Loved the location , the friendly staff and the modern facilities.
The reception desk staff, all of them, were amazingly friendly and very helpful. Nice touch to have a lemon-mint water jar in the lobby, especially in the current weather situation.
Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Small minus for not refilling toilet paper and during breakfast some items running out.
Rien à redire sur l’établissement, son accueil et son personnel. En revanche, je regrette que ma chambre fusse à proximité des ascenseurs. Étant là pour une course, j’aurais aimé pouvoir me reposer du mieux possible. Cela a été impossible notamment par le manque de correction des clients (discussions nocturnes très bruyantes à 2h du matin devant l’ascenseur) ou de leurs enfants qui courraient et hurlaient dans le hall le matin très tôt sans que les parents n'interviennent. Je reviendrai bien sûr dans cet établissement mais je serai plus exigeant à l’avenir sur l’emplacement de ma chambre.
Hotel is in a comfortable walking distance from city center as well as Rosenthal Platz station. The room is small, but clean, yet lacks a place where you could leave your clothes comfortably as well as a fridge. Breakfast selection was scarce - they only offer boiled eggs and sandwich material as well as muelsi/cereal, lacking hefty options. When we first arrived, no one welcomed us - both receptionists were busy with admin work, did not acknowledge us. Daily cleaning was also lacking.

Smooth check-/-out procedure, simple&easy. Management of e-car loading parking spots is absent: out of 8 spots, 7 were occupied without loading process (despite other spots being available), communication with reception waa confusing, billing of parking ended up wrong (but reimbursement made after several contacts)!
300eur for a room that small, with no fridge or even a modest wardrobe is simply criminal.
I love the Concept of the Motel One but to be honest it was way too expensive this time. I've been there in November 2025 where 2 nights were about half the price of these 2 nights I've spend this time. 500€ for 2 nights with the 10% discount from being a beOne member included is too much. But overall it was still a great experience and I will definetly come back to Motel One the next time I'm visiting Munich!

Neither the air conditioning nor the exhaust fan in the bathroom worked. The doors slammed shut extremely loudly, and the walls were so thin that you could hear the neighbors drawing their curtains. The slamming of the doors was so loud that it woke me up several times. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the price was worth the quality. This was one of my least impressive Motel One experiences so far.
Notre séjour a été impeccable. Nous y avons tout apprécié : la situation de l'hôtel, le personnel compétent et aimable, la propreté de la chambre et des sanitaires et la qualité du service. Seul petit bémol, j'ai trouvé la salle de petit déjeuner très bruyante et saturée de monde certains matins. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui était varié et les contenants régulièrement remplis.

The room was very small, so much so that it is difficult to open two large suit cases. The bath room is very small. The beds are just ok, one side of the bed was worn down. The breakfast buffet was nice, however there was some confusion around how much we need to pay, because of our children. The staff was friendly and courteous, happy to assist with any special requests .
The hotel is very conveniently located close to the city center. There is parking available both outside (with a limited number of spaces) and in an underground garage. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to mention the gentleman at the reception desk on June 7 around noon (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). He was exceptionally kind and welcoming.
Everything was great, except for the bed. The mattress (R640) was probably broken, left and right, as well as head and feet zones had all extremely different softness - hardness levels.

Overall very happy with the room. The only complaint is that the extractor fan in the bathroom is incredibly week. Once you have a short shower, the mirror and walls are coating in condensation. I did mention this to reception on the second day and they said they'd take a look, but nothing was done.
I really liked the hotel - this was my first stay in the chain and I was positively surprised! Definitely will visit more other hotels of this brand across Europe.
No issues at all
The room was an excellent value.We valued the lack of noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Very quiet. The hotel location was convenient to the S Bshn station with service to the airport, walking to the historic center and adjacent to the pleasant neighborhood of Haidhausen with many cafes, shops and restaurants. We were able to order coffee only at the restaurant in the morning as we did not want a full breakfast.

