I always like Motel Ones. This one was particularly god because it offers an ironing room and mate checkout.
It's quity difficult to being unable to order the toasts at the bar on two days in a row. Especially, because we were told that eating "externally ordered" food in the bar area.

Greta hotel and very central to everything. Clean, employees are very friendly and the hotel is pretty. One thing is that wish the rooms were a little bigger and to have extra trowels as there is only 1. As Hotelier for 25 years, I expect minimum of 2 towels pero room. With the extreme heat I was taking 2/3 showers per day and only one towels. Also you don’t offer many bathroom amenities. Only all in one shampoo/ body wash ? No no no ! And no body lotion. Other than that, great stay and amazing to have AC !!

Excellent hotel very clean and great service. The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room which would’ve been nice since I was there for a whole week.
The hotel was exactly what I expected from Motel One. Never disappoints. One issue was the air conditioning that kept cycling on / off, so we opened the window for cooler air.

The room was disappointing in size, cleanliness and equipment. The front desk staff were rude and pretentious, with the exception of the morning of our departure. We will not be returning.
Motel One es un lugar perfecto para alojarse en Colonia, bien ubicado con respecto al centro de la ciudad y acceso al transporte público. Habitaciones correctas, limpias y con todo lo imprescindible que se necesita. Silencioso y agradable para descansar. El desayuno muy correcto y en una estancia muy agradable. Si vuelvo a Colonia será mi primera opción de alojamiento.
Room was spotlessly clean as always and the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Always happy to recommend Motel One to friends which isn't something I do very often.
Quick check-in, friendly staff and free bottle of sparkling water. The room is small but spotlessly clean with a curtain that blocked all the light. Comfortable bed and modern shower. I would add a kettle and coffee. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Hotel con habitaciones especiosas , cama muy cómoda, todo muy limpio y nuevo. Bien ubicado, puedes ir andando al centro de Colonia sin problemas, también tiene metro cerca.

No issues with the room or the service from staff. Reception was friendly on check-in and checkout. The room was a good size, clean, quiet. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea in the room. The location was a bit of a walk from the centre.

Habitación y limpieza muy bien. Servicio muy bien. Desayuno algo limitado… Hemos estado en otros Motel One (Warsaw, Vienna..) y tienen desayunos más completos, no parece que esté estandarizado a lo largo de la cadena.

El hotel en general bien, la cama para mí hija no era una cama sino un sillón muy pequeño. En la recepción no hablaban en español, nos fue difícil entendernos. A la hora del desayuno no había mesas donde poder sentarnos.
Este hotel, ubicado en el sur del casco antiguo de Colonia, está bañado por todas las aguas... ¡De Colonia! El diseño de nuestro hotel, ubicado en el barrio de Waidmarkt de Colonia, se inspira completamente en la colonia de culto «4711» y la proximidad del río Rin. Después de hacer el check-in, sumérgete en el agua gracias al mostrador de recepción con forma de ola... Obviamente, solo de forma simbólica. Aquí te recibirán obras de la serie de fotos «Kopfüber», que presentan una vista aérea desconocida de los buques de carga y los pasajeros que trabajan a diario en una de las vías fluviales más concurridas del mundo. Déjate llevar por la corriente en el One Lounge. Solo tienes que seguir los estilizados puentes del Rin que decoran las paredes. Aquí también rendimos homenaje al agua de colonia, particularmente a la marca tradicional «4711». No hay más que ver la pared LED que hay detrás de la barra. El personal estará encantado de servirte agua, entre otras cosas, o cualquier otra bebida para calmar tu sed. ¿Qué más podemos ofrecerte en este hotel de diseño en Colonia? Por supuesto, un desayuno orgánico equilibrado, wifi gratuito, plazas de aparcamiento, camas con somier realmente cómodas, habitaciones modernas...
