Room very clean and tidy (except for the stains on the inside of the bathroom door), room size very pleasant, unfortunately no sockets in the bathroom (had to dry our hair in the room), breakfast good (unfortunately no "hot milk" option at the coffee machine and no peanut butter like at Motel One Royal in Edinburgh), location great, friendliness okay, some employees seemed a bit uninterested, unfortunately the windows can’t be opened. All in all, once again a very nice stay with the usual quality

We had a fantastic stay at Motel One Princes street.Having stayed at several hotels on this street previously (most far more expensive) Motel One as a three star greatly exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was magnificent. The room was very comfortable,exceptionally clean and cosy. Shower was amazing.The bar was fab and a great place to take in the views of the city. Most importantly, the staff were exemplary. Reception staff, bar staff, ancillary staff and security were all so helpful, friendly, efficient and accomodating. This is what makes this hotel stand out above others in the area for us. We will be back next year without doubt!
