Excellent hotel very clean and great service. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room which would’ve been nice since I was there for a whole week.
The hotel was exactly what I expected from Motel One. Never disappoints. One issue was the air conditioning that kept cycling on / off, so we opened the window for cooler air.

The room was disappointing in size, cleanliness and equipment. The front desk staff were rude and pretentious, with the exception of the morning of our departure. We will not be returning.
Room was spotlessly clean as always and the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Always happy to recommend Motel One to friends which isn't something I do very often.
Quick check-in, friendly staff and free bottle of sparkling water. The room is small but spotlessly clean with a curtain that blocked all the light. Comfortable bed and modern shower. I would add a kettle and coffee. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

No issues with the room or the service from staff. Reception was friendly on check-in and checkout. The room was a good size, clean, quiet. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea in the room. The location was a bit of a walk from the centre.

Room was good, bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet too. But the TV in the room was a basic TV that didn't have YouTube or the Bluetooth connection was not working. There was no glassware in the bathroom, I had to use a paper cup. I really wished the room had a kettle. Breakfast service was chaotic.This is my third time staying in a motel one hotel. Previously stayed in Edinburgh and Manchester. This is the worst one I have been in and it will be my last one . It was like staying in an overpriced youth hostel for the middle aged. Never again.
I Have stayed motel one lots of time prag wien paris madrid munich etc etc so i was always pleased and when i travel yo europe i always want to choose motel one but this time my room is cold aircontition was not working hotel staff could not fix it and iam sorry Thanks
Clean Hotel, decent location, staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are decent but basic. No bar fridge, or coffee maker/kettle in rooms. Lounge has all the features of drinks and food if you opt for the breakfast $ option. Bar staff were excellent.

Thanks for the nice stay! Good and clean room, nice and quiet. Nice staff. Breakfast is really good quality, would be nice to have a bigger choice regarding fresh ingredients like salad, avocado, tomato/mozzarella.
Rooms very small, no cupboards, no room service, no laundry, only one towel allocated per room, shower soap ran out and was not replenished, no iron and ironing board in the room. Location was ok.
My room on the 7th floor had an amazing view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and perfect. I really enjoyed the ambient music and fish tank on the tv screen when I enter the room.
The building! At 1:45 in the morning, I was awoken from sleep when someone was rolling along with their suitcase down the hall on the floor above me. Then they moved into the room above me and I could hear every movement. They were not loud, it was just a lack of sound insulation. The shower! There was NO hot water. When I checked out, your people said did you tell someone? I was naked, I had an appointment to get to, no, I reported it on checkout after a cold shoer. And the room was expensive. I normally do not pay this much. V disappointing. My previous experience, many years ago in Berlin, with MotelOne was bad - they gave my room away because I did not read the fine print saying that if I did not check in by 18:00 it was no longer reserved - but friends told me to give MotelOne another try. I guess I am done with you now.
Very pleased with the room.
Very clean room and comfortable bed. Spacious shower. What impressed me the most though was the noise insolation of the windows. My room was located facing a busy street that had traffic both day and night. Yet once I shut the window the traffic could barely be heard. In general the furnishing of the room was decent. The TV could have been more modern with more smart TV functions to be able to watch one’s favorite shows after a long day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great bargain in a good location of the city.
Overall, a good hotel and good experience, however: I asked at the bar for a wheat beer and was told that that they did not sell it (despite it being in the bar menu) - another member of my group than ordered a wheat beer, and I also had one (after being served by a different member of staff!). Possibly 'lost in translation'. We had breakfast on our second morning, where we were intending to 'set ourselves up ' for the journey home. A good selection was available, but hot options would have been nice.
