The Hotel offers a good deal and has a good staff at the reception, helped us when we arrived at 2 in the morning. I will recommend this hotel for everyone for its all round 24/7 service. I will book you guys all the time.

Nice hotel close to public communication options. Not sure why it was quite expensive compared to other similar hotels I visited at Munich in the past ... but probably it was 'busy' time at Munich because some other 'entertainments' or 'venues'. One thing I missed in the room was at least one real glass made of 'glass' because two paper kinda glasses were in the toilet - which is very disappointing - but I came prepared and came with my own glass made of 'glass'. Fridge was missing which is a downside - many hotels in this or lower level provide a fridge in the room. Besides that - all was OK. I also liked the lounge bar which had nice amounts of tasty drinks. The breakfast could be more diverse but it was at least good. People in reception and bar were very nice and helpful also. Thanks.

The room was perfect for one night and I give a mention of honour at lunch which offered a huge choice. The thing that should be improved is the online check-in process. Nothing worked for us and the staff at the reception seemed to be aware that it doesn’t work...
The hotel is very nice, welcoming, people at front desk and at the breakfast service were really nice and professionnal. The room and bathroom were extra clean and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice and really good products. I only regret that the room didn't have a kettle and some coffee/tea.
I will give a ten because i like this hotel. But, this time around we did not have any good AC so our room was to hot. I did not say anything which is my own fault so that is why you still get a ten.
Very nice rooms. Stuff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
Check-in process took forever even though we checked in online already. I have to admit it was the night drones shut down Munich Airport, so understandably the only person at the reception was very busy.
Nice calm hotel
The room was very clean and very comfortable but the highlight of this location is the incredible stuff from bar to reception and breakfast. Lori’s great fast acknowledge and very professional. Will always return with pleasure.

Overall it was good. Room for improvement for me would be the breakfast that did not have scrambled eggs which is something I would have expected.

We had a great stay at Motel One Garching! The hotel was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. A special thanks to Roxana from the breakfast team : her service was outstanding and made our mornings even better. Also, the housekeeping team made us feel truly welcome and at home. We’re sure we’ll return for another great experience!
My stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable and fine, BUT I could have done with a bottle of water when I got in. To my surprise, it was not there. Staff on the 25 July and the morning of 26 July were very helpful, and I would like to say thank you to them. Staff on the 27 July: One of them was very helpful. But another one, an East Asia looking German lady, appeared determined not to be helpful. I explained to her that I had forgotten to bring a plug adapter and needed to charge my mobile. She said she I had to leave my mobile with her for charging. I explained that I needed to make some phone calls and asked if I could have it plugged in a place I could make my phone calls. She insisted that it was not possible. Reluctantly, I left my mobile with her and she took it to a room. I asked her to ensure that it was charging. She told me it was charging. I returned after a couple of hours hoping to have a charged mobile. When she brought the mobile, I realised that it had not been properly plugged in and had no charge. I asked the lady to give me the adaptor so I could charge it in the lobby. She flatly rejected that. It was at the intervention of another lady (and I thank this other lady) that I was allowed to have the adaptor to charge my mobile in the Lobby of the hotel in full view of the unhelpful lady. I was amazed that a hotel staff could be so determined to be unhelpful. I am a frequent traveller and have never encountered this type of behaviour from a hotel staff.
I haven't got the virtual invoice. The rest was ok.

hotel as such is good like all motelone. I always rate as 10. this particular motelone has a terrible parking though (very narrow) - hence rated as 8.
long waiting time to check in and check out. breakfast was very basic and no warm buffet. I paid 170 euros for one night with breakfast and it was not worth it.

It was an awesome experience to stay for one night in Motel One. It is very well-connected with train and bus service. The rooms were clean and the staff is very polite. Highly recommend.
Nice hotel with gooood breakfast!
The room has far too little storage, hanging capacity or surfaces. Desk is small. It is ok for a few days, but for a longer stay, does not have the functionality of an IBIS room.

Great position right next to the underground stop, the Allianz Arena and the city center are easily accessible using the U6. Our room was small but modern, practical and with a spacious shower: perfect for a few days!

Motel One Garching has as always very clean Rooms and Bathrooms, the Staff is still very friendly and also eager to help the Customer as well as holds a positive and motivated attire. Personally I am returning to the same Hotel every time I am in Munich for more than 10 Years. I have seen different at Motel One and any other Hotels, but Garching shows its possible even with more international and for sure cheaper labor staff. The only negative point is, as all companies and management become greedy after money and more salary, how come we pay already far more than Mote One has initially started EUR69,- per Night (except Octoberfest or Fairs and Football Turnaments) and its funny that still its not possible to train the Staff well or have people with a solid salary to also live around Munich? It is amazing how all are complaining, but they all especially the Motel One Management (Not the Hotel Management) cause these clashes and problems. its not what the Market demands from you, its what you want to return to the Market for a fair price and receive therefore forthcoming good customers. Maybe something to think about.

The only minimal reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 is that the hotel is located quite far away from the city centre. However, the public transportation to the city centre is great. Other than that, my stay was perfect.
