I like a big duvet for myself
We, 2 senior couples, came with much luggage. No help was offered. NO luggage carts were available. NO coffee in the rooms. To get a morning coffee was Euro 6.00 for a small cup. We found this 'gauging'. For the room price we think a morning cup of coffee/tea should be provided free of charge.
The hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were kind, efficient and helpful and the property itself was very well maintained. In fact, I didn't want to leave. The location is amazing. Truly a wonderful and perfect experience all around and I highly recommend Motel One.

The property is ideally situated with convenient access to local cultural landmarks, and guests can anticipate exemplary service within these sophisticated surroundings. However, despite having one duvet and one towel for two adults, after showering in the stall, the floor in the toilet room becomes completely wet, requiring us to wipe it with the bath mat every time we bathe. Since we only had one bath mat, the bathroom floor outside the shower stall would become flooded by the next shower. We suggest addressing the water accumulation issue that occurs after using the shower, as improving drainage efficiency would substantially enhance guest comfort. We appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback to ensure a consistently high-quality experience.
This hotel is simply top. Cheap, clean rooms, parking, nice lobby and bar, fifty kinds of Gin!
Check in was not good… booking had been done by an agent but the reservation number allocated to us had been already taken according to your computer. We were told that we had no room. After our agent was phoned it was resolved. NO apologies offered. I know mistakes happen but saying sorry fixes a lot. Also room was Very small!
Great location for sightseeing and very welcoming staff
Motel One in Dresden Zwinger is another top Motel One. Nice lounge and bar area along with great employees. You can’t beat the location.
Great atmosphere, location, staff. The room felt a bit basic. No amenities, water, tea or kettle.
Your hotel desing is really nice and incredible Frankly speaking, check-in and check-out procedures are really too long time consuming

Modern hotel close by center of Dresden. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was great! Kilian helped us made our stay very comfortable. Would stay here again. Only missed a coffee/thee maker in room.

Very well placed hotel with clean, but very small, rooms
Rien à dire sauf la vue de chambre et devant le nez. Mais le fait que nous ne sommes pas venus de rester dans la chambre, ce n'était pas trop gênant. De plus il faisait tres chaud et la clim de chambre marchait tres bien. Le service de bar d'hôtel était bien attentionné. L'hôtel est situé au bord du cœur du centre qui était facile d'y aller à pied.
Gutes Hotel in Top Lage
The hotel was ok, but the unjustifiable fact that we had no internet and no television for two (!!!) days was extremely disappointing.

Good location, most of interesting museums near by.
Everything was ok.
I had booked parking and only when I arrived was I informed that the parking was full. Giving a bottle of water at the reception is rediculous. Should be a daily complimentary service in the room - this is not a low cost. Breakfast area where the food is should be redisigned can get really croudy. Very small room and what is meant by "with view" is really subjective, as my view was not a nice view.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Dresden. The room was wonderfully appointed. The design is great, using every possible space in a room wisely. It would be good to have body lotion available. It's a simple plus that completes the shower experience. Also a big note of thanks to Felix who provided such useful tips to the city, everything from museums to restaurants. He's knowledgeable and enthusiastic and picked up quickly on our interests.

Excellent accueil, les chambres sont très confortables, il manque juste la charlotte pour la douche et les chaussons… Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Votre questionnaire n’est pas totalement traduit en français, raison pour laquelle je vous fais un retour partiel.

Personnel de la réception fantastique. Cordiaux et efficaces. Par contre, il semble manquer de personnel pour le petit-déjeuner et le bar. Service et nettoyage des tables lent.

- the room was over all very nice and clean, though there were some spots with dust (dust-threads on the ceiling, some corners). - the breakfast was good, all standard things were there, nothing extraordinary (I'm personally a fan of warm breakfast, but I understand, that this is potentially logistically challenging) - I had two sets of towels in the bath, even though I only needed one set as I booked single. This could be improved for sustainability, if the service staff knows which rooms are booked single or double. - On the topic of sustainability, I liked the option to foregoe room service. I also like the (now standard) notices about optionally not changing the towels everyday. I did not experience whether you actually follow those (most other hotels I have seen those notices at, sadly did not). - I liked the fireplace on the TV when I came into the room, it made it quite cozy. - If it is not a fire hazard issue, decoration in the staircase (paintings or similar) could invite more people to take the stairs instead of the elevator.

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect place with super friendly staff, great breakfast. From this location, all important hotspots of the city can be reached by foot. If you want to visit Dresden, this Motel One at Zwinger is the place to be. The booking was quite easy via the Motel One app, I changed later by e-mail our check out date with friendly hotel staff.

Perfect location, in walking distance to sights in the old town center, to REWE supermarket, bakery, many restaurant. The hotel has a very nice and contemporary design with a great lobby and bar. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the perfect stay!
Once again, Motel One delivered as expected. Exactly what we needed. Will return to Motel One Dresden. Thank you.

Hôtel bien situé, moderne, mais réception indigne. Le jour de notre arrivée, 7 personnes attendaient !!!! pour un seul agent à l’accueil. Le lendemain, 10 personnes faisaient la queue, et toujours qu’un agent au guichet de la réception.

Très bel hôtel avec un emplacement idéal. Seul bémol : le manque de place pour les vêtements qui doivent rester dans la valise. Pas très pratique quand on séjourne plusieurs nuits. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel.

Le design du Motel One Dresde am Zwinger s’inspire du musée de la porcelaine du Zwinger. Auguste le Fort aimait déjà cet « or blanc », voilà pourquoi nous avons attribué une place choix au monarque sur le mur de notre One Lounge. Des photos du musée, des figurines en porcelaine de Saxe ainsi que des luminaires Skygarden de la marque Flos font également partie de notre concept design. À l’ombre des arcades s’étire notre grand lounge extérieur agrémenté de sept fontaines. À l’abri des bambous, vous pourrez vous y détendre tout en observant l’animation haute en couleur de la place Postplatz.
Si vous séjournez dans notre hôtel design à Dresde, vous serez en plein cœur de la splendeur baroque de la vieille ville. L’hôtel est au niveau du Zwinger et tout près d’autres sites parmi lesquels le château de la Résidence de Dresde (Dresdner Schloss) avec sa Voûte verte historique, l’opéra Semperoper et l’église Notre-Dame (Frauenkirche). Le célèbre Striezelmarkt qui attire les visiteurs à Noël avec ses Christstollen et son vin chaud, se trouve également à deux pas.
