A fine Motel One but slightly unusual in that it’s the chain‘s training base. We had a few issues with check in, invoicing and ordering at the bar due to staff who were clearly new - but everyone was friendly and helpful, and more experienced staff always stepped in to sort things out. No real issues at all. Huge plus - it’s apparently the only Motel One with its own (very good) restaurant. Also the room rates can be seriously good value. I have important business clients nearby so will definitely be back 😀

Smell in the bathroom but when I complained I was not moved as the hotel was full. The iron supplied is a very basic model and not adequate to iron clothing Tues and Thur long waits for breakfast

I was in Munich to visit my daughter and could have felt more welcome at Motel One. Thank you all. I had a beautiful room on the 13th overlooking the city and was blown away by it all. I’d like to mention Abdel. He welcomed me every morning with a smile and made me feel immediately at ease with the German language and where to find my coffee 😉 he was an immediate friend and I appreciated that so very much.
Great location, wonderful staff - especially Ivan who is exceptional with every guest, very clean and a great breakfast food choice. This is my fourth stay here and I will be back next time I am in Munchen. Enjoy drinks at the bar and the outside terrace whenever you can. Thank you for making my stay great!
this email was sent in German, which I do not speak and that is the first improvement. Send emails in English to foreign guests! The stay was positive. I would improve the room by having a kettle in the room for a warm drink. Everything else was very positive.

It was satisfactory, but not great. We did not know the room would not have a small coffee pot or fridge in the room. The room was very small & we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice & efficient.
Staff was friendly and helpful
on the 13th floor, south side, there is noise coming every 10 minutes. the sound might be from pumps. Not sure, but it can be irritating. at the reception, the staff is very friendly, and helpful ( I really like them). though, there is one person, who I feel has strange attitude. I observed this over 6 weeks, I stayed with you. (Not to mentioned previous summer holidays) !! sorry, but I have to say it for better future.
No warm water in the shower During the check in I was asked if I had paid already, this is something motel one should know without asking.
The shower switch was not swift. The holder for the plate on the shower pole was not sturdy.

It would be perfect if room has electric kettle. Please provide basic tea bag and instant coffee and electric kettle for guests convenience.

I have been to Motel One for various occasions and was most of the time happy with the experience. This time I arrived late with my family. The room we had on the 7th floor was close to the technical facilities and not usable. The sound from the tubes and vents was that loud that sleep was not possible. This room can not be used.
It's was our 2nd stay at a Motel one. First time was in Vienna. Also now everything was as expected. Very friendly and helpful reseptionist Valentino!!! But renting 2 bikes for 3 hours for 15 euro each was extremely expensive as the bikes were not in good condition. The tires were old, trimed and flat when we took the bikes from the hotel.
Hotel was very clean and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was delicious.
Goede kamer, goed sanitair, sfeervolle ambiance, aardig personeel. Ik dacht op de site te hebben gelezen dat er geen restaurant was om te dineren maar dat bleek er toch te zijn. Enige verbeterpunt is ontbrekende mini-koelkast op de kamer.
We had a great overall experience with Motel One!
Mooie kamer en iedere dag wordt deze schoongemaakt en krijg je schone handdoeken. Vond alleen de prijzen voor de drankjes aan de bar erg duur. Nodigt niet uit om daar iets te drinken. Plus dat ‘s-avonds het terras dicht is en je dus binnen moet zitten waar het erg warm is.

A wonderful complex in a convenient location. Large underground parking with reasonable prices. What we liked most was that the hotel claims to be pet-friendly and actually is (we visited Munich with our big chocolate Labrador Teddy and had no problems whatsoever).

Courteous staff and prompt check-in, check-out, and cancellation; impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed and good-quality linens; bathroom with adequate water pressure and heating; efficient and quiet air conditioning. Breakfast, included in the daily rate, was excellent. Overall, the cost/benefit is very good.

Goede prijs kwaliteit
Het verblijf in Motel One Campus was goed. Wat wij echter niet verstaan is dat wanneer het hotel volboekt is (en jullie voor het grootste deel al op voorhand weten wie er zal ontbijten) er zo een chaos/file is aan het ontbijt. Mensen die op die morgen voor de eerste keer ontbijten in Motel One Campus, die zie je nadien nooit meer terug als klant. Zelfde ‘s avonds aan de bar. Een massa mensen die na het optreden van Metallica op vrijdagavond nog iets willen consumeren aan de bar en dan moeten vaststellen dat er maar 2 man achter de bar staan … vreemd

Hotel München-Campus
Het design van ons Motel One München-Campus is helemaal gewijd aan het merk Motel One, omdat zich hier ook het hoofdkantoor en de One Campus bevinden. De skylines van prominente locaties en fotogalerijen van de Motel One-familie hangen in de lounge en zorgen voor het ideale decor voor een ontspannen en behaaglijk gevoel in de gezellige loungemeubels van Baxter en B&B Italia.
Als woonwijk zit Giesing, de plaats waar de turn- en sportvereniging 1860 München en ons hotel zijn gevestigd, duidelijk in de lift.
