The hotel located excellent, clean and have good authmosphere. The breakfast is very basic, I would expect more.
Very friendly reception staff. Lounge and bar was very comfortable however there didn't seem to be enough bar staff to cope when it was busy which led to long waiting times for drinks orders. Our accommodation was spacious as we booked a king sized room and the bed was very comfortable but I think it may have been under a service staff store room or similar as there was constant loud banging and scraping noises after about 9 am which prevented us having a lie-in.
On the all, everything was good, friendly reception, good parking space under the hotel, near enough to the city center, the rooms and bathrooms are very small but good organized and clean. They dont have a breakfast room and the breakfast is not very comfortable...you have to have breakfast on small tables and there is not a big choice of food...pretty basic I would say
Think about more staff ! The reception desk was crowded the whole weekend. If breakfast is offered, make sure to offer enough tables and chairs. If a bottle of water is free for a room, bring the water to the rooms by yourself and don’t give it to the guest at the reception. Feels very impolite due to the fact that your guests are coming with some luggage and have to use a crowded elevator after checking in. Think about glases in the rooms or do you want me to take the papercup from the bathroom ?
Quick and smooth check in procedure. A nice open lobby area with nice décor throughout. Bar area spacious and a good range available. Nice outside seating but on a busy main road. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. A good location; 5minutes walk from the nearest metro and main shopping and restaurant areas. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only had a single duvet across a double sized bed but I did get another when asked. Pillows far to soft for my liking. Cozy and soundproofed.
Invoice was wrong, I had to call 3 times to have it corrected, the ladies were very unfriendly and seemed very bothered

I always like Motel Ones. This one was particularly god because it offers an ironing room and mate checkout.
It's quity difficult to being unable to order the toasts at the bar on two days in a row. Especially, because we were told that eating "externally ordered" food in the bar area.

Greta hotel and very central to everything. Clean, employees are very friendly and the hotel is pretty. One thing is that wish the rooms were a little bigger and to have extra trowels as there is only 1. As Hotelier for 25 years, I expect minimum of 2 towels pero room. With the extreme heat I was taking 2/3 showers per day and only one towels. Also you don’t offer many bathroom amenities. Only all in one shampoo/ body wash ? No no no ! And no body lotion. Other than that, great stay and amazing to have AC !!

The hotel was exactly what I expected from Motel One. Never disappoints. One issue was the air conditioning that kept cycling on / off, so we opened the window for cooler air.

The room was disappointing in size, cleanliness and equipment. The front desk staff were rude and pretentious, with the exception of the morning of our departure. We will not be returning.
Room was spotlessly clean as always and the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Always happy to recommend Motel One to friends which isn't something I do very often.
Quick check-in, friendly staff and free bottle of sparkling water. The room is small but spotlessly clean with a curtain that blocked all the light. Comfortable bed and modern shower. I would add a kettle and coffee. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

No issues with the room or the service from staff. Reception was friendly on check-in and checkout. The room was a good size, clean, quiet. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea in the room. The location was a bit of a walk from the centre.
