The personnel in the evening was not exactly super friendly. The room was nice and clean. The personnel in the morning was more friendly, however. But all in all, coming back from Italy, the staff was not exactly welcoming.
The only thing I didn't like was the large Bath towels are to small and old very used .
Nice room, good aircon, friendly staff. Room had flimsy walls though and you could hear a lot of noise from the rooms above and next door, and there was work going on on the floor above me.
1) clean, small, efficient, such was the room experience 2) I urge you further improve on sustainability. Your plastic pens, custom designed for Motel One at your behest, are a disgrace. Kilos of completely unnecessary hard core plastic churned out into the environment, oceans ultimately. It’s a shame. Please withdraw them without delay. They are an anti-advertisement for you.

Very clean, great location, good value for money. Close to a park with playgrounds and supermarket.
Room was very nice, with large bed (we traveled with child who sleeps with us and hotel staff gave us room with king size bed which we requested before arrival). Cleaning service is available every day. Bar is beautiful with friendly staff. Hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with several playgrounds. Metro station for U1 is just a 5 minute walk away.
Ideally placed for access to city and good travel links. Although room and bathroom both small they are big enough and have really comfy beds. Despite our room overlooking the busy dual carriageway below, with the windows closed, it was silent!! Perfect.
I was staying in your hotel for 3nights. Overall it was great but we had some trouble. My sister’s room card didn’t open the door few times so we had to get room cards changed. Also in my room the shower head was leaking, we mentioned it to the receptionist. But it wasn’t fixed. Thankfully all workers there were super friendly and helpful.
The experience was very relaxing and the staff were very nice. The room was amazing with great views :)
All the people from the hotel were very nice and helping. We arrived at 10 AM at the hotel and we could leave our luggage in the storage room until check-in and explore the city more lightweight :D There was a posibily for an early check-in if we could come in 2 hours but we explored the city until normal check-in hours (3 PM). The breakfast had good options, the bread and pastries were very fresh and delicious. It's a good thing that the breakfast lasts until 11 AM during weekends (if I'm not wrong). My friend said that maybe you should consider including brezels in your future pastries' menu :). The room was nice and clean, with excellent soundproofing. The bed linen was fresh and clean, and it was changed regularly during our 2 nighs stay. Thank you, Motel One München-Campus, for contributing to such a wonderful stay in Munich during our Purple Weekend! 💜

