Nice hotel. The room could have more facilities like a fridge and an iron and bathroom amenities. The breakfast is great.
I had a good stay
The Front Office Agent Rachel Kani-Degheins was very friendly and helpful with me. The variety of breakfast was okay, it was too less space for the guests. I do not like to sit next to another person so early at breakfast. I little more space between the tables would be better.
Safe wasn’t working proper and tv didn't urn off
The room was too small compared to my last time there in September.
The hotel and the hotel style is really great and I understand the Award for price/value. In this particular Motel One the parking is a real challenge as the underground parking is really small and in the public space it is packed or forbidden if not a local. Especially arriving with 2 small kids and not being able to park nearby is not really good. In addition the places at breakfast were really limited. The staff was really friendly and helpful and cleaned-up tables immediately but it still was challenging to find a space. But overall I will come back as it is good service and a good price. Remarkably is that the entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times!

There are few things missing to get it to perfect score : - ability to boil water in a room to make coffe or tea, also it could be a coffe/tea machine per floor to make it at any time you want not only during breakfast - fridge In room, althought there is ability to leave things in fridge in room one would help. Other than that good place to sleep if you don't need any of those.

Clean business like hotel at good location.
The receptionist at check in was extremely helpful, and assisted me in correcting an error with the card that I used. Breakfast was good, with an excellent choice. However, it was confusing as to when/whether room numbers needed to be given - different staff gave different answers as to whether they wanted my room number. The room itself was comfortable.

central locations, good for travelling to all places in Bonn and near environment, clean hotel and for short visits fitting rooms with all the equipment you need to have a comfortable stay. service was great and everything worked in time.

Stayed at the Motel One in Bonn for a few nights as we were visiting for a wedding. Arrived quite late on 25 July and were checked in by a guy called Antonio, who could not have been more helpful. I didn't catch the name of his colleague who was working the bar that evening but both of them were really helpful, recommended where we could get some food late at night and were really quick with service when we got some drinks at the bar. Stayed for 3 nights there, really nice breakfast spread each morning, and the bar toasties are really good if you want a quick snack. Overall, no complaints, had a really nice stay.

Location, ease of access and staff geniality were of the highest order. Rooms were comfortably welcoming and the large floor to ceiling windows give a great feeling of expanse. Good array of eating possibilities on hand and the wider city easily accessible by the tram stop on your doorstep. To top it all bar was in top order with the cities best bar tender! Nothing was too much, well done.

Great staff. I would like to see Motel One to expand its food options beyond toast and chips in the evening. While I understand that the focus is on a great breakfast and that most hotels are close to restaurants, some salads , empanadas, paninis would be great.

The hotel is very clean and fresh, a great place to stay for business. The staff is so nice, especially Milica who was always greeting us with a smile and coffee. I really enjoyed my stay here, as well every time I visit Bonn.
Excellent hotel with very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Our son lives in Bonn and the Motel One hotels are our goto for a visit.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. nice atmosphere. the only thing lacking in the room is bottled water (one small bottle each day would be great). and a kettle with coffee/tea. when doing some work in the room in the evening, i don't want to go downstairs to buy a coffee.

Very good experience; spent 3 nights with a group of friends, we enjoyed a rich breakfast every morning and chilling in the lounge with friends! The rooms were a bit small, but very accommodating and the daily housekeeping was amazing! We loved the proximity to the Rhine river and the city centre!

Nice and clean room, good bed, well-equipped and functional bathroom. We had the room with roof terresse - beautiful, but also not very cheap. Stable and fast WiFi. Very friendly personnel. Good location with various good restaurants in walking distance. On the downside: It would be really nice to have two seating options n a double room.
