Nice, clean and very fast check-in/out process. The bar was nice as well, despite we had no time to enjoy it.
The air conditioning only blew warm air the first two days that we were there, and the last day it didn't turn on at all.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was very nice. The only complaint was the room was too warm at times, but that didn’t ruin the trip. Would stay here again.
It’s the staff that can make a hotel and here the staff were exceptional. Especially the bar staff, Anna and her colleagues were brilliant , friendly and very knowledgeable about Munich. The rooms are small but adequate. They are clean and functional and the location is very good. 5 min walk to the underground. We would book again.

Experience overall was OK but nothing more.
Cozy rooms. A bit small for two people with luggage but we got by. Easy access to railway to get around to the hot spots. Plus it’s in a neighborhood that doesn’t feel completely tourist-y.
Small, clean room. Good beds. Compact, but nice bathroom. People at reception: very, very unfriendly. You get the impression they hate their job.

Very attentive and helpfull staff at the reception as well as during breakfast.
We had a great stay. The room was perfect for us. The bed was comfy and tge pillows were also. The shower was simple to use unlike some others we have encountered. The location was excellent being within easy walking distance to public transport. David at reception was a pleasure to deal with and his directions were spot on when we asked him both mornings which was our best route. We would certainly recommend a stay here at this hotel.

Functional Room with efficient air conditioned - Excellent bar - Design Spaces Breakfast was good but exactly the same for all 13 days of my stay. Never anything different despite the high cost. Every day the cleaning room was done right when I got back to my room from German school (around 1 pm). I politely asked if it could be done earlier or later, but it wasn’t.
1. Found nail clipping on the floor by bed. 2. Bartenders were huffing and puffing about normal requests. 3. Suggesting you fill your bottles w toilet room water! 4. The service in the lobby was at a holler across the lobby. Absolute shocker! Dirty ashtrays from night before in garden! Every request felt like a huge ask. There are little to no real service value. TV didn’t work, couldn’t use alarm or access anything beyond an aquarium view. Disaster I drop my 6 to 3 with these memories. Oh god 5he sounds of people’s doors slamming!!, worst rest of my life.

The well known Motel one concept: affordable prices, good shower & bed and a tasteful breakfast. But very tiny (bath)rooms 😩

All in all our stay was very pleasant but with the extreme heatwave in Munich the A/C did not work very well. I think the bathrooms need improvement in regards to ventilation during and after taking showers.

I love the fact that we can always rely on a high standard in any Motel One Hotel. They function like clockwork and it’s always a pleasure to enjoy proper comport away from home. The staff is competent and friendly. In a genuine way, like they really mean it!

Breakfast was very good! Parking was more expensive than parking outside on the street, even though the parking area is old and narrow. Mattresses on the beds should be much more sturdy. They are old and sagged. Had really bad nights.

I found the hotel very convenient place to be within walking distance to city centre . My room was very clean with AC which was very comfortable especially when is hot outside. Nice view over the city and very peaceful during the night. It would be lovely to have a kettle in the rooms and breakfast was very good except a toaster would have been complete . Will be back

Everyone I had contact with at the hotel was super kind and helpful. The room was spotless so even the invisible cleaners were excellent. The location is good. However, I was little disappointed in the room size especially considering the price paid.
