Nice hotel situated close to the center of the city. Bed and breakfast were fine
Hotel is modern and clean, but rooms very small, for a business hotel there is no kettle and no iron available. If there is no tea/coffee in the rooms, at least make them available at reception.
in room 534 there is a constant, anoying technical induced noice (tickering, clicking) all day - and night - long. It seems to stem from air-tube installation or simmilar. Should be taken care of. Rest was as known and expected. Coffee could be stronger, scrambled eggs would round up the experience. ;-)

The room was not really clean and there was a hole in the bed linen. Other than that, everything was great.
Everything was perfect! This one at Köln-Messe is very stylish, from the outside through the lobby and the first floor with the bar area, it is nicely designed. Service and check-in were also great, just a litte note: As a member of BeOne you normally get a free bottle of water, but that was not the case, therefore not the full 10 out of a 10.
It was functional and convenient but there need to be some improvements in terms of service and environment. 1. no free water on arrival as promised by the brand, 2. my phone didn't double up as a room key, 3. The room was boiling and no ventilation, A/C didn't work - my colleagues said the same. 4. My towel smelled of curry!
Everything was what I had hoped for
Loved all of it! Kind staff, nice and tidy room, wonderful breakfast. If you want to have fresh air, especially during the night, take care to book a room with a window that is allowed to open.
Everything was on point :) I only wished that our rooms wasn't THAT far away from the elevators, but that's just a minor thing.
The price-to-value gap at this hotel is enormous. For a nightly rate of €200-€250, the offerings are extremely limited and basic. The room was disappointingly small, including the bed and bathroom. Furthermore, the hotel lacks crucial amenities expected at this price point, such as a gym, swimming pool, or sauna. The cost appears entirely unjustified given the limited facilities. The breakfast also underperformed relative to the price; it consisted of only basic items and lacked better selections (e.g., smoked salmon) typically provided at hotels charging this rate. I believe this level of accommodation and service is more appropriately priced in the €100 to €150 range. Due to this experience, I will not be booking this hotel for my next business trip.

The room was great and comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly and was very quiet. I only had 2 issues: 1. The breakfast wasn't worth the price in my opinion. Very basic without a warm option. Therefore I canceled the breakfast on the second day. 2. The cleaning staff opened my room door while I was sleeping. That was very concerning and uncomfortable. I also heard it happened to another colleague of mine. People should feel safe and comfortable in your hotel and I wasn't. I will still recommend your hotel but give them the heads up.

Booking was complicated. Instead of three nights at once, I only had one night reserved, and had to return daily to the desk to enhance my stay for another night.
There was a mixup with the person in the breakfast area. He couldnt find out wether I had booked breakfast so I left without eating
Nice hotel. With motel one, you always consistently get the same. It‘s not fancy, but it‘s always a good slightly above average standard. This time, unfortunately, it was too cold at night. The airco was not able to heat the room enough.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel and appreciated the service overall. However, I would like to bring up one concern. On the day of my departure, I accidentally left an item on my bed — a pair of white pants in a plastic bag. I called the same day to ask about it and was advised to send an email, which I did. Unfortunately, after three days I had not received a response. When I followed up by phone, I was only told that the item had not been found so far and that the housekeeping team was very busy. I completely understand that things can get hectic, but I would greatly appreciate if someone could check again and confirm whether my item has been located.

Very nice and adequate hotel. Uncomplicated and quick check-in and check-out, very easy to find the way around. The rooms were quite small, but nothing I would mention as a deficit! - instead, very appropriate, actually. An own bathroom with a shower, a TV in front of the bed and a big window with non-see-through curtains. Also, I personally really value cleanliness and, therefore, was so happy to see how well executed that was. It made me feel very comfortable. I can’t really say much about the lounge and bar, as we haven’t found the time to use it. All in all Motel One gave us everything that one could ask for in the short stay we had and the atmosphere supported the feel of relaxation and the process of slowing down a bit, especially after a longe travel. Amazing, adequate, would recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Motel One Koeln Messe.The location was central and perfect for our short stay in and around Cologne.The breakfast was varied, a little overpriced.It would have been nice to have a few more options for dining out nearby suggested, since the Hotel doesn't have a restaurant.Other than that, can't fault it and looking forward to our next stay!
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. It lacks of hot meals. In a Hotel like this, I would have loved to have a smart TV and being able to connect to my streaming applications.

Buenos dias, en general muy limpio y una decoración muy acogedora. Lo unico que me gustaría es poder comer y/o cenar, porque esto me obliga salir del motel y no siempre la oferta es de mi gusto También eché de menos aunque sea pequeño un escritorio para poder trabajar

Mejoraría el horario de check in, y que fuera posible antes. Si llegas a un viaje de negocios o feria por la mañana, las tres, es demasiado tarde. El hotel es moderno, nuevo, limpieza impecable. Desayuno exquisito con productos ecológicos y el personal muy amable. Muy buena ubicación, con transporte púbico a un minuto.

Hotel Colonia-Messe
¿Por qué se está tan bien en el río Rin? Porque ahora, nuestro hotel de diseño en Colonia se ha establecido también en la orilla este. En la ciudad de Colonia tenemos el Motel One Colonia-Waidmarkt, el Colonia-Neumarkt y el Colonia-Mediapark, con lo que ya contamos con sedes en los barrios de Altstadt-Nord y Altstadt-Süd y justo en el centro de Colonia.
La mejor conexión en Colonia
Nuestro hotel Colonia-Messe, justo en el centro de Deutz, se encuentra muy cerca de la feria de Colonia, la Koelnmesse, del estadio Lanxess Arena y del espacio para espectáculos Tanzbrunnen Köln. Una ubicación ideal para todos los que vienen a la feria de Colonia por motivos profesionales, aunque también para aquellos que se encuentran en la metrópoli del Rin para asistir a conciertos u otros eventos culturales. Para ir desde nuestro hotel en Deutz hasta el centro, tan solo hay que atravesar un puente. La estación de ICE Köln Messe/Deutz se encuentra muy cerca de nuestro hotel y desde allí, la S-Bahn te llevará a la otra orilla del Rin en unos minutos. Aunque también puedes ir paseando por el puente Hohenzollernbrücke sobre el río: aquí te espera el casco antiguo de Colonia, con sus lugares más emblemáticos, como la catedral, el Museo Ludwig, el Museo romano-germánico y, por supuesto, el Museo del chocolate.
Si solo has hecho una pequeña parada y vas a seguir viajando o si tienes que ir a los alrededores de Colonia, la estación central no está lejos, como tampoco el aeropuerto de Colonia/Bonn, al que puedes llegar en menos de media hora con transporte público.
