Nice clean rooms very pleasant staff what more do you need only a decent cup in room for coffee would be nice to drink out of proper cup.
An excellent little hotel in a fantastic location right in the centre of Manchester. Rooms are not huge but they are big enough and very comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the bar and reception areas are smart and clean, as are the rooms themselves. I enjoyed the stay and would book again 👍
Couldn’t get any sleep because the marathon people setting stuff up all night not good
Room was great, clean and tidy, the only issue was the cleaner nearly walking in on me while I was in the toilet. I was booked in for two nights so not sure why the room needed cleaning after one night of my stay.
Great location, lovely staff and very clean
My first stay and I was very impressed. Great location, friendly staff and spotless throughout. The generous complimentary water was very useful on a hot day and the room was perfect for an overnight stay. The bar area is lovely, welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel Comfy beds Great shower
Everything was exceptional.. Location, cleanliness, comfort, style, welcoming reception, value for money. Although the plastic cups were recyclable, replacing them with ceramic would be the only recommendation I could make. I hope the high standards are maintained because I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again when I visit my daughter.

Smart clean hotel with excellent staff
A great place to stay in the middle of Manchester. Rooms are compact but very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic from start to finish. Rooms are such value for money! Have everything you need for a city stay and the location is the best! Reception staff brilliant. Received an upgrade to a corner room as we were having a night away from our 3 kids. Bed very comfy, and room very cool, much needed on a hot bank holiday weekend!
Enjoyed our stay again, will keep using this hotel. Maybe some biscuits with brewing facilities would be a nice touch.
Breakfast was fine. Downstairs was fine. The room was adequate. The young man on reception desk needs to learn how to look customers in the eye and actually speak to them rather than huffing and puffing the whole time.

Wonderful as always from check in to check out. It was a hot day so it was really great to be given Motel 1 bucket hats as well. The receptionist remembered us and gave us an accessible room as we were with Jake our dog. We were given a third floor room, it was comfy and very very quiet. It was only one night this time but looking forward to booking for our next stay.
We have stayed in many of Manchester's hotels and we find this the best in town. Friendly staff. Spotless rooms and excellent location.we have stayed numerous times and it’s always a high standard. Looking forward to our next visit.
All just OK,small room,no cooked breakfast ,overpriced £201 for 1 night thought would be better for that price

Hotel location was excellent. Hotel room was nice. Reception staff were friendly. The inadequate score was the need for me as a guest to go to reception and pick up an iron and ironing board. Most good hotels would have them in the room already. Those who don’t would bring it to the room upon request. This hotel (assume brand) does neither. This little things make a difference.

Room was clean and warm. Almost as warm as the receptionist. Everything worked flawlessly. They gave me an accessable room for the extra space to store my bike.

I can never fault Motel One St Peter's Square. Have stayed there multiple occasions and never had an issue. Highly recommend. I did have to come back to reception to ask for my free bottle card as the male receptionist forgot to offer me this.
Very clean rooms. Pillows adequate. Quite room. Breakfast was continental only, but adequate. Friendly staff. Excellent position.
Bathroom - 8/10 cramped spaced between the sink and toilet, nice shower facility, clean and well-presented with good facilities Bedroom - 5/10 lovely bedroom but so hot at night I couldn't sleep properly accross the 4 days, heavily impacting my performance and well being. Staff - 10/10 hard working, polite and supportive
Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. A couple of little points, the TV in my room (628) kept coming up with a message that it needed the service terms accepted. I didn't spend much time in the room this time so not a big issue, just something to be aware of. A hot option for breakfast would also be nice.

Very clean and friendly staff
The lights on the room and especially in the shower room were very cold and very bright. The moment I needed to wind down and prepare to sleep, I was hit in the eye with the strongest lights. Conversely, the lights at the breakfast bar were very dim, the moment when I needed to wake up and see how much salt I was putting on my boiled egg, I couldn't see a thing.
Room is clean and comfortable. Would benefit from a second chair. Shower pressure not brilliant.

I could not fault the staff, extremely helpful especially during a medical emergency which required an ambulance and during recovery period After hospital discharge They did all they could possibly do to help in my recovery The accessible room I was in was far superior to the one in Newcastle and Manchester Piccadilly as actually had somewhere to put things on both sides of the bed and plug in devices like a cpap machine the other two hotels struggled with that. They unlike this one only provided shelf/table space on one side only whereas St Peter’s square motel one had adequate sockets and shelves for everything

Room comfortable and spacious, staff were all really pleasant and efficient.
As previously the hotel was excellent. Our only issue was the lack of interest by the reception staff. We were not given a free bottle of water voucher which we had on previous stays.
Motel One is my goto hotel when I stay in Manchester.

Another excellent stay at Motel One. This was our 3rd stay here. Rooms are a good size, well presented and always immaculately clean. Probably the comfiest beds we have slept in. Good amenities with tea/coffee facilities, a safe, hair dryer etc. Plenty of mirrors around the room. Good amount of natural light from the large windows which also open. The bathroom is very nice, well presented and designed with a very good and hot shower. My only criticism of the bathroom is that the sink has no option to close the plug properly to allow the sink to be filled. The hotel itself is clean and very modern with an excellent bar. Navigating through is also easy with quick lift facilities and easy to read corridors. The reception staff are very friendly and polite with good knowledge of the hotel and also welcomed us back. Check out at 12 is excellent with not a lot of hotels offering this late for free. Check out is simple with being able to just drop the card keys off if staff are busy with other guests. All in all a very good stay again at Motel One St Peter's Square and we look forward to staying in the future.
