An Unforgettable Stay! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect! The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in – I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room was also wonderfully soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The staff were simply amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. A special shoutout to Mario, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He made our stay even more special. I couldn’t recommend this place enough – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good clean budget hotel with helpful staff. Overpriced breakfast so didn’t have; room price also a bit too high.
This was a quiet and very convenient place to stop being right in the city centre.The room was comfortable. The TV didn't have many working channels though not a big issue. I don't like the paper cups in the rooms and took my own mug and teaspoon - am all for recycling however expect more than paper for the price paid.
Room temperature was too hot. Pillows were either too hard or too soft. Not giving points for company bookings is not going to keep me loyal.
Exceptional service from staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable with many quality details such as detachable shower head, large sink, fluffy towels, excellent bed, etc.. However, the building itself is not soundproof enough so had disturbed sleep, the toilet not secure to the wall as it creaked with any weight put on it and the air con not working so too hot.

Excellent stay as always! I have stayed here a number of times now and am never disappointed, have already booked again for April. Rooms are lovely, beds are clean and comfortable, staff are always helpful and friendly and the location is perfect.

Very good all round. Lovely staff, room, location great. Only one point, and it’s not a criticism, trying to get a drink in an evening was very difficult. Only 2 staff working very very hard to serve lots of people all clambering to get a drink. Motel One you need more staff on the bar or at least a system to get people to queue more kindly. But saying that it didn’t spoil our stay and we will come back, thank you.

Very friendly staff. I had a corporate booking and had been booked for the wrong night. The lady at reception was very helpful and amended my booking. Her customer service was excellent. Room was really nice and I slept very well in the large bed with very comfy pillows. Bathroom was really nice. Overall very happy and will stay again.
The check in and check out at reception was positive. However there was some disturbance because of room doors slamming. Doors should be fitted which do not make a noise when closed

The room was nice and clean. It was my partner’s first time in Manchester so I had left a note on my reservation asking if it was possible for a room with a nice view, but not to worry if this was not possible. When we went to check in at reception, the lady made conversation and said “you wanted a room with a nice view! Enjoy your stay”. Then we got to our room, which was Floor 5, room 6. The window faced a brick wall, so there was no view whatsoever and due to it facing a brick wall it was quite dark in the room. I almost thought the lady at reception must have been sarcastic to bring up the fact I wanted a room with a view, when what I was given was probably the room with the worst view in the whole of the hotel. It just gave me a weird feeling. Everything apart from that was ok.
Great location and a wonderful night sleep in MotelOne. It is opposite the Royal Exchange so a perfect place to stay when going to the theatre. A pleasant bar area. Friendly staff.

Your staff were amazing but not your room no space for clothes we had a two night stay three day break had to live out of suitcase.The bath shower did not work properly so we didn't feel that clean it leaked from the top water pressure no good last day we washed in sink.

Lovely hotel in a very good position in the City close to all areas. Clean, good quality, friendly staff, etc. Comfy bed...just a shame not in it much! And had to sadly depart early the next morn too as my German boyfriend had to fly home. We will return!

Excellent communication, was able to check in online, then access the room early on the day of arrival. Very friendly and helpful front of house staff, efficient and welcoming, the even charged my phone.. At breakfast the staff were professional and friendly, they kept the various foods topped up, tables were wiped down promptly and no plates etc allowed to build up on vacated tables. We noticed that the hot drinks machine was cleaned properly inside and pout after the breakfast service was over, an excellent sign of high hygiene standards. All in all a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Manchester.

Jak zawsze w sieci Motel One nie zawiodłam się. Bardzo czysto, super niskie poduszki i bardzo wygodny materac. Smaczne śniadanie, cichutko, czysto :) Jedynie łazienka trochę mała dla 2 osób ale lokalizacja wynagradza tą niedogodność.