The hotel is superb! Great location, breakfast, room cleanliness, decor, service, bathrooms, love the fish that come on the tv with calming music and the free water bottle, even the firm mattress was excellent! My only complaint is the air conditioner. With the summer being exceptionally hot, I chose your hotel to be cool at night. Unfortunately the AC was mediocre even on the coolest setting. I opened the windows to let the cool night air in but the noise from the main road was too much to bear.
Tolles Hotel
This was our 6th stay at Motel One Campus and we had a good experience again. Only negative is that the rooms and bathrooms are very small since we are typically staying 6 nights. For a couple nights just fine but with luggage for 2 people on a 2 week trip..very small. However, we love the beautiful view of Munich from the higher floor Tower Rooms. Breakfast is very good but a little too expensive. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was very good and really nice attentive service. We like the attractive onsite Bar and great Gin selection. Very good location for us, easy to get to downtown and anywhere around Munich via the Wettersteinplatz U-Bahn, Bus and Straßenbahn. There are a few very good restaurants near by. Poseidon, Schinkenpeter. Staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. We will stay again during our annual Munich visit in 2027.
The negatives. I did stay for two nights and after the first night during cleaning all the towels had vanished from the room. I needed to call the reception for towels and it took one hour before towels were delivered to me. I was expecting more like 5-10 minutes. And of course a room without towels is a big no-no as such. The positives: Clean room, familiar and good Motel One design. Well maintained, close to U-bahn and a grocery store.
Clean and well structured.
We loved the property at Munich campus. We were very impressed with the friendly staff and beautiful furnishings. The technology manager stayed a bit later than 1700 to fix our television and this was much appreciated. The campus was spotless and full of good energy.
We booked a double but were given a single, when we complained, reception handed us an additional quilt and towels.
I found the atmosphere and personnel very lovely, but was not offered a water upon arrival, even though I'm a member and requested where to get it.
Arrived unexpectedly early and inquired if I an early check-in was possible, but was flat-out told that it's impossible in general. I don't feel entitled to an early check-in but would still have appreciated an attempt at flexibility and an effort to accommodate somehow. I wouldn't even have minded to pay for an additional night if I had gotten the room earlier.
A very nice hotel. Very clean, bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if the front desk had an adapter that guests could borrow.
Nice Hotel with a good welcoming Staff at reception.
This was the 77th Motel One I have stayed in, but not my favourite. The clientele seemed to be mainly groups, teams etc. and the bar was very busy and noisy and lacked the usual Motel One stylishness. However I must applaud the waiter who served me very promptly. I love the usual M1 concept for breakfast, but this hotel is so big that, when full, you get hundreds of people arriving at the same time for breakfast. You want cereal but there are no bowls left, then the milk has run out, and you can't find any spoons. And when you find a place to sit, you share your meal with the leftovers and dirty crockery from the previous breakfaster. Having said that, I had a nice quiet room high up at the back of the hotel. And it has its own car park.
The room was comfortable and the restaurant good. But I've asked for a thermometer to check my fever, and it wasn't available
i go to Munchen every month, sometimes 2 times a month but i book only this Motel One. I really like this hotel . Not just only the comfort and the good location but also the reception team. they are kind, solve every request Super Hotel and Super Team. 🌞
We paid in advance for air conditioned room. When we checked in, we were told room had AC, however we discovered for ourselves that this section of the building did not have AC activated. We barely slept first night. After seeking assistance from three different people the second day of our stay, the third person told us we were in the portion of the building that did not have AC and finally moved us to a room with active cooling. Rating would have been ten had we not experienced such discomfort on first night after traveling 20 hours to reach the hotel
Great Hotel; only the windows facing the main road are very noisy if you open them. Otherwise great spacious room
A fine Motel One but slightly unusual in that it’s the chain‘s training base. We had a few issues with check in, invoicing and ordering at the bar due to staff who were clearly new - but everyone was friendly and helpful, and more experienced staff always stepped in to sort things out. No real issues at all. Huge plus - it’s apparently the only Motel One with its own (very good) restaurant. Also the room rates can be seriously good value. I have important business clients nearby so will definitely be back 😀

Smell in the bathroom but when I complained I was not moved as the hotel was full. The iron supplied is a very basic model and not adequate to iron clothing Tues and Thur long waits for breakfast

I was in Munich to visit my daughter and could have felt more welcome at Motel One. Thank you all. I had a beautiful room on the 13th overlooking the city and was blown away by it all. I’d like to mention Abdel. He welcomed me every morning with a smile and made me feel immediately at ease with the German language and where to find my coffee 😉 he was an immediate friend and I appreciated that so very much.
Great location, wonderful staff - especially Ivan who is exceptional with every guest, very clean and a great breakfast food choice. This is my fourth stay here and I will be back next time I am in Munchen. Enjoy drinks at the bar and the outside terrace whenever you can. Thank you for making my stay great!
this email was sent in German, which I do not speak and that is the first improvement. Send emails in English to foreign guests! The stay was positive. I would improve the room by having a kettle in the room for a warm drink. Everything else was very positive.

It was satisfactory, but not great. We did not know the room would not have a small coffee pot or fridge in the room. The room was very small & we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice & efficient.
Staff was friendly and helpful
on the 13th floor, south side, there is noise coming every 10 minutes. the sound might be from pumps. Not sure, but it can be irritating. at the reception, the staff is very friendly, and helpful ( I really like them). though, there is one person, who I feel has strange attitude. I observed this over 6 weeks, I stayed with you. (Not to mentioned previous summer holidays) !! sorry, but I have to say it for better future.
No warm water in the shower During the check in I was asked if I had paid already, this is something motel one should know without asking.
The shower switch was not swift. The holder for the plate on the shower pole was not sturdy.

The Motel One Munich-Campus is our flagship hotel: both the head office and the One Campus are located in the same area. We have designed it specifically to embody our brand. The district of Giesing, home of the 1860 Munich football club and our hotel, is very much up and coming. It is characterised by an attractive mixture of blue-collar district and trendy crowds.
