Overall experience was fairly good. It would have been great if the facilities like Gym or Sauna would have been offered. That would have made the experience even better.

As always, it was a pleasure to stay at Motel One. The friendliness and hospitality were excellent, and the cleanliness and furnishings were exactly to my liking. The only negative aspect is the pricing during large exhibitions. I would have liked to book again for the upcoming ELECTRONICA in autumn, but the rates exceed our company policy. This is very disappointing, as the price increases do not seem proportionate.
The check in process for my second reservation was good with an Italian guy very nice. I wasn't able to log in (even trying to retrieve my forgotn password) to Motel one and so i ended up doind different reservations instaed of just one. Total stay was from 15th to 22nd April. I found all the staff to be consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, which made my visit both pleasant and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared — something I truly appreciated. As this was a business trip, the most important factor for me was being able to sleep well, and your hotel provided exactly that. The peaceful, quiet environment ensured I was well-rested each day. Your facilities were more than adequate for my needs, and I particularly enjoyed the lounge area — the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. Thank you once again for making my stay so comfortable. I look forward to returning in the future.
The hotel is very well located because it is next to the Messe. People working in the hotel are all very kind and helpful. But I need to complain about the following: we paid a lot for our staying and in the room there were neither a bottle of water nor a little fridge where to store the ones I bought. Moreover, my room was not cleaned properly: a mug and a glass remained on my shelf from the first day till the very end of my staying (5 nights)
I liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The reception staff is very friendly and provides necessary assistance. The rooms were adequately spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I would also suggest reserving the breakfast option. And the lounge in the evening offers a wide range of Gins from all over the world and other drinks.
- it is very calm and quiet, especially at night - where the motel is located is awesome: next to the fair area, a lot of possibilities for shopping, subway station and a very nice park for walking and jogging with a work out station Bad: - the glass wall in the shower is not long enough so that water gets outside - the waiting time for check in was very long - I have not received an invoice until now

From check-in to check-out, staying at Motel One in Riem is a pleasant and practical experience. All staff is friendly, procedures are easy, the room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

In terms of the rate, yes it's Oktoberfest - it's understood, all Munich is raising prices. But 2 times higher is quite something - this counts for the all hotels during that time..

Everything was fine. One thing that should be improved is that the motel one sign on the building should be illuminated at night (as i was driving around for 30 minutes and wasn't able to find the hotel).

Rundherum gut!
Great hotel, we stayed for one night and had dinner in the nearby food market. Only downside was that the room didn't really seem airconditioned, the thermostat had no effect. The beds were great though.
As usual, a very comfortable stay in a clean, attractive, and practical room in a hotel with perfect location for business in Riem, friendly personnel and attentive service.
Another perfect stay at Motel One Munich. Requested a specific room, and they happily arranged this for us. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom is big enough. And as the hotel is relatively new, the overall state is really good! Bar is nice, complete with a place to sit outside. Shopping center across from the hotel, should you forgot something, or want to have a quick bite to eat.
Clean Good commute links Friendly Helpful
Gave you 3 only because I love your style (usually). In this case, I had to pay 1'310.- € for 3 nights and I expected a better performance: bar Terrace and terrace were dirty. Ok it rained, but I suppose that for 430€ night, somebody could also clean the leaves and so on. I did not expect it at a normal price, but the higher request did not end in an higher performance.
Being a regular guest at the Motel One in Riem, I am always satisfied with my stays, also this time. For me, it is a very conveniently located hotel, close to business in Munich Riem and to dinner and shopping options at the Munich Arcaden, as well as a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, efficient check-in, and comfortable and clean rooms.
As a regular guest at Motel One Messe München in Riem I am always satisfied with my stay. With friendly and competent personnel, clean, comfortable, practical and attractive rooms, and easy processes for booking, check-in/-out, every stay is enjoyable.
The app seems to have problems, the invoice wasn't send to my e-mail adress and the room was cleaned even thou i ticked the "Do not clean" Checkbox in the online checki-in.
The hotel is well maintained, clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast, as well as the hotel restaurant overall was great. It is also conveniently located near many amenities and the exhibition grounds. I really enjoyed my stay.

As a regular guest at the Motel One Riem I can confirm again that it is an excellent stay! The staff is friendly, attentive, professional, and accommodating. The location is excellent for business around Riem and public transportation into the city is right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming. It is always a pleasure to stay there!

The hotel is cozy and well-located in a convenient spot. Breakfast is great; the warm lemon ginger water at the front desk is a comfort-drink this season. It's a pity there's no fridge in the room for storing yogurt or milk.

Staying at Motel One in Munich Riem very often and frequently for business reasons, I have always been very happy with my stays. The location at the Arcaden in Riem is very practical when doing business in this area of visiting the trade fairs. The hotel is directly next to the subway station, bus stations and surrounded by restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff is always highly friendly, welcoming and professional. Procedures at the reception are fast. The house is very clean, orderly and comfortable. The rooms are typical for Motel One houses, meaning well designed and comfortable with useful details like USB connections at the bed, comfortable lighting, easy and fast WiFi access, a place to sit besides the bed, etc. The breakfast is in a comfortable room, good quality food with a large selection. I can recommend the Motel One Riem very much and thank all of the staff for their outstanding work!