Overall good location, courteous and helpful staff - particularly the bar staff and receptionists. The hotel was clean and we especially liked having water available in the lobby - nice touch. Rooms are a little on the small size and may be an issue for a plus sized person.
It was ok but to be honest for a price of 129 Euros per night I expect a bit more. Getting the invoice took ages, the lobby was fairly dirty and no one took care of it, it was quite noisy because of someone watching the telly next door. It was not bad but the value for price relation wasn't good. everyone tried their best (no one was unfriendly) however the overall experience was very average.
Friendly, very clean,great bed
Really nice hotel, just the right balance between confort and simplicity. The surroundings were quiet and the view stunning. Staff impeccable too.
I am not satisfied with the housekeeping service. One day, I left my pyjamas on my bed; when I returned to the room, the bed had been made, but half of my pyjamas were in my open suitcase and the other half were on the floor. It seems they were thrown there quite thoughtlessly. Furthermore, a bottle of cleaning chemical had been forgotten near our sink, and the room was very dusty. Regarding the facilities, I felt the room was not large enough and the lack of a fridge was a drawback. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite satisfactory.
The entire staff in the service area is so amazing! That is why I always come back! A big shout out to Vesna for amazing service and hospitality!

J'ai apprécié au global. Petit déj: très bien. En point d'amélioration: oreiller trop dur + couette courte (étant habituée au couchage français, je n'apprécie pas les petites couettes allemandes non bordées au bout du lit, où les pieds sortent et se refroidissent et vous réveillent pendant la nuit)
Très bel hôtel, bel emplacement. C'est propre, bien entretenu et les employés sont accueillants et disponibles.

Musique dans la lounge trop envahissante. On aimerait avoir un endroit calme, sans musique, pour travailler.
Hôtel parfait et très convivial. Un seul défaut : le manque de rangement dans la chambre, seulement 2 petites étagères qui de plus sont trop hautes.
Globalement l'hotel est bien situé, les chambres sont bien et fonctionnelles. Très silencieuses. C'est beau. le ^personnel est serviable. Cette fois-ci, la télécommande de la TV ne fonctionnait pas (donc très difficile de désactiver le "feu" pour dormir), et l'évacuation de la douche était très encombrée (et l'eau s'évacuait mal). Lorsque je l'ai dit à l'accueil au check-out, ils ont eu l'air de le noter pour immédiatement pour pouvoir agir ensuite.
Je viens régulièrement séjourner au Motel One de Munichà chacun de mes séjours à Munich. Beaucoup de points forts, comme la chambre, le design global des parties communes. Et deux points faibles , la queue chaque fois à l'arrivée, même si vous êtes enregistré préalablement, pour récupérer votre badge et votre chambre, et au petit déjeuner, le fait qu'il n'y ait que des œufs à la coque trop cuits, et non mollets. personnel surchargé, prix très élevé, organisation Bar chaotique
Chambre et salle de bain beaucoup trop petite. Bon petit -déjeuner mais les tables sont trop serrées. Pas de toilette au niveau du restaurant petit déjeuner, il faut aller au sous-sol près de l"entrée du parking. Mauvaise conception de l'hôtel. Parking très étroit et dangereux pour les grosses voitures
Bon hotel pour un séjour touristique de 3 jours, proche du centre. Service aimable et efficace, parking gardé, excellent petit déjeuner (manque tout de même un grille pain !). Propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie. Seul bémol, la chambre est minuscule, pratiquement sans rangement, avec un meuble à angle vif où je me suis blessé. Impossible de se tenir à deux dans la salle de bain. Dommage, l'hôtel serait top sans ce défaut de conception.

Le savoir est une force, voilà pourquoi nous ne voulons pas en priver les clients de notre Motel One Munich-Deutsches Museum. Afin de réveiller le « rat de bibliothèque » qui sommeille en vous, nous avons intégré une belle bibliothèque dans le One Lounge dont les étagères comportent des maquettes miniatures scientifiques du Deutsches Museum. La lecture d’un bon livre sera une introduction à votre visite du musée tout proche de l’hôtel, et vous pourrez ainsi assouvir votre soif de connaissance. Et pour vous désaltérer, nous avons aussi ce qu’il faut. En prenant un verre au bar, vous pourrez passer en revue votre journée dans une atmosphère détendue.
