The Motel One Hamburg-Altona team was extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast for a value hotel is exceptional. And the room in the standard Motel One set-up and design was very nice, clean and comfortable. And the underground parking lot makes logistics very easy. Only negative point: this doesn't seem to be the latest generation of Motel One hotels and some of the furniture in the reception area makes the impression to be a little bit worn down.

Wie bereits beim Checkout berichtet: Wir hatten Pech mit den 'Mitbewohnern' auf unserer Etage. Durchgängig Zigarettengeruch im Flur, Handtücher mit Erbrochenem und Tüten mit Essensresten/Verpackungen lagen an mehreren Tagen in Folge neben den Zimmertüren im Flur. Die Zimmerbelüftung war ungenügend, schlafen bei offenem/gekippten Fenster aufgrund des Strassenlärms nicht möglich. Der Fenstergriff war sehr wackelig und drohte abzufallen, schloss das Fenster nicht mehr richtig. Wohl dem, der seinen Leatherman im Gepäck hat. Ansonsten alles so, wie von Motel One gewohnt und gemocht: Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer, Preis:Leistung gut.
