Overall great. I'd just wish for the breakfast to have peanut butter is all.
Small rooms but very functional, cozy and quiet. The room could use a few more clothes hangers in the "closet" for a longer stay. Coming from USA with jet lag, it was very difficult to wake up in morning. Being able to make a quick coffee in my room would have made my visit perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Olga at breakfast and Anca at reception provided excellent and friendly service. Breakfast was good but lacking protein options. It only had boiled eggs as the only hot item. It would have been nice to have some additional hot items at breakfast, maybe sausage or smoked salmon for additional protein. I think the hotel is an excellent value if you go when there is not a trade fair at the Messe. The price was very high during the weekdays of the fair.
My stay was good,the reception was super, the Privat loge was super, it's one of a kind. I looking forward to coming again in the Christmas period.

Very clean, very friendly staff, super nice parking and location. Value is awesome. Everything was great, just 2 small comments, it would be great to have a bottle water in the room and the breakfast didn't have omelette or some form of cooked eggs, or maybe I just didn't find them because I was in a hurry. Other than that, it was perfect, thank you!

Great stay in a central location. I stayed the week of the 9th of September and although there were times when the hotel was busy we still felt we received good service. On the afternoon of the 12th a large group of us went to the bar - the bar was busy but the lady behind the bar made us feel very welcome and took great care of us.

A bit pricey, but very nice hotel.
Fab place to stay, close to the Adele concert. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Comfy bed and nice garden area that we could sit out in the lovely weather. Lots of shops, restaurants and cash machine 2 minute walk from. Lovely information card of how to get to the concert. Free bottle of water in room plus handed a voucher to get another one from the bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice stay at this hotel. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I had the best time at the gin bar with great drinks and conversation. Alisa is a wonderful bartender and took great care making delicious cocktails! I can’t wait to visit again soon.

very nice interior, including also the outdoor area. I enjoyed the evening before starting my holiday. Remark: please check if really a credit card is necessary. An ec-card or paying the money before staying is also an option for many people. Not every private person has a credit card.
Everything was great. Check in and check out was smooth, the desk staff was friendly, and all areas were clean. Only members who were not as friendly were the bar staff. They were not rude, but they were not as friendly as all the other staff.
I believe every room should be equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee/tea service and an iron and ironing board. This hotel has none of these. Also, there was no hair condition in the shower.
Our room was small but clean. The fridge would have been a good addition. Breakfast was a big disappointment. The service was slow and the selection was limited. No gluten-free products were available. When requested separately, I received gluten-free bread. I had to wait 20 minutes for bread! When the fruit salad ran out, I asked the waiter to bring more. Even that took 15 minutes when the waiter couldn't find a pair of scissors to open a jar of fruit salad! We went for breakfast early when it wasn't even crowded yet. We did not go a second time because the breakfast had to be paid for separately and was not worth €16.90.
Nice room (quite, green view out of the window, soft bed). Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Everything went easy and smooth. I felt welcome. To improve: shelf in room would be nice. Long hairs in hairdryer.

As a regular guest I was happy with my recent visit as usual. The friendly team, quick and easy check-in and -out, comfortable and clean rooms, practical equipment, easy and fast wifi, good breakfast, fair price - everything is great!
Taking so long to receive an invoice by email. The rest is all good.
Instead of a papercup in the bathroom the hotel should place glascups to save the environment. Furthermore I would expect a bottle of water. Thanks.

As a regular guest at Motel One in Munich Riem I am always happy with my stay. People are super friendly and personable, especially at the reception, which is the most important part. Everything else is about practical things that I learned to appreciate with many business trips: - Quick check-in, receiving the invoice right there, not having a check-out procedure in the morning - Quiet rooms with extra seating so I do not have to sit on the bed - Fast WiFi that does not limit streaming and requires no account creation or login - Charging USB ports at the night stand - Comfortable lighting for the evening - Places to put luggage and hang up clothing - Good breakfast selection with partially organic food - Comfortable, cozy breakfast seating

Had issues with the booked rate at check-in. They wanted to charge another higher rate, which seems to be the current one. After I showed my booking confirmation from autumn last year, the receptionist called a supervisor and it could be sorted out. Check-in took longer than expected. Receptionist was friendly though.
Clean. No wait at the reception thanks to online check in (for once). Free bottle of water. Perfect.
