On the whole a good stay. This was my second stay at Potsdamer-Platz and the first since the refresh, the rooms feel much better now with the new look. The lady on reception Fri/Sat/Sun pm was very helpful and welcoming, unfortunately I didn't get there name. For some reason my room was not serviced after the first night, but was after the second, I am not sure what happened there. The breakfast was good, but if you come down for it a little later you are often left with just the relaxed bar seating, which isn't really designed for eating at. However, on balance the stay was comfortable and I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are a little small but everything else was great. Great staff and location.

Lovely bar and lovely staff at the bar. Rooms are basic but clean and adequate. Showers need a door to prevent water from getting everywhere, also trashcans need trash bags. Otherwise very good place to stay.

We loved our stay at Motel One Potsdamer platz. The room was clean and womderfully cool (we visited during a heatwave), and the bed very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and polite. The hotel has a nicely decorated and relaxing bar to hang out in, and the drinks we got were really good. The hotel is loceted in a great spot with the trainstation and lots of shops, museums and restaurants close by. We'll definatly look to book this hotel again when we visit Berlin next time!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, great location. Only thing I really missed was having a kettle in my room. Would definitely come back and stay again if I was in Berlin.

Check-in took too long. The room was clean—no complaints there. We liked that we had plenty of storage spaces. The bed size was great, but the mattresses and pillows were too soft. All four of us ended up with back and neck pain. It’s in a great central location. The hotel is located in the Mall of Berlin. There are several options for getting around by public transportation. Parking in the Mall of Berlin parking garage costs €25 per day.

Room was very clean and it was very comfortable. If I suggest what you can improve, the room should have a small refrigerator, and 2 cups were in a toilet, it looks like for health check, like the cup for a pee check. I felt weird, it should be on a table out side of bath room… Otherwise I have nothing to say. Thank you so much!

The location is fantastic and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom, which I greatly appreciate. However, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. Notably, the room lacks a kettle as well as tea and coffee-making facilities, which I would consider a basic amenity. Additionally, complimentary daily water bottles would be a nice touch. As a Motel One member, I did receive one bottle at check-in, but given my experience with other hotels, I found this a little disappointing. One final point: the hairdryer is fixed permanently to the wall, which makes it quite inconvenient to use. Allowing guests to move it freely would be a simple but meaningful improvement to the overall comfort of the room.

Je suis venue une dizaine de fois dans ce MotelOne et j'ai déjà deux autres réservations pour le reste de l'année. J'aime le calme et le silence dans les couloirs et dans les chambres et la proximité du FEX, du métro, du centre commercial etc. La literie est super, il y a deux chaînes françaises tv donc c'est cool. Et la bouteille d'eau est très appréciée. Je ne prends pas tj le petit déj (pour cause d'emploi du temps) mais quand je l'ai pris il était top.

Seamless, above and beyond service by front desk and especially Osman. Love the balcony rooms. Would be nice to have a small fridge though. Overall excellent stay in a nice, modern hotel.

Very good, as other times. Work in progress at my floor, but no disturb for me. Sometimes, during the night, the air conditioning system becomes noisier.

I have previously stayed here and I like the location for exploring the city. Motel One has a straight forward and easy booking process. The stay was enhanced by the friendly and helpful reception staff on arrival that continued throughout the stay.

We had a great time at Motel One, which is located very centrally but still very quiet. The rooms are very good isolated which is a huge plus. Check in and cancellation policy was as well a big plus. The only issue is that the bathroom stunk a lot like drainage, which at the end after some water running and ventilation went away.

Overall, it’s a good hotel in a great location for sightseeing. However, the neighborhood has very few restaurants, and none are particularly interesting—you’ll need to go elsewhere for good food, unless you enjoy shitty American fast food. Additionally, the music in the bar was too loud, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably high.

Nice cosy room, be even better if the AC worked (it appeared to only heat).

Rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable bedding and great shower, also nice to get a bottle of water for the room on arrival. Staff were all extremely friendly, check in and out very quick and easy. The bar is lovely, comfortable seating, nice ambient music, and the bar staff were very nice. We had an excellent stay and this would be our first choice if we come back to Berlin - excellent location near to shops, public transport, and only around ten minutes from some of the attractions. Great experience!

The service was, as always, very good. Although there was a renovation process going on, it did not have a negative impact, except that the bar was only provisional :-)

Live the organic and vegan options at the breakfast (especially vegan "sausage" and "cheese" and also Bionella). Please continue! However, the bedroom was very expensive this time (>200€ for a standard room). I guess, there were some events in Berlin that were the reason for this.

Pleasant staff, easy check in, convenient location and great bar and libation selections.

The hotel is clean, and the room attendants' efforts are appreciated, but the price is exaggerated, even the water is not free, there is no kettle or its accessories, and the reception staff needs improvement.

Great hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and linens. Even though it is in the middle of the center, you don't hear people or cars. The staff doesn't smile unnecessarily, but that's normal. The cleaning was first class. Can really recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in this part of Berlin. Berlin is huge.

I´ve been to lots of motel ones, but the "Potsdamer platz" was the worst experience. The bed was horrible, one elevator was permanently out of order, which led to long waiting hours in before it was possible to enter it.

Good location, but very basic. No safe in the room so you cannot lock away any valuables. Breakfast was very crowded, some of the tables are too low and too small. There is construction work ongoing in the building wirh constant drilling so it was impossible to be in the room during the day. One of the elevators was out of service and the wait for the remaining elevator was often very long.

Our stay was good as always, with the exception that only one lift was working.

Lors de chaque déplacement, j’ai entre-temps toujours le même réflexe, contrôler s’il a un Motel One dans la ville. À Berlin, rien ne vaut le Upper West mais tous les autres offrent la même qualité de service et de propreté.

Superbe, confort, look, ambiance, très bien placé, bon rapport qualité prix, en espérant que les prix ne s’envolent pas!!

Rapport qualité prix pour Berlin imbattable. Chambre avec grande terrasse, bonne literie, excellente situation, près de la Phlharmonie et de tant d’autres lieux, bus, métro, tram à proximité, grand Mall de Berlin dans le même bâtiment, miroir grossissant à ma hauteur (je suis petite!), Réception 24/24, très appréciée, bar, grande télé (peu utilisée) En revanche, pas de coffre, une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée mais ni café ni thé dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner pas trop fourni. Mais ceci va de pair avec le rapport qualité/prix. On ne peut pas tout avoir. Pas de fiche pour le ménage. Par contre, une fois demandé, il a bien été fait tous les jours de mon séjour.

Tout était très bien. Et c'est très pratique de pouvoir louer des vélos à la journée.

Très bon séjour, hotel bien situé.
