Always good to return back. Thank you for an unexpected “early check-in” - despite busy Oktoberfest time. Really appreciated.
I paid €300 per night. No drinking water in room, no bin in room, no coffee or Tea facilities in room. Breakfast was very limited and scarce.
Excellent location, good facilities.
Loved the terrace in the room. Bathroom was missing ventilation. Big bed, which was amazing.
Everything excellent. The room a bit small and a desk (for PC working) might have been better than the small table I had.

Upon arriving the room was clean and ready, but small details were missing eg the lid for the shower. Staff was very friendly and polite. Special thanks to the man who helped me to get back my Krzysztof from the room after check out!
I love the vibe at Motel One. Nice style, clean and comfortable rooms and great terrace where one can have breakfast or drinks in the eve. I also appreciate that there is a garage. I am a BeOne member and like the discount and free water bottle.

Overall experience was fairly good. It would have been great if the facilities like Gym or Sauna would have been offered. That would have made the experience even better.

As always, it was a pleasure to stay at Motel One. The friendliness and hospitality were excellent, and the cleanliness and furnishings were exactly to my liking. The only negative aspect is the pricing during large exhibitions. I would have liked to book again for the upcoming ELECTRONICA in autumn, but the rates exceed our company policy. This is very disappointing, as the price increases do not seem proportionate.
The check in process for my second reservation was good with an Italian guy very nice. I wasn't able to log in (even trying to retrieve my forgotn password) to Motel one and so i ended up doind different reservations instaed of just one. Total stay was from 15th to 22nd April. I found all the staff to be consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, which made my visit both pleasant and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared — something I truly appreciated. As this was a business trip, the most important factor for me was being able to sleep well, and your hotel provided exactly that. The peaceful, quiet environment ensured I was well-rested each day. Your facilities were more than adequate for my needs, and I particularly enjoyed the lounge area — the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. Thank you once again for making my stay so comfortable. I look forward to returning in the future.
The hotel is very well located because it is next to the Messe. People working in the hotel are all very kind and helpful. But I need to complain about the following: we paid a lot for our staying and in the room there were neither a bottle of water nor a little fridge where to store the ones I bought. Moreover, my room was not cleaned properly: a mug and a glass remained on my shelf from the first day till the very end of my staying (5 nights)
I liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The reception staff is very friendly and provides necessary assistance. The rooms were adequately spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I would also suggest reserving the breakfast option. And the lounge in the evening offers a wide range of Gins from all over the world and other drinks.
- it is very calm and quiet, especially at night - where the motel is located is awesome: next to the fair area, a lot of possibilities for shopping, subway station and a very nice park for walking and jogging with a work out station Bad: - the glass wall in the shower is not long enough so that water gets outside - the waiting time for check in was very long - I have not received an invoice until now

From check-in to check-out, staying at Motel One in Riem is a pleasant and practical experience. All staff is friendly, procedures are easy, the room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

In terms of the rate, yes it's Oktoberfest - it's understood, all Munich is raising prices. But 2 times higher is quite something - this counts for the all hotels during that time..

Great location near the Messe. Rooms are small however do not have a work space.
The hotel location is very good. There are services available very close to the hotel. The reception staff are very cooperative.

Everything was fine. One thing that should be improved is that the motel one sign on the building should be illuminated at night (as i was driving around for 30 minutes and wasn't able to find the hotel).

Rundherum gut!
Great hotel, we stayed for one night and had dinner in the nearby food market. Only downside was that the room didn't really seem airconditioned, the thermostat had no effect. The beds were great though.
Wij werden bij de receptie netjes geholpen, en hebben een nette schone hotel kamer gehad. Het eten in de ontbijt zaal was wat behelpen i.v.m niet goed kunnen zitten aan een tafel,
ik bezoek motel one al meer dan 10jaar. zeer tevreden, maar het interieur mag een upkdat krijgen. Bar is goed, en ontbijt top voor het geld.
Hotel niets mis mee , ontbijt kan iets uitgebreider met bv scrabble eggs , pan cakee Ligging t,o.v Inhorgenta goed alleen in de avonduren vooral weekend overlast op plein wiet,drank, groepsvorming

Hotel München-Messe
Ons hotel in Riem pal naast de beurs van München doet zijn naam eer aan: vanuit de ontbijtzaal kun jij je bijna gelijk in het beursgebeuren storten. Of uitgebreid shoppen, want een van de grootste winkelcentra van München, de Riem Arcaden, ligt voor de deur van het Motel One München-Messe. Je vindt er altijd iets van je gading in één van de 140 winkels. Maar als je liever een frisse neus haalt, dan kun je direct om de hoek in het Riemer Park gaan joggen of wandelen. Of een duik nemen in het verfrissende meer van Riem. Dankzij de rechtstreekse metroverbinding vanaf station Messestadt-West bij ons designhotel kun je natuurlijk ook heerlijk door het centrum slenteren. De Isator, de Kaufingerstraße en de Marienplatz zijn makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer, evenals de luchthaven.
Dit Motel One in München is dus het perfecte uitgangspunt voor iedereen die voor zaken op pad is, maar ook nog wat vertier zoekt. Mocht er nu toch geen tijd zijn om door de stad te slenteren, is dat geen probleem. In ons voordelige hotel in München hebben we de mooiste bezienswaardigheden en karakteristieke kenmerken van de stad in ons design verwerkt. De Englischer Garten, Koning Ludwig en zijn Slot Nymphenburg of de ligging van München dichtbij het Voralpenland; het interieur in ons hotel neemt je mee op een ontdekkingsreis door de metropool met een hart. En natuurlijk mogen de Beierse gezelligheid met liefdevolle voorstellingen van het wit-blauwe ruitmotief en de traditionele blaasmuziek niet ontbreken. Dat is “Minga” in zijn volle pracht!
