Excellent location for Concert venue, we arrived veryearly due to early flight, Room available straightaway! Young lady on reception was very pleasant and informative of directions for going and coming from concert venue, Co-Op Live, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, young blonde haired lady! Thanks so much and thanks to young man at the bar, again, very pleasant and chatty! Will definitely recommend! 👍

Clean Quiet and excellent location
Staff were friendly and rooms cleaned to a high standard. Experience was dampened by 3 fire alarms occurring over 3 days - one at 00:20 in the morning with no clear guidance from staff. Wouldn’t be an issue if it hadn’t happed twice over the previous 2 days. There was clearly an issue with the alarms. Also blue lights on the outside of the building make the rooms very bright throughout the night, even with curtains shut. Overall a comfortable stay though.
I have stayed at this hotel several times now. The rooms are basic but the beds are comfortable with a good shower & TV etc. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a good bar with comfortable chairs and a TV on the ground floor.

I stayed at Motel One St Peter’s Square, Manchester, from Saturday 4 July to Sunday 5 July. During the night of Saturday 4 July / early hours of Sunday 5 July, at approximately 12:30am–1:10am, the fire alarm sounded and guests were required to evacuate their rooms and gather in reception. We remained there for approximately 30–40 minutes without receiving any clear information regarding the situation or whether there was an ongoing safety risk. I was staying in room 323 on floor 3, and during the evacuation I had to leave my son in the lobby in order to assist an elderly guest who was visibly distressed and confused. When I spoke with the reception team the following morning, I was informed that this issue has been occurring regularly from a particular apartment and that it would be escalated to the general manager. This raises serious concerns about recurring alarms and the potential impact on guest safety. My 12-year-old son was due to compete the following morning, Sunday 5 July at 9:00am, for a place on an England basketball pathway programme—an opportunity he has been working towards for over a year. Due to the alarm, the uncertainty, and the disruption, he was unable to settle back to sleep for several hours. As a result, he attended the competition exhausted and unfortunately did not succeed. While I appreciate that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the outcome itself, the incident had a significant and avoidable impact on his preparation for an important opportunity. In light of the disruption, lack of communication, loss of sleep, and the overall impact on our stay, I would respectfully request a refund for our stay or, alternatively, a complimentary future night as a gesture of goodwill. Very clean room at a fair price
The place was clean and tidy, the staff were a great help. Very each check in and our services and the beds were really comfy. Everything you need for a hotel in a city
Location is convenient, staff were friendly. Room was small but comfortable. Minor point - pegs on the bathroom door do not have hooks so are not fit for purpose - would like to be able to hang used towels but they fall off

Great value for the stay. Room was very clean including the rest of the hotel. It was in great location, close to the train station, theatre and shops. Only downside was the pillows. They were either rock solid or super soft like cotton wool.
Clean, fresh, small fridge would of been handy. Will definitely use again.
Fabulous hotel, great decor, comfortable room and an amazing price
One of my favourite hotel (chains) to stay at. Check in times are always so flexible and accommodating when possible. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious.
Reasonable price, you get what you pay for. The beds were good. Good location, close to everything. Nice staff. Downside is I would like a small fridge in the room, and also a second thrash can.
I liked the lounge area and it was helpful that we were allowed in our rooms a couple of hours early. I also liked the bed. However, the room was far too small, I bumped into the TV on the wall in the night going around the bed. The window looked out at the rest of the hotel building so there was no view and it was gloomy in the morning, I could not even tell what the weather was. Also, I could not switch the air conditioning off when I was going to sleep, and the noise kept waking me up. I found the instructions in the morning. It would have been helpful if they had been by the air conditioning controls as the off switch was hidden from view.

I use BeOne in Austria and Germany, find them comfortable, reliable and easy to book directly. I always appreciate the member bottle of water. I liked the atmosphere in the sitting area at St Peters, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine, expected standard, but I would have liked a real window!
Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds and a great breakfast. Really liked how the breakfast/lounge area was set out. Bags can be safely left for the day after checking out.
I booked an additional night’s stay and was told that I could leave my belongings in the room, as I would be returning to the same room. However, when I came back, the room had been cleared, and some of my belongings are now missing after being removed during housekeeping. This is extremely disappointing, especially as I was specifically assured by staff that it was fine to leave my things in the room and that I would be returning to the same room.
We were given a corner room this stay which had two windows which made the room feel bigger and more comfortable

Really easy to check in, room tidy and clean with air con already on which was great especially as checked in on a hot day, staff all friendly and helpful
From the moment I arrived where the receptionist welcomed me, my stay was excellent from check in to departure. I loved the hotel decor and the room was very comfortable, I especially appreciated the tea/coffee facilities. A special shout out to the barman who was lovely and friendly too. I cannot fault my stay and I will definitely return.

The rooms are quite compact, best for single travellers, but everything was tidy, efficient, well-run. The breakfast was terrific with super-friendly serving staff. The bed was very comfortable and the nights were quiet. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Excellent location, very convenient for visiting Manchester Central. With the Tram stop right outside it makes getting around Manchester really easy.
nice room and great value for money
C’était super. Par contre, il serait intéressant de pouvoir laisser la climatisation marcher en tout temps. Elle n’arrêtait pas de s’arrêter quand elle arrivait à la température programmée et ne repartait pas automatiquement lorsque la température recommençait à être chaude.
Les aspects positifs : emplacement, propreté, qualité de l accueil et réception, calme Points d amélioration : la chambre standard manque de rangement ( armoire, étagères, penderie) surtout pour un séjour de plus de quelques jours .

Dans notre Motel One Manchester-St. Peter’s Square, les meubles Chesterfield, bibliothèques imposantes et motifs à carreaux insufflent un peu de l’esprit britannique à notre troisième établissement de la ville. Entrez donc pour siroter une tasse de thé dans notre hôtel design avant de partir à la découverte de Manchester. Notre Motel One Manchester-St Peter’s Square est un point de départ idéal pour votre escapade à travers Cottonopolis, surnom que cette cité doit à son passé d’ancienne capitale de l’industrie textile. Si vous avez des projets précis en tête ou devez faire un petit bout de chemin – pour aller voir un match au stade de foot Old Trafford par exemple – vous vous y rendrez directement par le tram, à l’arrêt St. Peter’s Square.
