personally go to the staff to have it remagnetized just to get into the room and collect my luggage. Other than that, no complaints at all. Highly recommend!
Great staff and good value room. I loved the cleanliness and layout as well as the fact that the air conditioning was working perfectly. Your staff was very cordial and helpful and I appreciated the free water at the entrance due to the heatwave.

Roof top bar outstanding ... also excellent bar service upstairs; I prefer a room on at high floor, which I received; overall a bit expensive compared to what I have paid in the past at Motel One and for a small room, not pricy but expensive, certainly not a deal anymore
functional hotel concept; nice, quiet location; restaurants and beer gardens in walking distance; easy access to public transport and city centre; friendly staff; good beds; quiet nights; great rooftop bar; air-con garage expensive, but normal for Munich; some free parking lots around; no proper ventilation in bathroom: room was constantly moist
Super Service
Great location for biz travels to Amazon, Microsoft etc. Super nice atmosphere in the bar/lounge, def. during summer time. I really liked the breakfast and its vegan options. The rooms were relatively small, but very clean.
Too many people at breakfast, impossible to find a place to sit properly, long waiting queue at the buffet so that I could only eat two small pieces what was not worth the breakfast price. Rest was fine
Checkin and checkout was friendly and quick, also very nice to get a bottle of water for free. the Room was small but OK

Aircon wasn't working, repaired but broke down again during the night.
Quite better than I expected (misled by the brand name) and very good value. A little bit more room around the bed would have got you a 10!
The hotel is just a short tram ride from the city center. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but they are clean, beautifully designed, and the bed is comfortable. A mini refrigerator was missing and would have been very useful. At the reception desk, one staff member was quite businesslike and did not provide much information or assistance, while another was much more helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I had hoped to spend some time at the rooftop bar, but unfortunately it was closed during my stay. It would be helpful to inform guests that there is a supermarket nearby. In that case, having a mini refrigerator in the room would be especially useful, as there are very few dining options in the immediate area, particularly for guests arriving late after a flight.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Motel One to any of my family and friends traveling to Munich for work or personal reasons :) THANK YOU.

I was surprised at how nice this hotel was. I assumed it was a budget hotel (and it is cheap) so I wasn't expecting the standard of service on offer.
No frills, basic business hotel
I have already stayed at Motel One hotels in Berlin, Vienna, and now in Munich. I really appreciate the high standard of these hotels in terms of their facilities, the comfort of the beds and pillows, and the overall quality and design of the hotels. I also value the bar, which has always been available in the hotels where I have stayed. As a possible area for improvement, I would suggest offering some hot food options at breakfast, as well as additional benefits for One Club members, such as discounted parking rates or complimentary parking. Overall, however, the standard is consistently very high, and I am very satisfied with my stays.
The hotel is very close to office buildings in the area. It's clean and offers good value for money.
beetje tegenvallend: oude ‘rafelende’ badhanddoeken, buitenmeubilair&omgeving redelijk vies&slordig. Bij aankomst aardige medewerker om in te checken. Airco in kamer functioneerde niet, terug naar receptie die technische dienst liet komen. Echter bij terugkeer van stad alsnog van kamer moeten wisselen omdat airco niet snel te repareren was. Was natuurlijk veel aangenamer geweest om meteen bij constatering van defect neteen nieuwd kamer te krijgen: omslachtig en niet klantvriendelijk! Bed onderladen zat een gaatje in; kan echt niet
The room are clean but missing of all basic amenities. The hotel is far from any touristic interesting location. It is rarely to find someone at the reception desk. The roof top bar it is the only valid reason to be there.

Experience as usual, room is small but good. Hairdryer could be improved, loud and ineffective.
Your hotels are very good, visited the one in Munich and the one in Nurnberg. This is relevant for both locations. The rooms are equaly good. What should be improved is the breakfast, one of my key points how I choose a hotel. And for the value you charge for it. The area is not suited for eating. very small chairs and tables. This is coffee style/ not for breakfast. The area is too small. Only boiled (dead boiled) eggs are available. Your competitors are way ahead.

The room was clean. A good bed and bathroom. I stayed for two nights and had hung up my towel so it wouldn’t need to be replaced. I appreciate receiving a clean towel, but from an environmental perspective it wasn’t necessary.
Small room size. Lack of amenities. Very crowded breakfast, unconfortable seats and poor quality and choice of the food

Het verblijf was zoals wij dat bij Motel One gewend zijn met uitstekende bedden en hygiene. Punten van aandacht is het oefenen van personeel in geval van een brandalarm. De begeleiding bij het brandalarm van vrijdagavond was onvoldoende en niet professioneel. In geval van brand zal dat levens kunnen kosten. Daarnaast zou het uitbreiden van de huur fietsen met e-bikes welkom zijn. De huidige fietsen zijn voor een grote stad als München niet voldoende. De Sky-bar vonden wij perfect voor een laat drankje.

