Fan in bathroom did not work and it smelled bad. I told the reception in the morning but it was not fixed. Aircon also did not work so I had to sleep with an open window (loud). Other colleagues got free water every day, I did not.

I’m a longstanding client (almost 15 years now) of Motel One and always appreciate your hotel. Unfortunately this time we noticed two unpleasant things: two out of the three rooms we booked (2 people per room) were prepared for single occupancy. We had to ask twice to fix it… Finally at breakfast fruit salad was not available anymore a full hour before the end of the service; this happened twice (Sunday and Monday). Fortunately on Monday, after having insisted we had a kind person taking care of our request and she prepared it for us. This is a pity because it doesn’t fit the quality of Motel One that I normally remember.

Stayed here several times now, as it is conveniently located for visiting relatives. The staff always very helpful and rooms spotless. If you don't include breakfast when booking, the option to take breakfast, should you need to, is welcome.
All good, just the breakfast is slightly declining, but only when it comes to details: Less choice of tea (Early Grey), no lemon juice (or slices) anymore without asking, sugar only at the machine but salt in little paper sachets... Just makes things a tad more complicated. Ah yes: and the shower heads are not properly fixed: they spit wherever they like, not where I would like them to...

Motel one was a clean and serviceable place to stay. Convenient location with access to lots of transportation options.
There was frequently a long line at reception. My key stopped working twice and I had to wait both times. The bar staff was very nice though.
Good location (with links from Munich train station) Check in was good with friendly staff. The rooms were very small but clean. Breakfast was decent with a good fresh choice
people working on the reception could be more welcoming and helpful. I had a hard time finding the right elevator to my room and they just told me the direction, did not take care of the situation really.

Room was smaller than we are used to from other Motel One hotels, also the price was pretty high. But on the other hand the price for parking was very good. We liked cleanliness. Pillows were from some synthetic material, wasn’t comfortable, would like to have option for feather pillows..
I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, that is very important. Also the bed was wonderful. I was put on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. Unfortunately there was a lot of water spilling out of the shower cubicle onto the floor, although I tried to wash as carefully as possible. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, not sure I would take it in the future but would recommend the hotel

Loved staying in this hotel! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Great location, having 2 metro lines nearby. Possibility of parking in the garage of the hotel. Would suggest having a warm buffet for breakfast, and adding some extra facilities such as kettle, iron, in the rooms…overall great place to stay if you are in Munich!

We asked the reception for a quiet room and had been given the 545 right close to noisy elevators. Lightning room service, no refill of paper cups each day, hang to dry towels are folded even damp. An evening even with no hot water in the bathroom. Quite unexpected for a Motel One.
Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo uprzejma obsługa, czysto i świeżo W lobby można by trochę ściszyć muzykę tak aby swobodnie rozmawiać Warto uzupełnić ofertę hotelowych śniadań o ciepłe posiłki - jajecznica, omlet, parówki itp. Dobre było by także poszerzenie bufetu o sałatki warzywne (zestaw sałat, pomidorki koktailowe, papryka, oliwki itp) Bezpłatna karafka z wodą w pokoju oraz barze była by dobrym rozwiązaniem Możliwość rozliczania ładowania samochodów elektrycznych w ramach rachunku hotelowego (goście z zagranicy nie koniecznie chcą rejestrować się w aplikacji operatora ładowarki żeby otrzymać rachunek)

We had an issue with noisy air con in room so having reported it the following morning at reception we were later informed it was not possible to fix it . We were not offered but did request an alternative room. This turned out to be a smaller room so I returned to reception to say it was unacceptable and I would like same size room. I was told this was not possible as hotel was full. I pointed out the inconvenience I had experienced and asked again for a better room which was then reluctantly given. Few questions - why no apology at any stage ? No offer of compensation? a free drink at the bar would have been a good gesture . Why the lie about being full when it was clearly not true? You need to train your staff that the customer is always right and deserves a simple apology when things go wrong

I just slept and I did not use other services like, bar, restaurant or even breakfast. But so far, my usage and experience I was satisfied. The room is clean and bright. The rest of the structure is clean and very tidy. I was alone, so the judgment might be totally different is the room is shared by two people. Anyhow for the the room was overpriced. I booked it 5 months ahead and I paid € 170.

all good, service at the terrasse could have been a little more attentive. TV auto turn on during room entry is cumbersome as it needs to be turned off again and again. Its ok for the first entry, thats it.

Overall excellent stay. Only issue was my reservation was not recognisable on the reception system - check in process took about 30 minutes.

The room was great, but I don't understand why I got 4 huge pillows (a small one would be amazing) and 2 tiny blankets (a single big one would be so much better).
Breakfast is always very good and fresh. The room was very clean. Location is also very good, few minutes walk to two different U-bahn stations.

Nice accomodations. Nice staff. HORRIBLE location for tourists. It's a 17€ taxi ride each way to any decent restaurant. And don't count on the hotel restaurant being open when you expect it to be. It is open when their people are around.
Bardzo miłe, czyste miejsce, ładnie urządzone przestrzenie. Dobre śniadanie, obsługa, sprzątanie pokoju codzienne. Świetne przestrzenie tarasowo-ogródkowe. Polecam.
