Reception staff were very welcoming. The room was amazing. Can't fault the 2 nights we stayed
Lady on reception was absolutely wonderful. Room great, clean and comfortable
The room was quite warm and we were unable to regulate the room temperature, but overall it was a good stay
Staff are kind and very helpful
Very clean room, excellent location. Friendly staff.
Excellent service and value for money. Rooms compact but well appointed. Good choice at the breakfast buffet.
Super-friendly check-in: quick, attentive, polite, and very charming. The same goes for the lady in housekeeping on August 1st and 2nd (second reservation).
Great Hotel.. friendly staff great location clean rooms what more could you ask for
Staff very friendly, room was ready when we arrived great location.
Stayed in the hotel various times and never had issues, this time however, the first room I was given was dirty and hadn't been clean so had to go downstairs and change, then remote control was missing from the new bedroom along with any good pillows which was dissapinting. Fabi
Great staff. Fair price. Super room. Would stay again and reccomend without hesitation.
Room, location and staff were all fantastic. The hotel is in a great location and offered good value for money overall. My only criticism was the breakfast. At £14 for a continental breakfast, I felt it was expensive for what was offered and didn't represent the same value as the rest of the stay. For a similar price, many hotels include a full cooked breakfast. Next time, I'd probably book room-only and have breakfast elsewhere. That said, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
Location of hotel near to centre of Manchester but very quiet .All the staff approachble and helpful, vey clean ans the lounge/bar area very relaxing.
Your staff were amazing and do you credit
People were great - booking easy
Very cosy and central, clean and friendly staff.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, the staff were very helpful. Check in/out & holding luggage was easy. Location was excellent !!!
Room dark and claustrophobic. Air con did not work until I called reception 3 times. And you now expect guests to pay £4 for water Will not return.
Excellent stay, really nice room, good facilities, good value for money
Fantastic hotel Would stay again Great location alsp
As always, staff are friendly and efficient.
Polite staff, clean hotel nice to get free 750ml water. However no glasses in the room only 2 non recycling cups for hot drinks.
Clean, comfortable hotel in a central location & at a very competitive price.
Had a lovely stay, bed and pillow was comfortable, room was spotless! My only suggestion would be having usb charging points in the sockets as I had a few things that I needed to charge at once.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, unbelievable price.
Wonderful welcome at reception on arrival, change room when I said did not want to be next to the lift.
Excellent as always; friendly staff and well-appointed clean room. Lovely bar area with great service too.
Great location in Manchester, only think I'd knock 1 point for was no water available, last time we got a voucher for a bottle of water
Lovely hotel. Great location with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Excellent price. A great choice for staying in Manchester.
Comfortable hotel in a great location. Helpful staff. Rooms have all you need for a short stay.
Nice hotel but feel something is needed in the shower for your own bottles of shampoo etc as resting a bottle on top of the taps is not adequate enough so many alternatives. There were always shower shelves but have been removed.
Last minute night away, easy enough to book, checked in EARLY! About 1.30pm which was brilliant, massive bed very clean room amazing location, very quite and really worth the cost which wasnt very expensive anyway!
The staff were first class, from check in to the bar. Clean and comfortable stay.
Excellent location for an event at The Midland Hotel. Lovely room with much needed air con. Raely good customer service at the front desk
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable , at first you thing the rooms are small but are perfectly designed really, have a lovely lounge where you can get a few drinks and relax, we enjoyed and will be back
Service with a smile at reception, rooms were clean and compact with everything that you would need for a overnight stay
Clean efficient pleasant
Brilliant hotel looked after the full family for my daughters graduation two great nights thanks to all the staff
Excellent value and a great location. the room whilst basic was everything needed. Breakfast was good.
Lovely to stay here again, greeted by friendly professional staff. Excellent standard of cleanliness as usual. We shall no doubt be coming to stay again.
Excellent staff and generally high standard of accommodation
From the minute you arrive and see Maria’s welcoming smile you know you are going to have a great stay. She remembered me from my last 2 visits and you must never let her leave. Nothing is too much trouble The bar area was clean and friendly and we used the left luggage service. We will be back!
Very disappointed that there were no glasses or proper cups in the rooms. I travelled with an elderly relative who did not feel safe using a paper cup to make a hot drink as they aren’t substantial or stable enough. There did appear to be some phone signal blocking in the hotel for someone who didn’t have a smartphone which made it difficult for me to contact them. Would have been helpful if reception team had let us know that you needed to tap your room key to operate the lifts when we first arrived. Rooms were nice and the accessible room was very spacious. Bar staff were very helpful with providing proper cups.
I have stayed that property a few times already, location is great, property is in great condition and staff is always smiling and helpful
Amazing area downstairs and really really lovely staff. The room is clean and does exactly what it says on the tin but is pretty basic. I would recommend.
Rooms are very basic with what you expect from a hotel. It has a bed, private bathroom, desk, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The room is very clean and has hangers for clothes. The hotel has working lifts and a good size bar. The location of the hotel was excellent a short walk to Manchester Piccadilly station, no need for taxis. What this place excelled with is their front desk staff who have an above and beyond attitude. In particular, a big thank you to Angela for locating my sons lost AirPods. Amazing customer service! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I got everything I wanted ! Thank you .
Surpassed my expectations! Very helpful & welcoming reception. Beautiful interior foyer. Sweet room with colour & all necessary for a comfortable stay.
Very comfortable bed, clean room, modern
Great value and friendly staff. Couldn't get the aircon in our room to work so quite warm overnight

Hotel Manchester St Peter's Square
Chesterfield furniture, imposing bookshelves and checked patterns abound in our third hotel in Manchester, our Motel One Manchester-St. Peter’s Square, which is bursting with quintessential British cosiness. So settle in and enjoy a cup of tea before you set out from our design hotel to explore the city! Our Motel One Manchester-St. Peter’s Square is the ideal starting point for exploring ‘Cottonopolis’, as Manchester is also known thanks to its history as the centre of the cotton industry. If you’re heading somewhere specific – to the Old Trafford football stadium to watch a match, for example – then you can catch the tram directly from the St. Peter’s Square tram stop. And our hotel not only has great transport connections: its central location makes it perfect for anyone who prefers serendipity to schedules, and simply wants to wander about and see what they find. You can set off from our design hotel and soon find yourself in Chinatown or the lively Gay Village.

They’re all memorable locations both inside and out, and can all be reached on foot.
Anyone travelling for business is also perfectly positioned at our affordable hotel in Manchester thanks to a quick, direction connection to the airport by public transport. Our design hotel also offers convenient check-in and check-out times and free wifi, to make sure your stay is efficient and a little more relaxed, even if you’re in a rush.