In general my stay was good. I came for business trip so I did not spent much time in the room. The room is cosy but for a business trip I would have prefer to have desk with chair rather than coffee table and small sofa. I also missed the coffee/tea section in the room. Nowadays it is not available anymore in the rooms not sure why and it is very a pity that this service is no longer provided. Moreover than breakfast is very expensive (18€) and for someone like me who doesn't eat much in the morning - above all during business trip, it gets too expensive; even though the breakfast was really good with lots of choices etc... but not relevant for the amount of what I eat. I did not try the lounge/bar so I cannot comment/judge. For the bathroom it is ok, a bit small but also because I don't like seeing me in mirrors while going to the loo, not so pleasant :) Otherwise, it was really good that I could regulate the air con or turn it off during the night as it is quite noisy, and that I was able to open the window of the room even if limited, so to get some fresh air. Nevertheless, besides those points, the staff is very nice, hotel is perfectly located for me as offices are not far, and it is comfortable in general. Can't complain. I will most probably come back.

One night stay for work reason. Very good isolation from outside noise. Pillow a bit too hard to ones I'm used to.
Comfortable, good service, nice breakfast
The best aspect of our stay was the room itself, it was very clean and nicely maintained. We also appreciated the chair provided, although it was a bit odd that there was only one chair in a room meant for two people. The room was also quite small. One of the less satisfactory points was the bed, which was not very comfortable. Additionally, we were given a winter duvet instead of a lighter spring blanket, making it quite hot at night. Due to limited airflow from the window and an air conditioner that did not function well, the room felt stuffy. The TV was kind of outdated and didn’t support USB exfat formal, so it wasn’t really usable for us. There were also no basic amenities like a water boiler or even glass cups, which I found quite unusual. Another issue was the reception experience. While I was speaking in English, the staff member suddenly switched to German, which I did not understand. This felt a bit confusing and awkward.
Simple, clean, friendly and around the corner from my company. Super convenient and easy to deal with at reasonable price. Also quite like the color scheme and the design.
AC did not work and the hotel is really dusty and no proper cleaning service performed.
The Hotel is very dusty, received the wrong room size and the service at the bar was also no good customer experience.
1. The room was small. 2. I was only provided with two towels (one for the sink and one for the shower). 3. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. 4. Breakfast was quite chaotic: very crowded, limited food availability, and a poor selection. I usually have a very good experience at your Motel One hotels, so I am quite disappointed. Kind regards,
Comfortabel ,goed ontbijt , slaspkamers te heet !! Prima ligging voor de auto
We logeerden daar slechts maar een nacht en hadden problemen met inchecken waarvoor pas na 20 uur mochten we onze kamers binnen. Heel vervelend want we kwamen van Belgie meer dan 700 km met de auto rijden om het museum van bmw te bezoeken en we waren doodmoe. Gelukkig nadien konden we goede deal sluiten, hoe hotel kan ons vergoeden. Het ontbijt heeft nog alles goed gemaakt. We zijn allebei vegan en er was voldoende keuzes van veganistische producten om goed en voldoende te eten

Onduidelijke info over mee laten slapen van kind. Hier is geen extra bed voor, dus moet bij ouders in bed slapen. Daarnaast is er een aardig parkeerprobleem bij drukte. Wel alles netjes en goed ontbijt

En dezelfde lijn trekken wij in de One Bar van onze designhotels door in het tweeledige beeld van wolk versus cloud: als computergeheugen en als blik over München. Ook de vrijstaande vitrine uit Caesarstone aan de bar is een echte blikvanger. Hier kun je zelf je lievelingsdrank mixen of toezien hoe de professionals het voor je doen. De parkstad Schwabing, waarin ons hotel is gehuisvest, combineert wonen en business in een stedelijke maar toch ook groene omgeving. Het park met de gelijknamige naam vormt dé trekpleister van de noordelijk gelegen wijk. Een betere locatie voor je overnachting in München zul je niet gauw vinden: ons hotel ligt direct naast de Highlight Towers en de Engelse Tuin en het metrostation Nordfriedhof liggen op wandelafstand. Met de metro ben je heel snel bij BMW Welt met het aangrenzende Olympiapark en in het centrum van de stad bij de Marienplatz en het centraal station. Vanaf hier is het echt niet ver meer naar het Oktoberfest.
