Clean room, friendly staff. Great location. On the day of check-out, I was disturbed twice well before 12 o'clock by housekeeping (despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign) to clean the room. Presumably, the housekeeping staff are under quite a bit of time pressure, but it is still unpleasant/inappropriate to pressure before the official check-out time.
