Great stay, great room, great locations for the city.
Hotel was nice and clean staff really friendly and helpful only thing is you have to pay for the car park which I think should be included in the price of the stay
What a lovely place to stay and how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially the young man who checked us in and personally escorted us to the parking gates, opening them and closing them again, helping with bags, info re the trams, what a lovely guy. Rooms were basic but clean, perfect for a one night stay for a concert, good location. Breakfast was Devine.

It's a great hotel, great price and location, very clean. Only if you can live with following 1) Rooms are very small 2) Very basic amenities eg no tooth brush, so had to go and buy from next door Sainsburys 3) No phones in room to connect to reception
Centrally located. Modern and spacious lounge . Good size rooms . Immaculate bathroom. Very comfortable beds plus all the necessary facilities.

Decent hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Third stay this year. Whilst the rooms are modestly sized they are comfortable and the one we had had a floor to ceiling window letting in plenty of light. Instant coffee but what do you expect for the price. A Pret next door!
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would be good to havexa net curtain or blind at the window as offices near by could see in when curtains open. Would stay there again

Great hotel lovely decor staff very friendly love the large windows our room was 6th floor not great view but roof tops interesting Our room was extremely hot on arrival but managed to work out the heating thermostat Bit small for 2 people but for one night was perfect

The shelves in the room were extremely dusty and only discovered after putting out clothes on them. No remote for the tv either so couldn’t use it.
fantastic stay, have stayed at this hotel multiple times, great location lovely staff, only issue this time was noisy neighbours waking us up multiple times in the night, could do with more tea/coffee in room we had to ask for more as onky enough in room available for a cup each
Overall my stay was fair. The lounge/lobby areas was lovely, friendly and felt luxurious. Within my bedroom, there was a stain on one of the scatter cushions, like food had been spilled on it. While making the reservation, I selected a BB rate however while at the hotel this rate was not reflected on the hotel systems. I appreciate that the error is likely with the third party used to book but it wasn't great customer service to turn us away despite having seen the reservation confirmation that I received as the customer.
Very attentive staff from reception to housekeeping team, lovely warm welcome. Beautifully decorated and a great touch with the fireplace on the TV for an even warmer welcome. Will definitely visit again :)
Pleasant stay under difficult circumstances I was alone but made to feel very welcome My reason for staying was because my husband was in Salford Royal Hospital for major surgery and the staff were both kind and helpful

Booking arranged for me for a job in Manchester. I liked the hotel, simple room but everything I needed, great location, friendly staff. Seemed to be great value as well, although I wasn't paying! In the morning I took a shower. There was low pressure but this was partially caused by a poor hose connection to the head. Nonetheless I think the pressure could be better too; maybe the head needs descaling. I mentioned it on checkout.

Motel One was brilliant for us. Their check in is later in the afternoon but the staff were friendly and offered to keep our bags for us and gave us tags. Staff were very helpful, lobby was very clean and comfortable sofas and chairs for those who needed to work. We were lucky to have been accommodated with our city view room request. The room was gorgeous with the fire on the TV as we entered. Breakfast had a great selection despite it not including any hot food options. Overall can't complain with our visit. Very affordable for excellent value. Would definitely be returning.
A very conviently placed Motel. We were greeted warmly on our arrival. We were very early and we were invited to leave our bags using the secure tagging system. The room was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room to get dressed, put our bags and hang our clothes. The space either side of the bed was very small making it difficult to walk around to get in and out of bed. The colour scheme of the room is quite dark but the high ceilings compensated for this. A light in the wardrobe would be of great use to be able to see our clothes and the safe. The bathroom was clean and functional with a very good shower. The room was very well insulated from the street noise with just the faintest rumble of the trams passing below. However, internal noise insulation was not so good and hallway noise could be heard on occassion. But on the whole a very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city. We will definitely stay here again.

Motel One is our preferred hotel when we stay overnight in Manchester and it never disappoints. The rooms are not huge but they are adequate and have everything we need. The bed was really comfortable and I slept better than at home. I can't say anything about the food and drink as we always eat whilst we are out and about. Perfectly located, it's a perfect choice!

Great price and location. Comfortable room. Friendly reception staff. Only quibbles - television reception was poor (wasn’t there long enough for this to be a real issue)…and your emails to me are always in German (good for my language practice!)

Top hotel waren er met een vriendengroep schone kamers ! Lekker grote handdoeken . Super vriendelijk personeel 24uur per dag. We waren eerder bij deze keten in Studgard gaan dit vaker boeken 👍🏻!!

Super fijne kamer en erg schoon! Super aardig en fijn personeel die ook hebben geholpen met een kleine blessure die ik tijdens het sporten had opgelopen! Would recommend!
Motel One is een uitstekende plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. De ligging is geweldig. Kamers klein maar verder prima. Ontbijt uitstekend. Gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten.
Ik zou het hotel zeer aanbevelen, heel centraal gelegen, makkelijke verbinding van de luchthaven. Hotel erg netjes, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kortom erg goed verblijf gehad!

Mooi hotel in het centrum, kamers zijn schoon, personeel behulpzaam en zéér gastvriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed en we gaan dit hotel zeker weer boeken als we in Manchester zijn.

Fijn mooi motel midden in het centrum
Heerlijk genoten in dit nette, schone, mooie hotel! Als verbeterpuntje, zou ik zeggen; De koffie die geserveerd word in de bar, deze was niet goed en erg duur. Verder ontzettend tevreden over mijn verblijf!
Ongezellige lounge! Slechte barkeeper! Net als Londen veel te druk tijdens ontbijt. Dus besloten bij Motel One uk niet meer te ontbijten. Kan niet tippen aan het brood van de Motels one op het continent

Een super locatie, middenin de stad maar geen geluidsoverlast, alles op loopafstand. Gezellige bar, goede sfeer en alles schoon en netjes.
Prima Hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dat het raam in de kamer niet open kon was wel jammer.

Uw Motel One met Industrial Chic
Het design van ons Motel One Manchester Royal Exchange met de moderne industriële look doet denken aan de traditie van Manchester als 'Cottonopolis': hier draait alles zich om de grondstof katoen en de katoennijverheid. Aan de ingang brengen de zes meter hoge ronde bogen van staal en een wand van bedrukte linnen u meteen in de stemming van ons designthema. Naast meubels van Baxter en hanglampen van Alturo Alvarez zorgen kleine details zoals spoelen en spinmachines voor nog wat extra 'katoen'-accenten.
Een absolute blikvanger is het wandkunstwerk 'Cottonopolis' van de papierkunstenaar Andy Singleton waarin losse draden worden verwerkt tot een echt kunstwerk.
Ons voordelige hotel ligt direct tegenover het Royal Exchange Theatre, in het hartje van de binnenstad. Het stadhuis, de kathedraal van Manchester, de Manchester Arena en het Manchester Central Convention Complex liggen op wandelafstand. Praktische tips: de stations Victoria en Manchester Piccadilly liggen heel dichtbij, wat handig is voor uitstappen iets verder weg.
