Breakfast lounge not too comfy because of draft from main entrance door.

Room 243 was particularly small and inward facing. It was nothing like any of the standard rooms i have stayed at before with Motel One. Certainly not big enough for 2 adults. We actually left a day earlier than planned as it was just ridiculously small. I am aware this brand is about compact rooms, but the room we were allocated was ridiculously small.
Good room, good breakfast, good and warm welcome. Really appreciated it and recommended.
From London to soft, beautiful, and sweet environments in Manchester, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to enjoy every single moment in this magnificent place. From my arrival to checking out the service was fantastic, staff were great fabulous specially Maria at the reception, she is an outstanding member of staff with highly respected service to client, polite approach and very helpful. Regina the lady that keep the place tidy and clean was amazing and very nice 👌🏼. I absolutely loved the breakfast menu. I will definitely come over again. Excellent stay at Motel One St Peter's Square Manchester. Great location and friendly staff. I enjoy the clean and well maintained rooms. Comfortable stay and eco touches that I appreciate. Second visit at this MotelOne and very satisfied with the great service, location and value for the money. Team is helpful, breakfast is delicious and room is efficient. My only remark would be check on the quality of the mattress (mine felt really like it could use a replacement) and check on the water tank of the toilet as it seems to be leaking water (most likely just an adjustment to be done to save on water).
Brilliant stay as always. Great location, great staff. Clean room, well sized. Will always look to stay at one of the Manchester properties. Looking forward staying at the Piccadilly one in June.

I generally use Motel One when in Manchester, the locations are great and the rooms are modern and very clean. But the staff at St Peters Square are fantastic, two ladies on reception (sorry I didn't get their names) were so helpful when I had a very busy evening and was super delayed by trains.
Excellent. Quick check in online, we booked a room with view which met all expectations. Clean and cosy room. Breakfadt was good and plenty of choice. We loved the location opposite the Central library. Would definitely come again. Excellent value for money.
The location is strategic! The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and really good! The staff is very kind and helpful.

3 night stay, can't fault the rooms, service or position of the hotel. Great price, 5th floor, 3 lifts so no waiting. Did not eat in the hotel but bought coffees. Comfortable lounge area. (Larger than expected) Here is a hint for the hotel. Did not like the plastic cups in the room. Why not offer a proper cup/mug with the hotel logo on to buy take home) Would I stay again , YES !

The bedrooms were super comfortable, well stocked with essentials, and the location of the building is steps away from a tram stop that gives you access to the entire city, with several shops and eateries are a stones throw away making the location very convenient. Every single member of staff - the reception team, bar staff, and cleaners - were absolutely outstanding. They were all incredibly helpful, positive, extremely knowledgeable of the area we were staying in, and all had a genuinely great personalities and sense of humour. While still remaining professional, my friends and I were all able to have great chats with all of the staff whenever we passed by or needed something. Their attention to detail was fantastic, they remembered my birthday and made sure to say happy birthday as I passed through reception. Absolutely nothing was too much for them, they were so happy to help at all times. The building, location, bedrooms, and facilities were all wonderful - but I cannot stress enough that it is the staff that brought this hotel to life for us. We will all 100% be returning!
Lovely hotel, good sized and comfy rooms
It is the 3rd we’ve stayed at a motel one and always enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable with a relaxing vibe and very friendly staff. We have since booked to stay at sister hotel in London.

Les aspects positifs : emplacement, propreté, qualité de l accueil et réception, calme Points d amélioration : la chambre standard manque de rangement ( armoire, étagères, penderie) surtout pour un séjour de plus de quelques jours .

Hôtel bien tenu, bien insonorisé et personnel très souriant et serviable. Situation idéale pour découvrir Manchester, centrale et à 2 pas du tramway. Lit confortable. Salle de bains ok sauf la douche : étions obligés de se mettre tout contre le mur pour ne pas mouiller le sol du reste de la salle de bains.

Dans notre Motel One Manchester-St. Peter’s Square, les meubles Chesterfield, bibliothèques imposantes et motifs à carreaux insufflent un peu de l’esprit britannique à notre troisième établissement de la ville. Entrez donc pour siroter une tasse de thé dans notre hôtel design avant de partir à la découverte de Manchester. Notre Motel One Manchester-St Peter’s Square est un point de départ idéal pour votre escapade à travers Cottonopolis, surnom que cette cité doit à son passé d’ancienne capitale de l’industrie textile. Si vous avez des projets précis en tête ou devez faire un petit bout de chemin – pour aller voir un match au stade de foot Old Trafford par exemple – vous vous y rendrez directement par le tram, à l’arrêt St. Peter’s Square. Outre sa desserte idéale en transports, l’emplacement central de notre Motel One plaira également beaucoup aux natures plutôt intuitives qui aiment errer sans but.
