We were given a corner room this stay which had two windows which made the room feel bigger and more comfortable
Excellent location, very clean, good facilities and everything needed for a good nights sleep.
Great hotel, great location and friendly staff. Please consider providing dairy free milk sachets in rooms!
Really easy to check in, room tidy and clean with air con already on which was great especially as checked in on a hot day, staff all friendly and helpful
From the moment I arrived where the receptionist welcomed me, my stay was excellent from check in to departure. I loved the hotel decor and the room was very comfortable, I especially appreciated the tea/coffee facilities. A special shout out to the barman who was lovely and friendly too. I cannot fault my stay and I will definitely return.
Easy check in, great room / facilities
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts and nice relaxing bar area.
Very nice location, friendly staff, and made me feel like home!
The rooms are quite compact, best for single travellers, but everything was tidy, efficient, well-run. The breakfast was terrific with super-friendly serving staff. The bed was very comfortable and the nights were quiet. All in all, a wonderful experience!
It's a very well located hotel with a nice bar and comfy, air-conditioned rooms.
Excellent location, very convenient for visiting Manchester Central. With the Tram stop right outside it makes getting around Manchester really easy.
nice room and great value for money
I was forced to sleep in the same bed with a colleague of mine because "there aren't rooms with separate beds in the hotel" or at least that's what I was told when asking for it. I was reserved the room by a business partner and simply considered as given that there would have been the possibility to have a twin bedded room, as we experienced in all the most renowned hotels around the world.
Great location, top staff, well-designed rooms.
Great location (attending a gig at Albert Hall), staff couldn't do enough - very friendly and helpful. The hotel represents exceptional value for money - high standards for a budget price - i stayed in Cardiff the night before and paid four times as much for a sauna-hot room and a bar which had been 'packed away' by 11. I hope to be staying again - already recommended to friends.
Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a well stocked bar - what more do you need.
Comfortable contemporary rooms in the heart of the city
The check in process was seamless, my favorite part of my stay was the cooling / heating system . I’ll definitely be back. Concerning the price point , I’ll say that I would have stayed two nights if it was priced at £50 reason being that I’m a student . Overall , I love the compact nature of the rooms and the color scheme.
Great service as always
Absolutely brilliant stay. The room was a great size with excellent amenities, the location was central and ideal and the price was fantastic! I will happily stay here again when I'm next down in Manchester.
Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower. Shame I did not get a call or email to say I’d left my phone charger in the room.
Always stay here when in Manchester
Receptionist was absolutely brilliant, helped me rebook as i had accidentally booed the piccadilly hotel. Cancelled that and sorted a room for us
Room was excellent value for money on a Saturday night in Manchester. Air con set to a cool level ready for our arrival.
Everything was very good … would certainly stay again & recommend.
Friendly staff, great location. Room was not large but had everything we needed. Shower was great.
Comfy bed great air con polite staff great bar
Great stay only disappointment was in the bar. We ordered or tried to order two drinks, one being a SMALL glass of white wine only to be told that you only sold medium or large measurements, why??? Didn’t purchase in the end!!
Lovely hotel. Nice decor and ambience. Handy location for getting to Co-op Live Arena by Metrolink. Would recommend highly.
My favourite hotel when I come to Manchester, it's right in the heart of the city everything in close range .spotless clean and love the layout of the lobby area very chilled area and nice to relax with a glass of wine at the end of your day around the city .staff are lovely too 😊
Room was fine and comfortable. Breakfast rather average, I already had a much better breakfast in München with bigger selection.
Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff was always very friendly and helpful.
Friendly and efficient staff, lovely lounge areas and tidy modern rooms
Lovely - great location, fab that the bar was open until 2am. We went to see a gig in the City and got back to the hotel about 12. Was great to be able to sit and have a relax before we all went to our rooms. Rooms impeccably clean, staff really nice and helpful.
Great location, friendly staff and lovely continental breakfast. Very good value for money in the city centre.
Really great stay, thank you! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was lovely, and the breakfast and bar offerings were excellent. The only piece of feedback I'd offer, purely in the spirit of being helpful rather than critical, relates to check-in. We had extended our booking for a couple of rooms, and there appeared to be some difficulty locating the updated details on the system. The front desk staff were very open about the issues they were experiencing, which I appreciate, but as guests who had travelled a long way, it left us feeling slightly concerned that something had gone wrong with our booking. In situations like this, it may be more reassuring for guests if staff simply acknowledge that they need a few moments to investigate and then provide an update once they've confirmed the details. Something along the lines of, 'Let me just look into that for you/ would you mind waiting a moment while I pull up your booking?' or similar, would have helped us feel more at ease I think :) Overall, though, it was just what we needed, close to the event we needed to get to and we'll return I'm sure!
Everything was v good. Was a comfortable stay.
Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless please thank the cleaners
The location was excellent, the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable. The one issue was that we could not find the bathroom fan and as it was so hot that meant the steam from showers was making the room warmer and more humid. Not a big thing but it would have been helpful if the switch was more obvious (or maybe it was mean to be light controlled and it was broken but we didn't realise).
I loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff were so professional and friendly. The lifts to the bedrooms are very efficient. The room itself was perfect for a weekend stay. Nice bathroom and good shower. The bar area was lovely with plenty of comfortable seating. We will be back.
Always lovely stay here
Lovely hotel and ideal location. The room was great and very comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the two ladies on reception when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again 😊
Perfect location and staff were beyond helpful. Will stay here again
We came as a group of 6 (3 x rooms) As ever the hotel was welcoming and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The bar area is relaxed and comfortable This is my hotel of choice in Manchester I have already booked to return
Great hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, lovely bar area and comfortable rooms.
Nice clean room but the carpet in the corridor and in the room needs changing as they look dirty. No water for guests, which is a bit mean in my view. No fridge.
Very good reception team especially Maria. She is so nice and remembered me from a previous visit a year beforehand. The customer service leaves a very good impression. I will be back again .
The gym (fitness room) is missing. A small restaurant could have been useful or some snacks. The fruit at breakfast was not really qualitatif. joghurt choice was missing. no water bottle in the room.
Great location. Fab Staff. Nice Comfry bed xxxx a real find.
We had a peaceful nights sleep at the hotel in Manchester. The room temperature was nice and controllable. Only niggles were that the TV did not have any signal, we could not use the safe as it constantly flashed “error” and the sink, in the en-suite leaked! The pillows though, were the best I have ever slept on!
